Most likely a desync that caused the dock number to be read incorrectly which in turn caused the pop up to not come up. A restart of the app should ideally fix it

@echo heath my internet fluctuates quite a lot, but this is the first game that reacts to this is such an awful way. Looks like I'll have to uninstall this game then.
Yeah, it requires a fairly stable connection since it checks with the servers for every movement / action basically

@narrow iron it goes black at the loading screen for the same reason. (probably saving data to the server, could be wrong though.) i'd recommend playing with wifi if you're able to. or on an emulator.
Going from one tile to the next, there is a slight lag (only during sorties)
iirc it's an issue with retrofit ships. if one is the flagship there's some lag when you move on the map.

Hey Guys, I need help.
Two days ago i wanted to play azur lane but the game got stuck on the loading screen and wouldn't load any further. At some point the blue bar reached the end but then the screen just got frozen.
Yesterday, i tried to access the game once more but this time the screen stayed black after the appearance of the logos. No loading screen, no nothing.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hello, I am needing some help with the Training Missions Tab. It continues to say "System Error: 30: Not Enough Targets" and does not allow me to complete them. I have tried restarting the game and uninstalling and reinstalling it as well. I have had this issue probably the entire time since it shows no progress on the Easy missions, I just never realized it till now.
It is a known issue for some players. We have an open report about it right now for players that are suffering from it. If you will provide your UID, I can get it added to the ongoing report as we don't have any solid workaround that we know of yet

Hm...this does happen every now and again. Unfortunately afaik, we don't have a solidsolution for it. I'd say try restarting your device, clearing the game cache, downloading the Twitter app if you don't have it and log into it first, or as a last resort try another fresh install

try removing retrofit ships (finished or not) from the fleets, some people have reported that fixes it

I don't think anyone's reported general issues since 60fps has been introduced, just the latter.
So no one else reported any stutters on menus and gameplay fights for the last year? To be specific for the fights, i always experience everything stopping for 1 second then my ships immediately get catapulted to the direction i'm pressing almost like teleported

The UID on the start screen? Your UID is a string of numbers that can be found after tapping your secretary portrait in the upper left hand portion of your landing screen.

My stupid self thought when you bind account - it signs you in... turns out, I didn't bind my account... at the time, I lost my ability to acess my phone - so I made a rash mistake.
so I went on my emulator and accidentally binded it to the new account from the emulator

I still have it... but it's signed into the wrong account becuase I thought I could just 'rebind' it like an idiot.
So ... you lost the phone, then tried to recover it by using an emulator.
You then bound the emulator account and then tried to log-in with that emulator info on your phone at the log-in screen?

Good night guys, I wanted to know if the game has constant crashes, I use a samsung A50 smarthphone to play and every time I start the gameplay my game crashes and after a few seconds it comes back, who has been worrying me since I believe that I don't be my smartphone, as soon as I usually play heavier games.
have you tried a file repair/reinstall to check for file issues? make sure you're bound beforehand if you do so
I already reinstalled the game in case there was an error, and I continued with the same problem
I'd check if your connection is stable while doing so, and still seeing what happens with the file repair.
As for the connection I already tested and had no stability problems, regarding the repair of the files I would like to know how to check
You can do so in the settings or title screen. Title screen should be the gear icon top right, while in settings under audio next to default is the repair button.

This appears to be unstable connection to AL servers, I'd try seeing if an alt connection/device has the same issues, maybe a VPN.
I talked to some friends of mine previously and even with smarthphones most didn’t have this problem, maybe it’s really a connection problem no matter how much I’ve tested on two different connections
then it's something wrong with either the phone or the game itself. try clearing the cache for the game and see if it improves. if not and a reinstall/repair, and using a different connection don't work, then it's something with the phone.
i personally only get this kind of lag when a lot of entities appear at once or vanish at once. ie, hard mode dido getting nuked and the screen gets cleared of entities all at once.

@lunar quail Hm...perhaps try clearing your browser's cache just to try it. But beyond that, I can only say to make sure 100% that it's being typed in correctly. If none of that works you could perhaps try contacting customer support to see if they can offer any ideas
@carmine hedge Gotcha. Error 5 used to be just b/c of SD card installations. But if you're on iOS, then I'm not too sure then tbh. Perhaps try off loading the app, restarting your device (if you haven't already), or a fresh install as a last resort. But if nothing else seems to work and/or it's extremely consistent, you could perhaps open up log mode and get a screenshot of the logs when getting that error?

Issue is accurately described on the website you linked. Bought Gems were not transferred after even a decent time. Not only that, but I apparently paid twice the amount I had to pay. I have verified that my bank account has paid the 9.99 Euros twice while only clicking once. The Gems themselves have not been transferred yet. I will read and provide you with the details as shown in the criteria of the website

Theres an issue with my game where it wont load on startup at all, it just gets stuck at full and doesnt start the download like usual

Try alternate connection methods just to see if they happen to solve it and/or a free VPN. If that doesn't work though, you could try a fresh install (perhaps from a third party provider such as QooApp or APKPure to see if their APK version works)
Already tried to use other apk version, still the same. With the Connection methods, changing from Ethernet to WiFi will do anything?
As it's from the same internet technically, I'd personally doubt it. But it could be worth a shot at least.
This seems to indicate that there is some connection issue to the servers with your current, I would see about using alternative wifi/data, or a free vpn.
There are a few free vpn's that you could probably find in the app store that you use that are considered reputable, setting them up might allow you to connect properly.

Play store did say something about not being able to download game despite the game apearing on my home screen

I downloaded yesterdays update and while downloading i noticed fhe dowload speed was extremely slow (my internet speed was fine). The update took over 10 minutes which ussually happens in like 1.5. Now I'm on the main menu waiting for server select to load. This ussually takes 3 seconds at best. I've been waiting for 10+ minutes and still nothing.
Anyone has any advice?

If something new was introduced, then there would be a reason to.
Not to sure. Maybe it's just easier for them to make it that way instead of having to make it appear only when a new patch happens, but it's all just pure speculation. It's been suggested in #game-feedback though before to make the "Notified" buttons more permanent and not just last till the next reset
