The latest update for the game went catastrophically wrong on my phone, and the game wouldn't get past the "Update Complete. Logging In" screen no matter how long I waited. I tried to fix it by uninstalling the game and reinstalling it, but it wouldn't let me log in with my Gmail account, claiming the Gmail address was bound to another Yostar account. It seems my Yostar account wasn't fully set up way back when I bound my game account to it, but I just corrected that. My Azur Lane account shows on it, but I can't access it/log in to it from the game on my phone.

To explain a bit a came from SEA but moved to Japan (I play the global Azur Lane version) i cant use my previous payment method and the one available to me right now (i dont have a credit card only the Google Play points one). I Tried using a VPN to access the previous payment method but it doesnt work. maybe you guys experienced this problem?

hello everyone, im going insane since yesterday. I have my account binded to yostar and facebook i didnt play for like 2 years, so when i login in the account.yostar on pc i can see my beautiful account exist BUT wehn i try to log ingame via yostar button there is nothing and same if i click facebook, on the server list there everything says No data.
this is happening to me rn, I had my facebook and gmail binded to it but now it says to bind and register to this email meaning its new (which is weird cuz its not new?) so what I did i started fresh and contacted support about lost account with as much info as I can (receipt screenshots and the account itself). Now I am patiently waiting for them to respond me 
/techsupport in the server list near the top top of that menu, tap the "results found" button. it is a terribly worded button that basically scans the servers to find any active accounts. if that scan still results in no data, then email cs. their email is in the following post.

Question I play on iPad and I already have a specific ship. When I acquire a skin for that ship the button on the screen that allows you to apply the skin is not working, but I can choose to apply later and do that. Is that a known bug? I know it used to work. Thank you.

hey, so I got a new phone and I would like to transfer my account from old phone to the new one
can someone help?
- Make sure you've properly binded your account to your Yostar account
- Log in on the new device by clicking the Yostar option
- Select the same server you were in on the previous phone
In case something goes wrong, I reccomend that you hold onto your previous device and not uninstall the game from there

Thanks! I have download the game on my tablet but it logged me on an old account. When I go to settings I see that my old account is bind to my email but so is my new account. On the Yostar account center I see that it is my newest account that is registered so how can I synchronize the two devices on my new account?
That you might have to talk to official support about.
Ideally you can detach the old account and attach it to a new one email or what have you to have both.

The Yostar Account Binding doesn't work for me. When I am on the website it shows as correctly bound. But when I am on either PC (where I am currently logged in) or mobile (not logged in) I can't seem to login into my account. After entering the code it always shows the message: "third party account is already bound with another UID" and thus it fails

For now, just wait. It's the weekend, so cs might be slow to respond. It's either a false ban, or there was an issue with a payment and you requested a refund. Either way, cs will be able to let you know what happened.

Does anyone know if Azur Lane removes purchased content due to purchase issues? I just bought the pass and I received it but apple used my credit card for payment which has no limit atm, my money is on debit so what will happen?

/techsupport emailing CS would be the best way to make sure nothing goes wrong. from my experience in seeing what has happened with others, as long as AL is paid, then you should be fine. the issue would then be between you and apple/creditcard/ debit, etc. if AL isnt paid, but you still got the purchase/ or you refund a purchase, then your account might be flagged and banned. in such a situation, CS usually has the player make a purchase for the original amount to bring the account back into good standing; to show that purchase fraud was not the intent. CS would be able to let you if anything is wrong, or if you need to do anything. to answer the question posed, AL would not and has not removed purchased content. which is why they would request a purchase for the original amount be made. its also why a lot of games ban accounts for issuing refunds, since the product isnt removed, but you get your money back.

I fixed it!
Apple had basically blocked my account
So I took a risk of early paying my credit card bill, just the enough money that costs the pass
And apple unlocked my account and let the purchase thru
So it charged my credit card and it's all good
Not sure what will happen when the CS reads the email tho...
But I hope they just ignore it
I did not expect apple to use my credit card and not my debit, I don't have the habit to make purchases on my phone or apple's
I found this out while trying to contact apple support, cuz it required to download their support app and it wasnt letting me cuz my payment information was getting rejected
thats good! it should be fine on ALs side then, but CS will let you know if there is a problem. im sure as long as they received payment, they wouldnt care. but letting them know there might be an issue is good. just wait and see. no use in worrying about it too much
I took screenshots of a lot of stuff including the recent charge, apple/AL got the money and I have the pass so I think it's all good

Most likely it's a desync, try closing and restarting the app

I cannot log in or bind my account. If i try to start the game, it doesnt react. after mashing the button for some time, i get the notification "unknown error". When i try to verify my account, and after entering the verification code and pressing the Confirm button the first time, nothing happens. the second time, it says "Verification failed"
Unknown error means you need to login again... though it seems you tried that...

why game updates for crazy 6 or 8 hours almost every week?
It's not actually "every week" all the time, it just feels like it recently because event reruns only last 1 week instead of 2 like during their intial run
I'd imagine the downtime is required for complicated dev reasons none of us can fully guess, but it certainly gives them time to catch and patch any bugs that crop up while putting out the new patch

As for DM'ing a Mod, they aren't exactly close to the staff, the admins would be the ones able to escalate things to them. But you only DM the admins if your email has gone without a answer for months

Guys, sorry to ask here, but I’m having an issue logging into my account on an emulator.
After the account migration, I downloaded the game again and bound my in-game account to my Yostar account. The binding worked without any problems, and I can successfully log in on my phone. Everything is fine there.
However, when I try to log in on MuMu emulator (for example), I get the error:
“Failed to bind (400215): Binding failed. The Yostar account has been bound with another in-game account.”
It sounds like it’s trying to bind again instead of just letting me log in, but I only want to access the already bound account.
Someone mentioned that this error usually appears when the email isn’t actually bound and asked if I’m sure it’s the correct email. I checked that: I am currently logged in on the Yostar Account Center website, and I can clearly see my Level 79 account there. The same email address is registered and used for the binding.
So the account is definitely bound and working on mobile, but I can’t log in on the emulator because it claims the Yostar account is already bound to another in-game account. I just want to log in, not bind a new account.
Can someone help me out please?
on that popup, on the bottom right, tick the box that says "ignore for 7 days" and close the window. the yostar website login is not live yet. on the title screen, just enter your yostar bind email and one time code.

after you log in, tap the title screen once. in the middle, youll see a button that says "change" next to a server name. tap there and swap to the server you play on. it doesnt default to your active server. in the server list, tap the "results found" button. its poorly worded. it does a scan to find active accounts.

this kind of screen flickering only happens in the game and before you say my phone screen lcd is the problem I tried it on other games that are more heavy on graphics , this kind does not happen
Was doing the SP stage shortly before roll-over. Game decided to crap itself at the roll-over and wouldn't connect or stop being frozen until I reset. Now it says I've used today's SP attempt.

Well, whatever happened between last night and this morning, I was able to get the cruise pass. That's a big load off my mind, didn't have the money until last night.
Generally that error dissapates when you relogging, to prevent you from buying things twice

I don't blame the game because of all this new stuff they added and I have been a player since Princeton first banner, and the pkhone I used to play AL is an old Samsung j2 prime, RIP phone due to storage issues and updgraded to Transsion brands from 4gb variants and recently on 2025 upgraded to another Transsion model from the Same brand . Its the only update I experienced this glitchss

Update I just turned off Rendering compatibility in Settings since it got turned on by default, Flickering had stopped.

sometimes mobile data isnt suitable for installing updates, not super sure why but AL doesnt tend to like it, likely due to how unstable data can be

cs is customer support. their email is in the message just above. deleting and reinstalling shouldnt matter, since your internet connection had the issue, not the game install.

So I purchased the cruise pass and on Google's end, it says I paid for it, even got the screenshot to prove it... but on my bank's end, it got declined because I locked my card too early. I'm a bit paranoid because I know people have gotten banned and lost accounts for weird shit like this when it comes to payment and I would hate to lose my account I've had for seven years and logged in every day for the past four and a half years. Would I be okay if it just went through on Google's end or should I send over an email to customer support explaining what happened just to be on the safe side? Also could be an inherent limitation with your computer hardware itself

I started playing AL on my Realme 8 and quite used to it. But a couple of days ago I've got a Huawei nova 14 as a present, and decided to reinstall game there.
First, and still being strange for me, the game itself is missed from App Gallery, and I had to use Play Market despite the Google Services aren't running on Huawei devices without extra apps (like Gbox, or microG). After I've managed to download the game from Play market, I've expected either "Log in screen", or the long downloading session, but bump into the endless loading screen. I've patiently waiting at least half an hour to see somekind of error or something but no.
I couldn't find anything through the internet about my problem and guys from Reddit told me that I may be lucky enough to find someone on the Official Discord Server.
I have this problem , my house have internet and the game load just fine with update check already finish but when i get to the main menu screen , i can not tap on any button ( start button , all the link to social network and setting on top right corner ) , i switch to my phone own 5G and they start to work again . After getting into the game i switch back to my house wifi and all the button in game freeze again . I open my phone internet browser to see if my wifi is down but the browser load page just fine and as you can see , i can send this message right now while all the button in AL is unresponsive . Only when i run Warp 1.1.1.1 that they start to work again with my house wifi .

I've used different mails except QQ getting errors every time, my region (RU) isn't connected at least for now.
When I've created the WeChat account with my phone number the app itself gave me a chance to pass through first two pages of verification until I bumped again into the screen with verifying phone number (where got a bunch of errors, since the regions aren't connected for now)
Pretty interesting the way of signal emulation on the Huawei. I mean Google clearly see that I don't have a game on my phone, while the Xiaomi (emulator) exists as the unique device with already installed AL nearby with my phone inside the Google profile/

Hey uh, I'm experiencing frequent disconnection issues despite having good signal on Android. Both Wi-Fi and from my provider's plan. I did not used to have this issue and this has persisted for a few months now. Today has gotten extreme and I don't know why. Is this a traffic issue or there something I could try to fix? Game runs super slow at the start, then about 30 seconds after of interacting on the main menu the game will freeze up and disconnect 50% of the time.

Hello. My email linked to my Yostar account was recently hacked and fully hijacked. Therefore, I cannot login to Yostar and manually move/change the email to a new, safe one.
I am still logged in to AL on my phone and it works fine. My safe Apple account is also linked to it.
For peace of mind, am I able to contact Yostar somehow, via email? I cannot use the website contact form as that needs the Yostar ID which I cant access anymore. each server has its own account so technically you can have a bunch of accounts with just one email

well since it shows up a fresh account when logging into little enterprise there's only a few things it can mean
either the email that was bound to your little enterprise account was different, it somehow wasn't bound to that email before and was only bound today, or maybe you deleted your account somehow
are you 100% positive you had bound your account with that email before?
facebook binding was rendered largely obsolete a while back
yostar moved away from those other binding methods since they were creating issues
if you don't have any more clues you can try to contact support and give them as much detail about anything that you did in your account especially as of late and regarding any payments you may have made and they might be able to help you access it

Hello i have an issue, i oathed Graf Zeppelin and i dont have her oath voicelines, only the subtitles. I also bought her new skin and i cant ear any voicelines for this skin, only the subtitles shows up. I got a problem.
On my phone, Azur lane keeps restarting. Almost like the game closes, but it restarts on its own.
I have an android Nokia if that helps. I have tried clearing the cache, but restarts at random times. Sometimes it'll restart shortly after being in the main menu, sometimes it'll restart after an hour of playing roughly. And it ranges anywhere between that time

i hope they reconsider this latest initiative because last I tried the yostar login in gave me 30 seconds to input a code they'd send to my mail but the mail kept coming after a couple of minutes, so by the time the email with the code came, time expired and i wouldn't be able to login. Took over 10 attempts before i was able to login using that method which is why i ended up giving up on it...
Hands down the worst login method ive ever seen on a game and they want to make it the only one? (been about 2 years tho since last it used it tho)

It's basically only linked to my Facebook because that's how I logged in for years but now the update it's telling me the Facebook is apparently its own separate account and now I can't bind it to my yostar

So, I bind my FB account with yostar on the website. But when I log back into the game, it logs me off and asks me to bind the account. I tried to do so (because I'm clueless), but it already states "The account you're trying to bind is already an existing account".
Then I tried to log using the yostar method. It works, but it starts a completely fresh account with a different UID than my real account, even though it uses the same email as my real one.
For the FB method, it also logs behind the binding page
All this is what is happening to me

this yostar login system has literally been rolled out on other yostar published games. i promise you, there have been more issues with the login popup over the past 1.5 years than there will be once the system goes live in a month. everyone needs to chill out a sec. the current login in methods arent good, and if any of the social medias change their apis, then you cant login until it gets resolved. consolidating everyone into a single email password is so much better. doom post after the system goes live and shit still hits the fan. this was your friendly psa from someone whos helped others work around the website login for the past 1.5 years.

I have an account with over 200 oaths and about 300 skins, so yeh the whole issue concerns me, even though everything seems to be ok on my end, seeing other people having issues with it is worrisome
And the yostar login is just flat out annoying and extremely inconvenient asking you to input a code instead of making you setup a password
The current login methods worked for me for 7 years so the idea that they aren't good is flat out cope and bs. Additionally, funny you talk about email and password when the login isn't made with a pasword but with a code
Furthermore, I already had a yostar account and when I accessed this new link i had to create A NEW yostar account, does this mean I now have 2 yostar accounts with the same email? I didn't unbind my old yostar account from the game but the new account on the new website shows its already bound (with the same UID), so why did it ask me to create a new yostar account and how does that work?

yes, the current log in system is annoying. thats why its changing to a password system. the part you edited in as i was typing is exactly what people have been experiencing forever. people have been losing access to their accounts for the last year and a half because of the popup. when someone entered a new email in the popup, it would conflict with the current in game settings bind. if i had a nickle for every time i had to direct someone to email CS because of this, id be richer than Elon. i said they were consolidating the login into an email password, which would replace the current system. this system FINALLY going live for AL will literally fix everything. use your in game yostar email to register the new yostar email system. or email CS to change your in game bind to match. your data isnt going to be deleted.
so after the system goes live it will change to password? so there's more bs steps to do even if everything seems set up now?

I'm confused. I've tried to search for answers before asking here, but everyone else seems confused too. In-game it says my account is bound with, "Yostar Email connected," and I'm aware that it should say, "Yostar account connected." However, when I login to the website it does show my Azur Lane and Arknights accounts connected as well as my SDK and Bind SDK UIDs. I know they can't unbind the Yostar email in-game, but does this mean I'm ready for the rollout?

@white ledge Your data will be safe, but if it's not bound to a Yostar account you'll need to contact support and prove you're the owner. Make sure to note your UID and if you have any receipts for purchases, keep those as well. Obviously step one is just binding your account, but backups are a good idea.
@twin robin The System notice in game: "The Yostar account on the game settings page is different from the new Yostar Account, which we have now renamed Yostar Email." So you're in the same situation as me. I login to the website and my game data is connected to my Yostar account, but in-game my Azur Lane account is bound to, "Yostar Email," rather than, "Yostar account." I BELIEVE we're okay, but it'd be nice to have some confirmation.

It's okay Laffey. Your game data will not be deleted. On that I can assure you. As long as you have your account information, support will get it back for you. I'm just trying to avoid the hassle of having to do that.

The only people that have to worry about losing their account are those that don't have a Yostar account AND don't know their UID AND don't have any proof of purchase from in-game transactions. I've heard support can be a little slow, but as long as you have one of those three people have gotten their account back.

I should probably summarise my problem
I bind my FB account within the yostar website, not within the game. Get into the game and find out it logged off of my account. Tried to log back with FB, it asked for binding. Tried to bind, and said there's an existing account with this email already.
So I tried the Yostar method, got in, but started with a fresh tutorial with the same Gmail as my real account. The UID didn't match my real one either.
this must be a problem now, i never used yostar when i first played it, i used facebook and always ignored the yostar register every 7 days
but when i registered to yostar my data shows accurate that matches my facebook
Alr bind my account back to yostar again and if in may i cant acces my account through new login method though im alr bind it to yostar account, ill guess i might just let it go and retire

I am used to the occasional disconnect, but since the last update, I'm getting a "Network connection failed" and "Login data Expired" - sometimes just minutes apart, and I've tried on three different devices. First time it is this bad in my history of playing AL - and I've been playing on Washington ever since EN 1st Anniversary.
I use to get that issue on my old phone, but not my current one. So it could be a hardware issue.

Anyways, AL's behaving right now - for the last 1.5 hours. Before I could barely fight a single fleet in OpSi before Login Data Expired again. My money is on a service issue - degraded or a temporary bottleneck. Can't be certain, but looks like the issue is under control now.
