As long as you're able to actually log into the Twitter account (regardless of the @ or email), you can retrieve the account. The account data is just stored on the Twitter account as a whole

Clicking on from the title screen will bring up the options for you to enter the email address you bound w/. Then you just generate a new code once you had that put in and then put in the code that you get via email

So recently my phone had updated and after it had updated I went to play azur lane only to find my file missing. I went online to find how to fix this problem and I read that I had to replay the tutorial and the game would reload my files, but after i did this I was started as a new character in a new game. Then after that I tried resigning in through my Facebook acount which I linked to my other acount but now I am still stuck in this other acount. Is there a way for me to recover my acount. P.s. ( I know my acount still exist I had my brother check if I was still in the clan and I am)

With failed purchases, better to refund immediately, repurchase it from another device/connection and email Yo-star telling them you did this.
This is the first time I ever had such an issue on any of my mobage, so I didn't realize that.

@slender sphinx That's usually a cancellation notice error from Google/Apple. You could try some simple workarounds though such as restarting the game and your device as well as switching connections to see if any of those help

That's good enough. We used to have a process we told you to go through, but we have that axed for now. Just providing them the information of your account is good enough for now. They'll go through the rest w/ you when they get to your ticket

When on a new computer I tried to log in the emulator application for android to my account. But as I entered the game, all the data was reset, I tried to log out immediately and log in to twitter, but when I entered this account (let it be under 2) and not the old one (that is, 1). And he writes that this account will be credited to my account on twitter (i.e. it comes in all the time by 2). You could check your app permissions on Twitter's website to see if AL is listed there. If so, there's a 99% chance you had it bound to it
Okay, so on the title screen, you'll login fully w/ Twitter (as shown in the screenshot). Once the Twitter login is completed, you need to choose the server you previously played on (e.g if you played on Sandy, choose Sandy instead of Washington)

No, the login screen will ONLY retrieve bounds accounts. It wont bind. Binding is only done in the settings menu in game. So logging on the title screen will delete the local data (the dummy account that's auto created when you reinstalled) and retrieve the account info saved on your Twitter if there's any there

Helloo, I'm having an issue where when i want to buy gems the play store tells me i already own the item. Bank statement says it might have charged me three times but play store says two of the three transactions cancelled but one probably went through. I tried resetting AL but still dont see any gems so im hoping all three cancelled?

An update for scherzo box people. I waited around 2 weeks for the box to arrive after dming toast. Toast then advised me to send an email to support directly. After 3 hours CS responded to my mail and I got the box in-game
