I've had simillar issues with my laptop being my only device being slow and a router reset fixed the issue

The download speed in other gacha games, and basically everywhere else is perfectly normal
It just becomes like this when i run azur lane
could be because Azur lane update files are fairly big
esp on the intial download if you choose to download everything cuz that's a good like 20 gigs (or if you're on a apple device, higher than that)
I've downloaded larger files before, and i didn't experience any issues. I can try to exclude the additional assets, but i'd have to uninstall and reinstall i think
It's the same download speed, but at least it's less than 20 gb

maybe a yostar staff can chime in: does yo-topup give you the gem bonus (not the first buy 2x bonus, the normal bonus, like for example the 4900 gem option actually gives you 7400 gems since 2500 are given as a bonus). asked in multiple other places without a clear answer yet

is it just me having some incredible lag on this and few other screen?
I have a problem... during a battle after 5-10 seconds shipgirls stop moving and time stops. They still make attacks and use skills but bullet don't fly only spawn, ship girls still have animations of shooting but are locked in space.
The problem appears when i play the game on phone or when to try use blue stack to play. Reinstalling didn't work for me, checked game files they are fine.
Rest of the game works perfectly fine.

My game refuses to update. It gets stuck on "Loading game" forever. I do play it in a region where the game is blocked but this didn't use to happen. For months now it has refused to update no matter how or where I install the APK, VPN or not
Not sure if this is the right place to report a bug but I'll tell anyways. So for some reason, only EN server has this kind of bug or at least in my experience is when I play the game either manual or auto gameplay, somehow it treated as idling then proceeds to randomly disconnects the game even with proper internet connection like 4g to 5g data connection or even wifi. Also I tried different device like LG V30, Samsung Galaxy s10, Red Magic 10 Pro, or even android emulator it still randomly disconnect despite that I have stable internet connection and even when reading story from events or memories it still treated as idling and then get disconnected in which its very annoying meanwhile on JP server that I also play don't get disconnected or encounter that kind of bug.
Nikke works and that's blocked in my region too. SOMEONE HELP ME THIS IS DRIVING ME INSANE

At least 1 person has at least 1 issue with every common emulator used. There is unfortunately no one fit all. The common ones are mumu, bluestacks, and ld player. i personally use nox. Whichever you use, make sure its a 64bit os and hope the emu fits your needs.

I'm on android (galaxy tablet). Initially tried uninstalling and reinstalling, that didn't work. Later I uninstalled, restarted the device itself, and then reinstalled the game from the play store. Same result, 'Hash file check failed. Try again?' Trying again just nets the same result. Everything else on the device is working normally.

Hey all. Been having two issues that I haven't been able to figure out. I'm gonna make two separate posts about it. The first is my secretary ships. A few patched ago, all the rotation stopped. It's just been TB and no other assigned secretary ship will appear. I've checked the settings and can't seem to find anything that would stop it.
The other issue I have is the Private Quarters AR. I have a galaxy S20 and it just freezes after loading though the back button still works. Example of what I see.

Your Emulator is set to Nougat 32, change it to Android 11 from the instance manager and try again (you will need to reinstall AL from scratch)

Yo, I’m having troubles with the game. It freezes and don’t answer on clicks, there is animation on touching screen, but the game just freezes and nothing happens, reboot helps for some time but after few minutes the same problem. I’m using iPhone 17.

Battle got stuck/crashed and resulted in that.
I would say keep restarting the game with your fingers crossed. hopefully eventually itll load the "touch to start" that actually responds.

That's exactly what happened, a battle crashed so I closed and tried reopening.

Dunno but the l2d skin tab locks the game, in both the store and from event page. I can check the skins from the ship girls just fine though. I have to restart the game. I tried downloading the l2d assets, nothing, repair l2d assets...nothing.

I'm having the issue with Bluestacks. The Android 11 version cannot load any of the l2d assets, and on the purchase menus it freezes. I tried the Android 13 version of Bluestacks and the l2d assets are about the only thing that works on that version. I can go through the menus but most things glitch out, and I can't even do things like sorties.

I have a new phone now and when trying to log into my account via X the authorization failed, forcing me into a new account. Suffering through the tutorial, I can't find a way to now log out of this new account and then be given the option to try logging in via Yostar as its connected via facebook, X, and yostar.
How do I do this? And no, hitting "log out" in settings just brings me back to the title screen and doesn't let me swap so i'm stuck on the new account
Surely the app isn't so poorly designed there isn't a way to completely log out of an account so I can try logging into mine but I cant find it which is "impressve" and I mean that as negatively as possible.
Did you make sure you selected the correct server?
because each different server is basically a different save file that is under your account
like for example I'm on Washington server and accidentially started the tutorial when I reinstalled the game when I switched to a new phone since Little Enterprise was the server that was selected by default
(And LE is the default since that's the latest released server)
Yes, 100%. I know so because when i tried to go to the right server, it merely started the tutorial up again. I am not in my account. The settings show it isn't binded to anything.

I just want to once again point out, NONE of this would be a problem if a "account logout" option existed. A feature that games older than I am had online lol
so the answer is: yes, all 3. I simply need to get the app to actually LET ME try logging in again and i'll use one of the other two options (and if X is such a bad system to use and has issues, why is this option still even available???)

okay... after restarting my phone, clearing cache, clearing data, and uninstalling through my phone's settings did it finally let me try to login, and I managed to do it via facebook.
Jfc, that was so bad I'm godsmacked from the level of stupidity this came down to all over the simple lack of "log out from account"

Could have an account swap option on main login screen... this kind of thing is the barest of minimums, and the fact AL is this old but lacks it amazes me.
Its a failure at so many levels, I could write a small short story about this. Games that were on the internet over 20 years ago have this, because its such a basic thing you'd never even think to expect it wouldn't be there. This is like having an on button with an appliance that doesn't work as an off button as well, with no off button to speak of period.
That was about an hour's worth of wasted time trying to figure it out, because almost nobody mentions this online AND I gaslighted myself into thinking "this button surely exists somewhere" and only found this out via an AI search on my Fold 7.

hi! my screen freezes at times on bluestacks, noticeably when fights fill the screen with projectiles, i tried increasing ram to 8gb but it still happens
also the screen doesnt freeze completely, just "functionality" if that makes sense, the models still bop around but everything is stationary like a time stop
this doesnt happen on mobile
it just happens, have to live with it on bluestack
lowering fps to 30 made it happen less often on my end

you might need to email CS anyways. that message is part of the new ypstar account system, but that system is not live yet. there should be a check box in the bottom right that says dont remind me for 7 days. if checking that and closing the window still doesnt let you in when you log in, then there might be a conflicting bind issue, which CS would need to address.

im expecting more info about it next month for JP anni. theyre rolling it out slowly for all yostar published games. i dont play any other ones, so i dont know how the status of that looks. its been a mess, but id rather they take extra time and impliment this right, or itll be worse with lost accounts needing recovery during the transition.

I had to uninstall and reinstall the game and now it works. Make sure your account is bound to something first though. And make sure you log back in to your server
i could log in on phone, and I was stuck on bluestacks. I fixed it by restarting the bluestacks hahaha

I'm trying to do the Port Town site event, but it only lets me select one server: Lexington. I'm on Sandy server. Am I not allowed to chagne it? Is it a bug?

Doing it before I log in asks me for verifaction code after entering email, I do that, and then I get sent to the yellow page without fail

Yeah I press yostar, asks me for the email, then verification code, then I press the button. After that it launches the yellow screen, says my account is already linked. Closing the yellow screen does nothing cause if I press anywhere after closing the yellow screen it reopens it on repeat until I force stop the game.

What was it?
Wifi/mobile fluctuations cut it off at some point during a crucial loading process
Probably led to the issue as it couldn't load properly due to the cut off
Turned off wifi and let it sit for a bit. It started working again and the hash check error stopped showing up

Seems they rolled out the wrong dev branch to the playstore lol
they dropped support for 32 bit devices which is largely due to google and apple pushing for it
even if ur emulator claims it is 64 bit they often run android as 32 bit (especially blueatacks and ldplayer)
They can't actually load up some of the new skins without crashing
see latest pin about skins crashing it explains why emulators behave weird

there are versions of android 14 these days that run as 32 bit especially from xiamoi and co
however hash file check is likely something else but im not familiar with the fix to it
i only had hash file chek prob when strange network errors occoured for emulator, restarting it fixed the error, no clue if its a physical device tho

No no. Bluestacks 5 is the one I also use. It’s the android it uses. You have to create a new instance and tell it to use a 64 bit version. I used the android 13 beta, but Pie would also work. It just has to be a 64 bit version. Check for versions on the official website.

New 64bit instance on Bluestacks got it working again. Downside, have to redownload the whole game from scratch and it's taking ages. 
Fixed my own issue, it was just the network being bad

Yep, as stated above they stopped support for the 32 bit version. Download the beta for Android 13 64 bit. You do unfortunately have to re-download the whole game

Did you link your account with Facebook or yostar for instance? If so you can just login with this method on the start screen, select the server you previously played on and can continue where you left off.
I have the exact same problem, emailed support, told me I didn't finish it, I don't have final screeenshot but I have these that showed I passed the start twice...
I logged in using my google account... At least the Yostar account makes a new account for me...

Yea, I got hit with the no support on my install on Nox. Trying the 64 bit version lets me download the game. I'll update if I have any issues with it

It looks like till it is fixed will have to use my tablet to play. I like using the PC/bluestacks cause I can use a mouse and keyboard for control when needed. I really am not good/like the way it is done for touch screen. And haven't been able to get a bluetooth keyboard to work like it does in bluestacks.
I would recommend contacting the support (al.cs@yo-star.com) they told me after checking data they will send the rewards after next maintenance. Hope it works properly

I'm having an issue with logging in to an existing account. I updated my email quite a bit ago but today I can only log into the game using my old email. I'm sure I used the new email in the past without a problem. Logging into the yo-star account website using the new email works fine. Any idea how to fix this?

The game ended support for devices that run off of 32 bit architecture so you will have to get a new phone

I'm having trouble trying to login to the game on a new Bluestacks instance using my login credentials. I'm going through the login process, but when I enter the login code I get from my email, the game says "Binding failed. The Yostar account has been bound with another in-game account".
When I login to my Yostar account through the web portal, it shows that my Azur Lane account should be bound, so I'm not sure why I'm not able to login to the game using my Yostar credentials.
Game used to always be full-screen (for years). Ever since the last maintenance and patch update, it has permanent black bars on the top & bottom. And, yes, I'm on the same device, Samsung Z-Fold 5.

Where did you try to login? In the settings, or start screen? I did it on the start screen yesterday when re-installing it.
Then you can decide, I am not well versed with the support of 32 bit in gfl, so maybe also moving it to the 64 bit might improve your experience too? Or you create another instance and install it as a 64 bit one just for AL. Your choice.

Do good internet affect the fps of the 3D dorm ? With my home internet the fps is really low yet today when i used internet from other place , the 3D dorm run super smooth .

Anyone having the issue where Bluestacks Azur Lane said to update the game, in the play store there's nothing to update?

My bluestacks instance for azur lane is busted from today ships will stop moving after about 15sec of battle, I'm going to try an android 11 instance to see if that works if it doesn't is there any recommendations?
i tried another Emulator LDPlayer same problem: It gets stuck on battles. Not always, not after a specific time and a restart of the game fixes it, but it happens on both
This is going to be a LONG post, but maybe someone will read it. I didn't want to go on the server, but I'm about to lose my temper. Namely, about two weeks ago, I started playing this game for the first time. I've never had much experience with emulators and mobile games, but somehow I managed to get everything sorted out initially. I started with Bluestacks, which I quickly moved from due to two bugs (one of which the emulator's creators themselves boasted about fixing a few years ago, so I don't know what's going on here). One was the infamous screen freezing during battle, which, although it didn't happen too often, did occur. The second, for some reason, is that the store doesn't work at all on this particular emulator. It throws up messages about no connection, etc. So you can't buy anything with real cash.
I switched from Bluestacks to Noxplayer, which seemed to be the perfect emulator for a few days. Nothing froze anymore (can someone explain the technical difference between it and Bluestacks? Because there must be one, since it didn't happen), and the shop worked flawlessly. I even bought something.
Unfortunately, after the last manual update, the emulator went haywire. I couldn't download it in any way because it told me that "the game is no longer compatible with this device". After reinstalling both the game and the emulator, I tried changing the emulated device. Nothing helped. I tried installing this "APKPure" (although, to be honest, I don't understand much of it either) and somehow, via a roundabout route, install this update (although in the end I don't know what it was installing – an update or a game). That didn't help either.
In the end, I gave up on Nox, especially in light of the fact that the more I tried to change something, the more Google Play became cemented.
The list of devices on which I supposedly had the game installed began to grow. Even if I uninstalled it along with the emulators, the list did not shrink. On the contrary. And what can I say, it didn't help my already gloomy situation. Because Google started bragging that "well, maybe it doesn't work here, but it does on other devices, so switch over, mate :D".
Where should I switch? To what? I don't even remember what was emulated on which emulator. These are not physical phones/tablets that I have at home. They are just an "illusion" emulated by an emulator.
From what I remember, I tried various solutions. For example, installing older versions of emulators, 32-bit ones. Often, however, I couldn't even install the game on them, unlike the latest versions. Google didn't even give me the option to install. Sometimes I managed to install the game, but not the update.
I tried the MeMu emulator. Nothing worked there at first, so I switched to LDPlayer. FINALLY, I managed to install both the game and the update. I was pleased to see that the store works without any errors. I think I like the emulator itself the most. It has its charm, even more so than Nox. The problem, however, is that it's just a better Bluestacks, which fixed one of its bugs, but did nothing about the other. At first, the screen freezing was even worse than on BS. I dug around in the emulator settings a bit, changing the emulated phone, the number of cores, etc. It seemed to me that everything was fixed. Well, unfortunately, the screen just froze again:
That was the last straw, and that's how I ended up here. I had thought about it before, but despite the enormous effort and wasted hours, I still managed to improve somewhat and play somehow. Now, I don't think I can come up with anything else, so I hope that somehow I can fix it here for good.
The best thing for me would be to stay with LDPlayer. Bluestacks is falling behind, MeMu too. Nox? I don't know. It was the most stable of them all, but the problem with Google has reached the height of absurdity there. I'm afraid that even if I manage to fix the freezing screen (which is apparently caused by a problem with 32 and 64-bit - I don't know, I don't understand it, because every time everyone writes something different - once, to go back to the 32-bit version, because the game apparently has a problem with 64-bit. Another time, they say the opposite, that the game has switched to 64-bit and 32-bit causes the problem), I won't be able to play anything with the next update anyway, because I won't be able to install it on anything.
So, it's a long story. Apparently, LdPlayer operates on both 32 and 64 bits. I don't know. Apparently, the game can be installed on Windows 11 even without an emulator, but how do you do that? Does the store work there and nothing freezes? I don't know either. As I write, I am not an expert in these technical matters. Nevertheless, I want to play Azur Lane because the game is great.
What hurts me the most is the lack of a port for PC, for Steam. I originally come from Steam and have never had any problems there. I must admit that I completely fail to understand why this game (I know about Crosswave, but I haven't looked into it yet) isn't available there. I don't understand it, especially from a financial perspective, looking at it through the eyes of, say, a business.
How much could such a port cost? A pittance compared to the game's annual earnings. And yet, you have to mess around with emulators and deal with bugs that shouldn't even be there...
Okay, enough of my complaining. Maybe someone can help.

anyone telling you to go back to 32 bit has outdated information. Azur Lane has ended support for 32 bit (largely due to google and apple pushing for it).
Most emulators even when they say they operate at 64 bit actually still run 32 bit android (namely bluestacks pie 64). (if the app store tells you the app isnt supported its running as 32 bit)
The emulators that should run without issues are bluestacks when using android 11 (android 13 should be fairly stable too) or Mumu12 (note MeMu != Mumu)
The latter of which I have been using for years and have never had issues with that arent the fault of the game itself

What does LDPlayer run on? As far as I remember, I currently have the latest version (9). I could potentially change something in Bluestacks, but I don't think that would solve the problem with the store. Even if, by some miracle, the screen never freezes again. There is also the question of what will happen when the next update like the last one comes out. Because, as I write, I had my promised paradise on Nox. Until the one update that the game itself doesn't download came out. Then Google Play literally went crazy and I couldn't change anything. Unless it is possible, but I don't know.
ld9 runs on 64 bit but it has many many known issues with azur lane
also are you sure you meant mumu because memu is also a real emulator
and mumu12 should be the stablest emulator (albeit not being great on weak systems)
there unfortunately is no guarantee that all of them wont magically break at some point but such is the world of emulation
as for bluestacks the default version download is still pie 64 which actually runs as 32 bit, so youd have to create a completely fresh instance that actually uses android 11 or android 13
So Nox is probably the best. However, the battle with Google and its "thousands of devices" is one of the tougher ones, and I don't even know if I would eventually find something that would allow me to install the game and the update.

like i said as long as you use android 11 or android 13 on bluestacks you can install the game and it should be fairly stable
same goes for mumu12 (because it runs android 12)
nox probably also has android 11,12 or 13 but i don't know if it doesnt have some weird issue which is why i can only speak for the other 2
just finished getting it set up on android 11 on bluestacks so far after a few battles its no longer freezing
Now I don't know xD I'll have to check it later. Anyway, I'll try Bluestacks again (in the configuration you mentioned) and download MeMu, for example (I'll see if that's where I had the error that prevented me from even downloading the game). Later, I might check Nox as well.
And which one is better? 11 or 13?
my limited experience with them says both are about the same
but 13 is technically in beta while 11 isnt
but yeah unfortunately emulation is just a bit of a pain just try to find an emulator that works for you because different systems will perform differently with different emulators
as long as you try to stick to android versions >=11 they should all at the bare minimum allow you to install the game, if they dont that means they run as 32 bit and you can move to the next
All right. So, I'll finish the game for today (some levels, etc.) on LDPlayer and try to check your solutions. If something is wrong, I'll let you know.
@bright berry @thick drift @toxic otter Did you have any problems with the store on Bluestacks with Android 11 and 13? Because for me (just so you know, I used Pie-64 and later the 32-bit version, so I really made a fool of myself) there were various errors. I couldn't even select a payment method. This is one of the things I care about, because I noticed that this game has a surprisingly fair monetisation system. Very generous, I would even say. At least for me.
But yes, this famous freezing problem, which many people have, is the most painful thing. By the way, why this is happening? I guess it's something related with the emulation process itself? I didn't have this problem on NoxPlayer, so I think, that is only problem of some emulated devices. And, of course, this 32-bit / 64-bit stuff. I hope, that when I move to one of emulators that you mentioned, when new update will came, that I would be able to download it. Because it's another thing, if Google let me go. But, if emulated device will be OK, I guess, it wouldn't be problem (but, on the other hand, I probably check everything on Nox and it didn't help, so I don't know).
yeah i did have a problem at first since the device emulated was wrong when i started the new Android 11 version
pie has many issues due to phased out 32 bit now and bc its just not even supported anymore
but 11 and 13 should be fine
there can always be niche issues tho 
the feezing can be one of two things:
a) the game has a bug itself (most often this is the case if it freezes in pvp, but rarely in pve)
b) the emulator runs 32 bit and runs into an issue due to reduced storage and number sizes
also to be clear: neither AL nor google have anything against emulated devices really its just that 32 bit is ancient history and google and apple have decided its time to let go

@bright berry To be honest, I prefer Nox anyway. I'm already on its website and I can see that it shows the 64-bit version and Android 12 separately. So I guess I should choose the latter? I didn't even notice these options at the bottom before. I installed it from that big pink-purple button.

How i fixed mine: bluestacks stopped working last night. tried the 64 bit version of blue stacks still didnt work. uninstalled bluestacks. downloaded the nox emulator then installed a 64 bit instance of it. logged in to all my stuff. redownload azur lane. 19 gb download. everything runs more smooth than before. no issue now

The game loads pretty slow during boot up and this happens whenever I limit break a ship or build a ship on my Pixel 8.

update: increased my memory size to 12gb and turning on the low memory mode seemed to help, something is causing a memory leak upwards of 600mb where the game then freezes, using the memory scrubber in bluestacks makes the problem only worse as the leak seems to get worse faster

Use black yostar, not yellow yostar. On the old device, go to game settings, account, and make sure the Yostar email account is done. On the new device, all you should do is press the black yostar button, enter your email, generate the code, write the code in, and submit.

yeah, after autoing for a while the game become sluggish and I have to restart blustack. Even so it is better than freezing
same as yours. S21 still has the freezing issue where skills proc but the game is stuck with projectiles and ships not moving at all

and when updated - everything became fine
Oh apparently I'm still on nougat 64. I remember installing an Android version but AL wasn't available on that, I think android 13

Hello, I don't know if this is the right channel for help with my account issue. I played azur lane over 2 years ago and now wanted to get back in but when I redownloaded it on my new phone. Problem is that I use the same account, binded to a yostar account yet everything is gone.
I tried all of them and none of them had it. I had to check on my e-mail for purchase confirmation just to make sure I was on the right login after none of the servers had my account.
Keep in mind that right now it's Friday evening in China so you'll have to wait a few days for a reply

Hi chat, i recently met a strange issue where i can’t play the game properly.
For ex: i want to check missions but i click on it and it won’t let me access to it, i did even spam the clicks on that and still nothing happened. It happened almost everywhere in my game like main screen, event map, campaign,… How can i fix this? (device is ip6s)

hey thank you very muich! this fixed my issue. It does indeed seem to be a bug, as pressing the yostar login button before kept giving me a 'verification failed' but after creating a new account and logging out, it let me log back in (on that same screen) with the correct account.
so I know someone who wanna go back to the game but since logging in needs a yostar account not just the usual give your gmail address and wait for confirmation code, he thinks he "lost" his account. it is possible to recover the account?

ive been getting extreme input lag when playing on my phone. Like in the lobby and when i press, say, the mail tab nothing happens. When the tab does open and i try to claim something it just freezes

BS pie 64 is not really 64. It's 32. Ender mentioned it when the 64/32bit issue first about a while back. I don't use BS so I don't know which version is 64, but there are posts in this channel that mentions them.i think BS 5, but double check.

I'm trying to download the game. When downloading the resources, it's giving me really low speed, around 200kbps, it's not my wifi issue, I have a 300mbps connection and I also checked by downloading other stuff. It's also happening even if I am trying to download over my phones 5g network.

in game> settings> account tab. in the yostar email part, enter the email you want to use. itll send you a one time code to confirm the email. when you go to log in, on the title screen on the left side, there will be buttons for twitter, fb, and yostar. tap on yostar and use the bound email. if you get a pop up for the Yostar Account website, just close it. that system is not live yet. the login process is the same if you choose to use a social media bind instead, but an email is best.

Resizable AzurLane App Windows on iPad:
In the recently launched iPadOS 26, apple introduced a new feature allowing you to resize windows and apps on the iPad, but Azure Lane can only he shrunk a tiny amount. Please make it so that the AzurLane app window can be shrunk down way further, Ideally I’d want to shrink it down to atleast a quarter of my iPad screen, or even smaller if possible.
This would allow me to play AzurLane on my iPad, while simultaneously having discord, YouTube, or a browser open and next to the AzurLane window. I regularly use all these three for equipment, timing, and fleet building guides.
(For reference My iPad screen is literally 6x the size of my phone screen, so letting me shrink the azurlane window way way further shouldn’t negatively impact playability at all, azurlane also runs on the iPhone mini which is even smaller)
I sometimes use iPhone mirroring on my MacBook to run azurlane in this way, but trackpad is not really ideal, so more flexibility in the resizability of the App window on the iPad would be a thousand times better
