Hello people, I have somewhat the same problem as SupNep. Im a returning player but I remember close to nothing. I only know my in game name and the server I used to play. Is there any way I can recover the account ? I tried several emails, I also remember binding my facebook but when I login with facebook there are no save files in any of the servers. Hi, does anyone know how to fix this problem? Until last night I hadn’t had this issue, but today when I try to enter the game it doesn’t go past this loading screen. I already restarted and reinstalled the game, but nothing.
So far the only thing myself and another reddit person have noted is to use wifi.

What is the currently safest and most stable Emulator?
mumu and nox seem to be the only 2 not giving players any trouble as of late. ive been using nox since forever, but never tried mumu so i cant vouch for it personally. bluestacks and ldplayer have had a lot of problems starting with the mandatory app update a few months ago (ignoring the 32/64 bit os issue). for nox, android 9 was wonky, but android 12 beta is working fine. you could try searching the discord for "mumu" to see what others are saying about it.
emailing them would be best. this is from their website. make sure its the us [dot] yostar shop. they changed sites to a us based one due to the tariffs.

i havent noticed anything out of the ordinary, but i also havent looked much into it for nox. its def not good that i dont, so def look into it for any emulator you end up trying, and anything in general.

ive had no issues seeing updates in the play store through emulator. the app center has been weird with not showing stuff, so i dont bother. i log in using a spam email. since AL is currently in maintenance, no updates currently shouldnt be a problem. and since there want an announced app update, then the game itself should update after maint, not the app. if youre logged in and AL isnt appearing in the shop, then you might need to visit the emu forums.

i cant login my Yostar account, i have a lvl 66 AL account, then i install the game on my emulator i accidently login wrong server, now everytime i login it say my Yostar account has been bound with another in-game account, both my main account and lvl 1 account are on the same email

Mumu is recommended by Yostar. I've been using it ever since other emulators have had issues running AL. It's made my netease so should be relatively safe
I don't know when it started but every time I try to go into a game it just loads to 100% and dosnt load. I have been waiting for 10 minutes on this loading screen and it wont load. I tried reopening the app, restarting my phone and all that. Does anyone know how to fix it?

ui adjustment doesn’t work for dock and ship detail
its probably asking your to enable virtualisation which is a standard thing for emulation
could you elaborate what that does?
in the most simplest terms it makes it so your hardware (usually mostly the cpu) can share its resource more efficiently across different environments
so in essence instead creating a long winded bridge for the emulation <-> hardware the emultation can just directly use your hardware
which makes things run more native and also significantly improves performance
googling it will give you a more detailed explanation however but it is very technical
(side note: the reason other emulators tend to not ask for it is because they tend to support hyper-v from windows which is essentially the bridge i mentioned, but hyper-v, while performant, still isnt as good, and mumu doesnt support it)
(side note 2: make sure you actually downloaded mumuplayer12)
i should also note that it does not mean mumu can do whatever it wants with your pc nor that it can do things with the bios
it simply just wants that to be enabled to provide a stable emulation environment

Yeah I'm also suddenly getting lots of crashes. I had 4~ crashes since the update. Before this update my game crashed maybe 1-2 times an entire month
I tend to get only 20 minutes now before the game begins to gradually lag more and more, until it straight up crashes, forcing me to restart it (something that never happened before last maintenance)
might be unrelated, but today I noticed that VRAM usage creeps up slowly while playing on an emulator (up to date Mumuplayer), it only clears up when I close AL (not the whole emu, just the game)
I first noticed that after having the game open for like 2 hours. Video playback on the browser on my other monitor and another light game started getting choppy, so I open the task manager and, lo and behold, VRAM almost fully clogged up. I closed the emulator and it went to almost empty.
This never happened before the last update yesterday, maybe it introduced a bug that causes a memory leak?

so I'm playing around right now, letting META skill point farm run and yeesh...
that can't be normal
and then I launch the game again and it's at 0,9GB
my completely uneducated guess is that the game keeps loading in more and more instances of the same assets to the memory and not clearing it until you close it
just... wow... constantly switching secretaries on the main screen also does this
though scrolling through character pages in the dock for a while clears the memory clogged up in this way

Joined the server to ask about this same problem. Trying to log into my account on a new device, but there seem to be no options for that. All it wants to do is "bind" the account to an email address, and fails when I use the same one as I used on my other device.
I've spent ages pressing literally every UI element imaginable seeing if I missed something. Am I losing my mind? xD

The server list isn't available at this point. It only shows up once you've successfully bound/logged in to the account. This won't let us do that.
Well customer service got back to me looks like they deleted my old account and created an entirely new one for me

Yeah idk that what my email had said thankfully I wasn’t too far into the game but still that might be what they do
Just close the bind window, you will see the actual login button and can use your bound e-mail.
A "Yostar" button.
That's the issue. That button isn't doing what it should be doing. Instead of logging you into the account as it should, it just sends you back to the "bind" prompt with the email auto-filled. Which then fails, because it's already bound.

Yep. And when I put in the email, verify and confirm.... it takes me to the binding screen.
Seems like whatever it's supposed to be doing, it's not doing that. It's hard stuck on the binding process.

It might be a bug, so go to bug-reports room and use the form, I think.
Also, you can use in-game support desk for help, then wait for them to fix your account.
just close the binding screen. on the bottom right should be a box that says ignore for 7 days or something. the website login isnt live yet.

Odd, but I see the logic now. I'd definitely classify it as a UI bug as it is.

unfortunately its not a bug. its just awkward. they started migrating everything to a new yostar system last year. it hasnt gotten to AL yet, but they implemented the initial system first. itll def sort out once it goes live until then, there will be questions and issues.

I was bamboozled by the "login success" message. But apparently that was just logging me into a fresh account.
in the center, tap on "change" on the top left ish, tap on "results found" thatll scan the servers for an active account. swap to your server. if that doesnt work, then youll need to email CS for account recovery.

I'm just gonna chuck it up to a bug for now and check back after next update.
/techsupport next update is a week away, and itll end the current event. if you still need to roll or farm, id email CS than wait. if trying to log in through the yostar website system overrode your account, then next maintenance wouldnt resolve it.

They're new players and just play the game for a few days, so it's not that case.

But generally new users are the best way to evaluate a system like this.
It's shouldn't require expert knowledge... it's a basic login system.

Hey, I just bound my AL account to a new email address as I'm looking to move away from Google services as much as possible. The pop up allows you to choose a different email than your old address, but when I check my ingame settings it's still bound to my old gmail address. How should I go about getting this fixed?
Looking at the pins I get the idea that these are still two separate accounts, the yostar account you link in settings and the one you make that spans across multiple yostar games?

You don't need screenshots, but they do help. The devs can find your account with other info. Unfortunately emailing them is the most reliable way to get help for this kind of situation. The in game contact system is unreliable at best. If emailing is really that much out of the question, then DM an admin and see what they say for contacting a staff member.

Should mean old account. If you have your uid written down, that should work. Otherwise, fill out as much info as you can.

It’s not normal as I’ve sent an email for account recovery and they replied back immediately. Make sure you’re also emailing the right one as I accidentally emailed their merch support which they then directed me to in-game/account support.

Does the island mode use baked lighting?
I noticed when i walk far enough from a building the shadow disappears, and the shadowed side of the building also gets brighter

Hi everyone! I don't know if this question has been asked before but before the recent update whenever I go to the Dock to check the detail of shipgirls, there would always be them saying things to us according to the affinity level. Now both the textbox and the voice are gone. The girls don't speak anymore unless I click on them and of course they would talk again and when I manually check the voicelines, they do talk like normal. Is there any way to fix this bug or do we have to wait for the next patch?

Besides the fact that you're using BlueStacks, the device that you're emulating is likely 32bit based and thus no longer compatible with the game

having this issue where things freeze freeze up. the game is still running, but everything stops. i am on bluestacks. Restarting my computer USUALLY fixes this, but it did not (this is the second time in a row. i restarted after the first, and it happened again as soon as i went back in). I havnt had this occur in a week or so.

On the JP Server, we only need to manage third-party account bindings through the YOSTAR Account Centre. Additionally, we can create new 引き続きコード(Continue Codes) directly on the YOSTAR Account Centre platform.
You need to bind it to your yostar or twitter there, dont bother with the website. you could use the facebook as well, but it has to be one of those there directly there in the settings. let me know if you need more help by pinging me directly at @slim laurel
Might be the wrong channel, but how do I put Hestia in my fleet to build up points with her. I can't put her in formation at all
she's an AR (repair ship) so she's in the backline. double check your adding her to the correct formation slot. if she's not appearing in your dockyard, check your filters to make sure nothing is blocking her from appearing.

I got mine fixed doing the followimg: uninstall the app, reset your phone and install the app again.
For emulator i fixed it by uninstalling the emulator itself and installing it again.

Fixed l2D is partly broken? When logging it shows the last selected pose, but going to menu resets skin to basic. Using "next skin" button goes back to last selected pose.

had this earlier, what fixed it for me was a fresh install and restarting my phone + downloading ALL assets again, not sure what exactly helped but thats how i got past it :< (just remember to bind your account if you do a fresh reinstall)

you may not want to hear this, but you should reinstall. enterprise is not the current home screen, the new tempesta are. something must have become corrupt. if you cannot login with fb after a reinstall and the correct home screen is, then itll be a different issue

BlueStacks is very slow and LDPlayer is now constantly having problems, even after reinstall. I've tried Mumu but the loading is always stopping at 98%.

So a little while ago i was trying to log in for the first time in a while and was met with the yostar new account. I obviously messed it up somehow because when i then went to login, my account hadn't merged over and i was met with a fresh account.
I emailed cs (al.cs@yo-star.com) with all the details i had to the account (last login, level, etc) in hopes to get the account moved over. I never heard anything back.
I then tried to contact cs a second time with some additional clips and screenshots i had found from a couple years ago, incase the "evidence" that it was my account was the issue.
Again i havent even received a single email back. I have checked junk etc and nothing, and my email account can receive emails just fine. I'm using a hotmail email but i dont think that would cause issues?
Im just looking for a way to get access to my account back so i can play with my partner again. Any suggestions to at the very least getting in contact with customer service?

Is using a VPN a banable offense? I ask because I ran into issues where my game was not starting due to the file hash issue. I tried reinstalling but it kept coming back again. I did notice that when I used VPN to change my region from the USA to United Kingdom it at least allowed me to start the update process in the app

Was running Opsi and game froze, I closed game out and relaunched and its getting stuck at this page on startup. Ive tried restarting my phone (S25+) and force killing the the app through settings and restarting but still getting froze and stuck here. Any ideas?

I am a casual player, and I often take breaks from the game for months at a time. However, when I recently tried logging into my account, it appeared to have been reset and brought me back to the tutorial. I checked the account, and I was sure it was the correct one since I use different devices for my games and work.
After noticing something was wrong, I immediately checked my messages (SMS and email) and discovered that the email address linked to my AL account was no longer accessible. I then realized it had been hacked when I saw that it was sending messages to my friends, pretending to be “Mr. Beast” and sharing links for gift cards.
I contacted Google for account recovery, but I was informed that my details did not match their records, so I was unable to retrieve the account. Therefore, I can confirm that my email was hacked.
I also reached out to AL Customer Service. They informed me that to access my game account, I would need access to the Yostar account bound to it. Upon verification, they confirmed that the Yostar account was linked to an unknown Gmail address that I do not recognize. As a result, I was told that I cannot be verified because I cannot provide the correct bound account information.
Is there still any hope of recovering my account?

you should have gotten the cube and gems right away. the gold and oil goes into the storage tab. see the image. if the gold/oil is not, then youd want to email CS to look into it. check the storage tab first
since its been a bit, you may have already done this, but if not then close the game fully and relaunch. maybe give it 5 mins as well. sounds like a desync that locked your game. relaunching should clear it

I had an issue with restoring my account (bound to an old facebook, not my current one), after logging in successfully, I set up the yostar account thing, on the account center it also shows my UID and name correctly, however when I got to bind that yostar account in-game (it says nothing is bound right now), it tells me "the third party account is already bound with another uid", despite using the same email. I can't bind my new facebook either (old facebook is unbound tho) for the same reason.
I tried to log in another device with the Yostar account - completely new AL install, it says "400215: Binding failed. The Yostar account has been bound with another in-game account" and won't let me log in.
/techsupport email CS for account recovery. the website bind isnt live yet, so when you bound there, it triggered a conflict with your proper binding.

Need some help with an account problem. On the Account Center website, the AL account shown to be bound to my Yostar account is my main account. However, when logging into the game using my Yostar account, it loads a completely fresh account.

Is there a fix for missing some of the event augment modules? Sector 3 is cleared and the augment is marked as collected on the map screen, but I didn't receive and not in mail or marked as received on the event rewards list. Some people said check missions but I don't have one for it there either 🙁

Login question because a comment spooked me: until now when i launched AL on MuMu i just click in the middle of the screen and it says Login Successful. Then click again and it send me to the main hub of the game.

For some reason the game crashes every time I spend more than 20 seconds in the hub or in main menu, anybody know why? Doesn't happen when I sortie or the like but the moment I enter shop or anything else all of a sudden the game crashes 10 seconds later.

my game is stuck in the initial loading screen checking for updates and it doesnt do anything after clicking confirm update. it was stuck on "downloading [file]" once but there was no progress being shown and no download speed. i've restarted the app multiple times but it's not doing anything and it's definitely not my phone's or network speed's fault. i tried it on cellular data too and nothing happened

If you simply just have progress on two different servers, that shouldn't be an issue. Each different server is basically a unique save file and they're all under one email/bind

I have depleted my oil many times and had the pop up for buying oil to go on…

Please help! I am curious, I've been a commander since 1st anniv, and I can say I really love the game, but I have this lingering feeling of adding mods to it, a little bit of change to the experience.
It was stated in the ToS that modding is illegal, but I saw some are doing it? Just the visuals tho, like changing the appearance of the ships. I can't say I'm not interested to try, but if it means banishing my account to the shadow realms, then I'm instantly out.

after 3 days, i would yeah. since its friday, i wouldnt expect a response until after the weeked, but hopefully they answer sooner than that. with that said, did you send them an email email, or did you contact them through another method? i know you said "portal" but i just want to make sure. contacting CS through the in game help service or the yostar website has been unreliable for others. youre best bet is a direct email.
i dont have screenshots of it, but further parts of the story are (very stupidly) locked behind currency you grind in stages. it should show on the far right side how many you need. if you do have the correct currency amount and its still locked, id email CS. i dont think anything can be done about that from the client side.
