yep, VPN resolved the issue, used Ukrainian IP and it downloads just fine

Well, I updated the app, then logged in with Twitter acc. Somehow I logged into Avrora instead of Washington, did the intro (w/o binding in the game), then tried logging in on Washington, but logged in with another account that was created for test purposes. So I can't log in into my lv107 account with Twitter any more

Gotcha. Okay so all you need to do is simply click on Yostar on the title screen, put in the same email that you bound w/, generate a new code to that email, get the code from your email, input that code and login, then select your correct server

My friend is on despair mode at the moment because when he login into sandy it kept throwing him to tutorial, but As previously checked, his account is fine "Iscariotic" confirmed by another player.
So all we got is his player name, level and probably his ship-list. he forgots the account details except for his passwords. and he binds using facebook.

yes he did, but the other accounts are not not connected to AL, supposedly proven by the permission thingy. (new fb accounts will be asked for one, this one doesn't). he insist that its the correct fb account

@dusky fossil Not sure. Might be a form of desync. If you'd like to try, you could try clearing the game's cache to see if that helps. But be warned, clearing it will cause you to need to download more data for the game most likely
@unkempt flame I'd say for him to try other FBs just to be sure as people using the wrong social media account email is a common problem. But if that doesn't work and/or he's completely sure that it's correct, he'll need to contact customer support via email so that they can look into his account for him

Okay. If changing connections didnt work, you might try a free VPN to see if that bypasses the issue. There are some known issues with certain EU areas not being able to connect to the update servers @distant wigeon
@keen haven okay, try logging into all servers then to see if they all put you in the tutorial. Your character will stay on the server that they're created on

Your lvl 19 one is not locked, hence she can be used for LBs, your lvl 1 Zeppelin is locked tho. So if you lock/unlock them respectively, it should work as intended

There is no problem happening. The season of PVP hasn't been going on long enough to accumulate enough points to be a higher rank.

If I had to assume, you bought the mag torps, then the recent hotfix patched another one into your shop and made it look like you haven't bought it yet. That would match the points you're missing
Can you double check by going to your depot, turning on equipped items, and then looking for the mag torps?
Your equipped is turned off though. Your old one is probably equipped on a ship currently (unless you haven't used it or upgraded it in that long of a time)

Okay this seems to happen when your e-mail you want to bind to with Yostar is the same as twitter account is made with
So the thing is, you can't unbind with only one binding
so you could just make a dummy e-mail
to bind to Yostar
keep in mind you can't unbind Yostar yourself so be okay with that if you bind Yostar to a dummy e-mail
It's not completely permanent but normal players are NOT able to unbind them. Only customer support can unbind them for you

If they're still there after a full restart of the game, I'd personally imagine they're fine to buy as they can be obtained via other methods and aren't as exclusive as the rainbow mag torp. But that is just an assumption on the likely course of action as we're not able to confirm w/ the team

Hello i have an issue trying to unbind an incorrect twitter account with AL. I tried to disconnect it in game by hitting disconnect but it takes me to twitter page which is asking my permission to authorize it. Through twitter, I already disconnect permissions to AL. oh ya that's a another connection issue. sometimes you get desynched and you get "disconnected" and the game tries to automatically relog you while you're still logged in resulting in you getting kicked out. it's nothing to worry about if you know someone hasn't played your account before.

unfortunately, there's nothing i'm aware of that will get you access to ur old account then, unless you conveniently also bound it to a different account like twitter (idk if u can bind 2 separate things, i've never tried) but in that case you would probably need to wait for support to get back to u

Hi, can I check what is the process for requesting to recover an unbound account?
I've looked at the FAQ and emailed already, but I didn't get a reply
hi i bound my account back in May and some MAJOr updates came around and changed the default East US server to AUrora instead of washington and now my account was wiped.
lost anniversary carrier kizuna and about 40 5 star ships
thank fuck i didnt spend money o nthis game
i did try to go back to washington but it just gives me a wiped account starting from scratch again....
also tried to dm staff but got no response
nvm fixed it after fucking around the server list on other servers and emails for 10 minutes
