You should get an email back, but you can check. Otherwise, as per the announcement in #game-news you can either wait or send a followup email on the same chain so that you don't overflow them with requests that distract them.

While it's possible that you could in theory by contacting CS, you can unbind your twitter account in the accounts where you originally bound the other account. If you run into errors, most of the time they need to be resolved by CS.

If you originally bound the 2nd account on the title screen, yes, you'd need to complete it. then go to the settings account screen then unbind it.

Have you tried restarting? it's possibly a desync where it hasn't noticed that you exchanged the general blueprints

Older devices and those with less than 2gb of ram have issues properly running the game. If you have an alternate device/emulator, you can check those out for now, until the devs address this.

You'd have to install the game on a new device/emulator if you wish to continue playing without crashes, and would have to make sure you're bound before hand. Unfortunately, there are otherwise no known workarounds for crashes on older devices.

Hi. I have a problem with cutscenes. Whenever a story cutscene plays the screen is all white or black with no art just the textbox. You can see the story text just fine and then the art flashes at the end for like half a second. Same when i try to reply it from archives. Playing the game on my phone. Help please 😦
@latent ocean 3rd party logins will crash occasionally with certain devices. you can either try turning debug mode on and off, or logging onto that device with yostar after binding it on a device that the login does work on.

@eager marlin hm...usually it's a form of desync or a shaky connection to the game servers. I can only think of trying a different network connection or possibly even a VPN. But a reinstall more than likely wont help but if you do wanna try it, be sure to bind your account first

So I have this problem that, every time I try to change the ships in the dorm it just crashes immediately. I play on the iPhones 6s.
For devices w/ lower RAM counts (around 1GB of so) there's a known issue that they're having crashing issues. So that could be the problem you're facing. If you wanna try, you can do a file repair from the settings menu or try a fresh install just to rule out bad files (if you do try a fresh install, be sure to bind your account first).
Just a heads up - My game can connect now after resetting my router. No idea what happened but AL wasn't liking whatever it was.

For three days now I have completed hard mode maps for the daily quest that were reset with the last patch and it's never fulfilling the 2 hard mode map clear requirements.

If developer mode didn't work, then unfortunately the only other option is to log into your account on a seperate device (such as a spare phone or PC emu) and bind your account to Yostar on that device. Then log in w/ Yostar on your original device as it wont crash the game like Yostar/FB
No unfortunately Yostar accounts are permanent w/ the AL account and the email associated w/ them

After a fresh repairing the game, I still can't change the members in my dorms. Did a fresh install, still couldn't change the members of my dorm. So is my only option to change people in my dorms now to use an emulator?

it has to do with your isp not the server

Recently been having a lot of crashes happening on iPhone 6. Most consistent crashes to home screen have been on entering the Dorm and engaging in battle, but will happen at random on other screen transitions as well. Is there a good fix for this?
iPhone 6 and other low RAM devices are too low spec for the current AL to run reliably
So it is a RAM flood
if you remove the furniture from your dorm you can vastly improve performance for collecting hearts and swapping characters there

if you have access to an emulator on computer you can hopefully retain your playing experience

quite a few ppl have notification issues without a resolution so you can pretty much consider it a bug

Summarizing @ivory lotus 's issue. Game is forcing tutorial missions. Unable to play the game otherwise. Reinstall did not fix. Has to equip a weapon, but already has it equipped.

why on my screen, the notification "connecting to the game" always appears after UI update? even though the signal is smooth and the remaining memory capacity is still available to play it.
I'm in the same situation as @ivory lotus where its stuck in the tutorial for changing gears. Seems to happen only if you somehow skip the tutorial and continue playing the game like us. Hope there's a solution for this.
However, I personally don't mind if someone can unbind my yostar and twitter account from the game so I can start over since I just started playing recently.

@small sparrow Unfortunately devices that have around 1GB or so of RAM (which includes the iPhone 5/5s) are known to have crashing issues. We don't really have a workaround though as it's just a memory problem

@gloomy edge they'll replay later m8, or u can tried to purchase the same gem pack but CANCEL before purchasing it. Dont actually buy it again. There's a pinned gif showing an example. See if that gets them pushed to your account.

My game is consistently crashing on IOS when entering the Dorm. Specifically when I access the screen where you change which ships to train. I tried to repair files and restarted the game but still crashes. Could it be a memory related issue? My phone is old
