Hm...that issue should've been fixed a while after the maintenance ended. Try restarting your device, clearing the game cache, and perhaps a different network connection just to try it if you haven't already to see if that solves it
unfortunately i didt screenshot my UID anytime before but i can provide other information instead
Done the cliche things like restarting the device and clearing the cache so far. Still at a deadend. Not sure if I have another connection to try connecting to around here though
@golden trellis If you don't have the UID, then go ahead and contact customer support w/ your account information that you do have (such as in game name, server, command lvl if possible) and they'll look into your account on the backend regarding recovery and help you out

Hello. I'm having an issue regarding logging into my account. I took some time away from the game but now when I log into twitter/facebook it just shunts me to an entirely new "account".

ie, a ship you got is no longer there and your cubes are back, or a level you beat and got 3 stars on is now set back to 0.

Don't try too hard logging in when servers are lagging. Your effort will come to waste. Better to be cautious.

As a competitive player with around 98.6% collection it's really hurts to be rolled back... hopefully they fix it, but even with the compensation they would give us, i don't think i would be satisfied... i could buy xtal / skins / oil / coins myself... but the pvp points and potentially ranked 1 at the end season, the fdg blueprints ultra rare research, the meowficer cats... that can't be bought hahaha... it's like when you win a lottery then they nulled it lol.
But yeah i'll try to understand the situation and stay away from the game for now, let the staff working their best. good luck guys.
Maybe just lock the server down for the 3rd maintenance? Unless losing players due to rollbacks and slow technical restoration are worth for keeping a broken server?

no point in locking down when maint is finished, because then whats the point, issues wont be noticed until thousands of players log in, and the issue now is players overloading the servers, theyre breaking and staff are trying to see whats wrong

Working as a server administrator myself I can say that taking down a server is a last resort option. It would cause more issues with the capacity problem due to people hammering it trying to get back onto the server. The rollback issues is isolated to a handful of users (players) and collecting data on them will help them solve the issue if the cause is unknown. That's why it make more sense for them to keep servers up and restore lost progress over taking them down in hopes of randomly fixing it.
it either is rolled back during the period between the maint end and emergency maint beginning, or you get constant rollback everytime you restart the app
if you arent experiencing either of those, you will not be hit with a surprise roll back
So any progress i had in between the 2 maintenance will not be restored?
and if you did happened to be rolled back like some users did and lost ships or items, you must contact cs and tell them so they can later send you the missing items
things such as xp or map progress I cant comment on unfortunately as I have no idea
Additional note : For those who are able to log into Avrora, try not to do too much since there may be risk of rollbacks (not known if it will happen)

Hey guys I'm a returning player and just wanted to ask if you're still supporting x86 devices or not? The last version I played 3.0.19 did but I'm not sure about 3.1 versions - they seem to be only for arm devices.
I think AL no longer runs on x86 framework.

Yeah I know. I suspected that crashes were because of the x86 arch. A lot of games nowadays stopped supporting x86. I talked with a dev from Star Traders: Frontiers and he told me that Google is making it harder to support x86. Regarding your question about switching device, yes I switched to my iPad. It's inconvenient but at least I can continue to play😂
Also I'm planning to buy a new phone because the x86 arch and Android 4.4 are slowly driving me crazy😂

Came on here to say the same thing as others about the game constantly rolling back, so it looks like it is still happening. Emailed them but to no avail so far. Was just told sorry. Just hope it works 'eventually'

Yeah, I've been having the same issues. All we can do is sit tight and take a break from the game for now unfortunately. Hopefully the devs are aware people are still being rolled back after the hotfix and are still working on it.

influx of players after a maint and breaking the servers due to it, kind of makes a server unstable

Whatever you do - if you manage to log in, don't try to play actively. That WILL get you booted. Managing the base seems fine, as it requires considerably less packets being sent back and forth.

ONE MORE NOTE - If you're from Europe, DON'T try to do exercises. They seem to be highly unstable atm and WILL boot you off the game on every single attempt. Doing normal maps seems fine now.
