Hi, i havent played al for quite a while now and wanted to get back into it but since i first logged back in yesterday I've been dealing with an issue, that i can't start any battle anymore besides main story hard battles. On any other battle i get an error saying: "Failed to begin stage: 19:Invalid Repeat Operation." (doesnt matter if it is an event, main or operation siren battle. neither work).
Does anyone perhaps know what the problem here is? My first guess wa that maybe a battle which ran on auto repeat didnt end properly and the game still thinks i am in that battle, but there is no running battle :|

Nothing is wrong with my net, everything else works perfectly fine except this game. Issue persists on phone, emulator, or with different network environment. I would assume this is a service issue, so would you kindly fix this finally please.
Yeah, it was good for me for two days, now it's back - it is a service issue. I'm just glad I'm pretty much done with the event - this would be a pain in the ass to get anything done now. Getting past the login screen is a challenge right now - and if you do, constant timeouts ending in Login Data Expired within minutes. Back to back.

Normally you should receive at least some generic email. Retry with your UID, in-game name, Server you are playing on and Commander level. (it is what they ask)

Running a Pixel 7. Game has become increasingly less stable over the last year or so. A lot of it is likely waiting on servers to respond and being slow to do so, but now gameplay can hang during OpSiren missions. I'd like to test with a reliable emulator to ensure it's not just the phone or install. Any preferences?

Only ask cause I logged in through Yostar instead of google and I lost all my stuff and my account is level 1 and when support emails me it goes to spam so I was wondering if there is a way to not have there email go to spam.
That's a better question for your email provider. If it's a big tech company like Google or Microsoft, you can probably mark the emails as important or not spam, and it'll learn eventually

Does anyone else have an issue with operation siren freezing the game?
My game crashed while doing one of the Beachside Brilliance Venus stories. After reloading the game, it shows the pink dot saying one of the stories is unread, but the button to read it has disappeared.
Any thoughts? I’ve tried reloading the app a couple times but that’s about it

My experience to fix the problem was like, I registered with a different Gmail account and then came back to log-in with Gmail to get my old Azur Lane account back

When I start arknights and Azur lane on new one, system says game is bound to another my google play account. Is it ok to play on both smartphones?
Google Play is independent of and doesn't matter for Azur Lane. You use the black Yostar email button (and soon, the yellow Yostar Account popup, so bind both) to connect Azur Lane accounts

I was about to say that it probably had to do with the Server being in the US. But, since the week day is different , while the month day is the same, that's a bug. You should report it.

Hey guys. I accidentally made an account for fb and another for gmail and i was not able to use my OG yostar account because turns out it was not binded to either ( though i can still access it).
I tried to delete my gmail and db accounts' new yostar account so i can bind it to my old and OG yostar account. It says i have to wait 15 days. Is there any way to increase the speed needed for this to happen quicker? The event will finish soon and i want to be able to play again. I don't want to wait 15 days if possible

For some reason, the game keeps turning off my push notifications. I gave the app all the permissions on my phone (OnePlus 12) but each time I re-open it, all the notifications are set to off even after setting all the ones I want to on.

For a brief moment they came back now it's all off again.
it seems like, when you turn them on and quit the game, they work. until you start the game again, to take care of whatever push notification you got, but then they are off again. so every time you start again, you need to turn them back on

A workaround is to keep the game in the background instead of exiting... the notifications arrive if you set it up properly, but if when you tap them the game relogs, you have to reenable... it's annoying, but workable

Most likely yes if you didn't create a yostar account. Previously for making yostar account you need email n code to bind. But since i created yostar acc before i even entered the game i forgor how it is with new system bc when the new system came into place it shown for me it's already bound so i didn't worry.
I however feel bad about people who gonna lose their accounts due to this new bind method

Hi, i updated Azur Lane yesterday but game keeps telling me to download latest update, game is unavailable in my google play due to region but i installed it from get apps app that came pre installed with my phone, it's chinese analogue with no region lock. I reinstalled game five times from this app, both it and playstore tell me my update is of 7th may but game won't let me in. For note everything was fine for half a year and playstore was my primary source for updating game despite it being downloaded from getapps. Have anyone encountered similar thing?

am i allowed to use mitmproxy to capture al's network traffic? i want to track my progress in some nice companion app thing, but all al helpers available online require entering my ships' details by hand, which is a bit tedious when i have like 449 ships and the game has over 800 overall. i'd like to somehow automate it, and of the two ways i can think of doing it, the following is by far the less janky one, but i'm afraid that it might count as botting and get me banned
- i play al on my pc in an emulator. let's say it's mumuplayer
- mitmproxy runs on my pc outside of mumuplayer
- mitmproxy captures mumuplayer's (and thus al's) network traffic. i'd make it only send them to my companion app, not delay or replay or modify them or anything
- companion receives traffic from mitmproxy and records the state of things from there (e.g. what ships i have as i scroll down the dock and the game loads my ships? i guess? i'd need to get up to step 3 to even begin to figure out the exact technical details)

Island Planner flat out doesn't work for me. The entire app crashes at the loading screen. Unfortunately I'm guessing it's the age of my devices (an iPhone XR and an iPad from 4 years ago IIRC), but just to be sure, there's no known bugs with Island Planner regarding this, right?

Did you bind the acc to Yostar or was it only binded to Facebook?
if it was the latter, unfortunately it is very likely your account is completely cooked
You can try to contact customer support at al.cs@yo-star.com to see if they can recover it, but I wouldn't count on it

Does anyone know how to get the Azur Lane icon back here? I seem to recall that before that last major update (the one you had to install manually), I could just click on the game here and it would open. But now I have to go via that other panel and launch the selected process (it had a name, but I’ve forgotten it). Then NoxPlayer launches directly and the game is there. It’s just that, as I said, it used to be quicker somehow, but I can’t remember exactly how it worked. I think it was as I described at the start.

But after tbh I hope you're not getting frequent BSoDs with NoxPlayer because apparently their driver causes many issues for many users (even I, I had to switch to MuMu...)

My game keeps getting stuck when trying to fight the boss in D3
The Characters stop moving (even if you turn off manual mod) but all the animations + skills keep triggering (nothing happens)
I left the battle like that for a bit and everything just got extremely laggy to the point that all animations stopped
I always need to restart the app and re-launch the fight but the sortie after that has the same issue again
The only thing that matched up with all other incidents is that the timer was at 00:14
I only have this issue on the boss fight on D3

Facebook app itself can be very buggy
It could be fixed simply by reinstalling your Facebook
or it might be Facebook authentication issue

Well they are online now, which is why I tagged them. So perhaps they will respond here, though I'm sure they have other things to do as well. To be honest, I wouldn't let it eat you up at night though

2.restart your phone
3.download the lastest app in google play

As I don't know the minimum system requirements of the game itself except requiring the android to be atleast 4.3 and above but you should definitely be able to run it with out problem.
I keep getting random crashes, that reset the app, sometimes I can do 3 enemy nodes before it happens, other time I can't even reach login screen, most of the time it's while transitioning between screens
Log mode doesn't work, cuz it just stops and resets, so nothing abnormal shows up
