if you have your UID from a profile capture, they'd probably be able to find your account. If not, you can still try, and hope for the best, but they may find it difficult. Make sure you have the exact spelling of the name at least @smoky timber

I tried wifi and my regular phone connection. Both seem to work for all other things besides azur lane logging in
Sometimes some connections become finicky with AL, if you have a vpn you could use that, or see if reseting the router helps (as it has once before, but not likely to)

@sinful yoke found the problem to my hash checked failed earlier. My isp in my country somehow blocks azur lane, VPN works. Thanks a lot
If that doesn't work, it's a device specific crash issue with 3rd party logins, one workaround is to get on an alternate device/emulator that 3rd party works on, then bind the account to Yostar so you can login to your original device with Yostar.

By now, I get the sneaking suspicion that somebody hotwired the SEA solution and it now causes a multitude of bugs and errors.
sea usually has issues with logging in, a lot of issues with isps blocking it

@modern jackal Yes, it's not a bug. It's b/c they had to put it back in the game due to a bug so everyone got reset but all the missions are auto unlocked

@lunar mesa Roon requirements bugging out is a known issue. If you'd like to try, a lot of people say a reinstall will solve the issue though. If you do, be sure to bind your account before hand

I'm a bit confused on how the YAS process works. I know to go to settings. Bind yostar account. Put in an email and generate the code. Do I put this code on this settings screen that's already open or the home screen of the phone I'm trying to transfer to?
put it in the settings screen first to bind your account to YAS..
the login process is the same too (instead do it on login screen) where you put your email and generate a code.. but instead of binding you will login this time

It's some form of email error. If you're using the same email as your FB can you use a different one? And vise versa if it's a different email

Nah. It's a known bug right now where just (for whatever reason) you're unable to properly load your profile. Hence why Washington is the only one not working for you. But support says they're able to manually fix it

Hm...perhaps try a different VPN. Tunnelbear and Hotspot Shield are pretty recommended. If that doesn't work, then unfortunately there isn't much else I personally can offer. There are some known network issues right now but aside from the network/VPN workaround, we don't really have anything

in the Events page ingame, why is it that on the schrezo of iron and blood and banquet part.. whenever i press the Battle button, my game becomes unresponsive (though the diamond thingy that appears whenever you press on screen still appears)

Gotcha. Well there's a known issue (that's been reported to the devs) for devices w/ lower RAM count (usually around 1GB of RAM) so that could be what's affecting you. But as the 6s actually has 2 there's small chance it might not be that. You could try a reinstall if you haven't already. If you do, be sure to bind your account beforehand

Why not log in to the old account using twitter or Facebook, even though it's bind
Make sure you logged into Facebook/Twitter on the Title Screen (not the settings) and then choose the server that you played one before. For example, if you played on Sandy before, you need to choose Sandy instead of Washington
so does customer support have to fix your account manually which is why u have to email them, its not like its a bug that a hotfix can fix
Well that's what I'm not too sure about for these specific cases. For some people, some servers work, some don't. And for the previous cases of it, it was just loading and not a network error (but that could've changed).

@void dagger You can't get it if you don't have access to the account unless you remember it. If you don't have it, it's okay. You don't need it, it's just recommended if possible

@grave fable Make sure you have your notification enabled in your settings and in your phone. If you do, then I'm not too sure. Make sure your phone isn't in power save mode either. But it's been reported though

everything is turned on, not in a save mode. It just happened recently.

Well b/c of the error, you'll need to contact support to manually get your FB unbound from the new account so you can get it rebound to your original account.

What the hell is wrong with the damn log in I’ve been trying to get into the game since this morning
