is it possible that you actually need the 80 ap before itll trigger? i dont remember if the tutorial started you with any or not. 80 ap would take a little more than 13 hours to generate, so that time minus how long youve been trying to resolve it.

I've been away for 555 days and I've got this YoStar account binding thing popping up after re-downloading the game. Already tried to establish via the old Twitter/X bind.
Terrified it wipes all 300+ shipgirls out and forces me to start over. But it seems to recognize my email after the Twitter authorization. Anyone want to reassure me?

They don't randomly delete accounts, most likely yours should still be there. Login whichever method you did to bind your account before and select the correct server
If it's about the new yostar account, check https://account.yo-star.com/user and login. If you see your name, UID, and AL account bound then you're fine
Hi anyone know how to log out all the sessions on different devices at the same time? Yostar uses a email-based code log-in method which means I cannot manually log out all sessions.

I didn't google this, but ill take Blasters word that the error is related to a binding issue. Wit for CS to get back to you. messing around with additional emails could make things more complicated. It might take them a few days to get back to you. if you dont hear back by thursday or friday, send them a followup email in the same thread. i know this isnt what you want to hear, but be patient and theyll help sort it out.

what are some things i can do to prevent lag and crashes? starting to have tons of lag when i’m playing on my phone, especially when i’m playing harder stages where theres a lot going on, to the point where i cant really do manual play at all when i need to be doing so. even in the menus i get lag occasionally
mostly getting crashes though in the private quarters, though i do sometimes get crashes in other parts of the game
if it helps, my device is the iphone 12, so it’s a little old but not especially old compared to other devices
Dont let your phone accumulate too much heat, especially if you're charging it at the same time as you play the game
Take it out of your phone case too, that helped me slightly with 3d dorm
the phone gets hot because i play the game so there isnt too much i can do about that one if i want to play it for a while
i’ll try that and see how it goes when i take the case off, though it’s not really something i can do all the time since i don’t want to take it off outside

Open th game and get to the title screen. On the left side as seen in the screenshot, tap on the option you used to bind. Once logged in, select the correct server. It might not default to your main server. If this doesn't work and none of the servers have your account, you'll need to email CS for help.

So basically I resetted my pc and kinda forgot what email my account was linked to, I have like over 10 emails and I can't find which email it was liked into. The yostar account center bind isn't live yet. If the email used is different from in game, you won't access your account. Is that what you've been trying @rancid flax ?

game sticks like this whenever I go to combat
It was totally fine on a real mobile for me but it looked funny like this on bluestacks after the Update today and many menus and functions were completely or partially broken. I did not see anything like you are seeing though. Repairing Assets and giving it a bit of time before restarting got rid of all the weird stuff for me and it works perfectly fine again

Why did they change the binding man. Its so garbo having to sort thisnout and lose out on my acc
so when I launch the game it gets stuck on the "update complete loading game" part I waited like 10 minutes and nothing

ok, so i've been having problems recovering my account since i swapped phones to the point i had been using purely an emulator to play. before i upgraded both my rig (where Bluestacks got nuked) and my phone, i had linked my account to Yostar (at least in-game it said i did to my personal email) and every time i log in via Yostar or FB (with a vain hope that it could be logged in that way since i had done so before successfully) my account seems to have been delinked or something. this is an account that i've had since the early days of the EN release with multiple years of progress. any thoughts on how i can attempt to recover it or am i completely boned?

yes you can. but the game will force log out one account when you open a different device. like you cannot be on the same account on 2 devices at the same time.

Both devices can keep your login details. The act of entering the server (going from the title screen to seeing your secretary), kicks you from the other device.

But when i log in using my email not yostar account and ignore the bind my account in amagi server is gone like i start from the tutorial
Use the account logged in from before, not with that login screen, and use THE EXTREMELY BADLY-WORDED "Results Found" button to find your server.
Thats the funny part man, cause the account i logged in from before was on phone and its on googleplay, whenever i downloaded azur lane again on my phone it usually log in on itself to my account thats why i was trying to downloaded again

Tap on change and select your server. It might not default to the one you play on. On the top left, there is a button that says results found that'll scan all servers to find active accounts.

"Google Play" is NOT a valid bind, so what did you bind it with? If nothing, cs your only hope.
I sent them an email back on March 6 about this and they still haven't responded.
It was originally bound on Google Play back when they had it available.

Idk if it well help identify the problem but whenever i download from googleplay, usually people have to wait for the install and pending, but my googleplay isntanly goes to play, no download or pending, but with other games it work properly just with azur lane it has that problem

aww crap, I made a refund request through google.
try to see if you can cancel the refund request. email CS regardless. the issue is that it could be mistaken as trying to get free resources, since the pack contents arent refunded, but payment is. you should be fine, and if that misunderstanding happens, continue to communicate with CS to resolve it. it would just make the process messy, but should be resolveable.

you can try emailing CS. see the text box message above. but in all honesty, its prob better and easier to find a new guild. if youre not an officer you can vote out the GM, im not sure how keen devs would be on removing a guilds leadership core. like it doesnt sound worth anyones time when you can find a more active guild more easily.

@smoky steeple this is the third time i’ve had this issue. The 1st time they banned my account after i asked iTunes for a refund. Once i explained the situation AL customer service capitulated and unbanned my account.

Apple’s refund response was quick for my issue @smoky steeple, but that resulted in my account to be banned during the last Kron rerun. I had to show AL my receipts for my account to be unbanned. @cosmic dock CS has not fixed my issue or offered a solution.

Please allow me to ask why the verification code to log in to my account has not been entered even though I logged in using my second account and it immediately entered.
I got logged out of the game while tabbed out of it for two minutes. I log in using my bound yostar account, I go to the correct server, and it makes me use a fresh account. I checked the account page on the website that lists my uid and stuff and it lists the same server but with my actual account. My account is bound to my Apple ID too and even that doesn’t work.
sometimes you need to press the “results found” button for it to actually locate your account

yeah, the new system is not live yet. log in using the email your game account is bound to, not the yostar system email.

Then select "don't remind me for 7 days" since you've already bound

Is it possible to permanently remove the 3d dorm files? Every time I do it I have to redownload them if I want to play, I don't care about them so it's just wasting memory

ah. yeah usually false bans happen from payment issues. or requesting refunds when a double purchase happens. CS can easily look into it, esp when you have receipts. others who have had purchase related bans have had them resolved fairly easily.

I just had this issue and found a workaround, if you update the email on that yo-star account to a different email it will let you make a new account with your original email so you can try binding again

i picked through the log and it seems like the error is due to missing files in the game files. my guess is that certain ships have been removed over the years but we have them in our dock
trying to load them is failing because the game files no longer download those ships i guess? who knows lmao

There was an update. Had me re-log, but asked about binding and such again. Noticed all other options but Yostar said “unbind” which is abnormal. Then went to log into Lexington and it played the beginning fight again.. relogged and noticed there was “No data” on any servers……… whaaaaaaaaaaaaaat

Yeah that's the guild raid they are doing so just tap that to join it. The only reason it won't let you in would be if you did 2 raids max for the month.

Did you properly log in your bind and used the VERY POORLY NAMED results found button to check you're on the proper server (it defaults to newest)

/techsupport its been some time since your message, so might have done this already, but fully close AL and reopen it. relaunching might sync the completion for the mission. if that doesnt/hasnt worked, then email CS so they can look into it. something could have bugged and the completion trigger was skipped, which i dont believe a reinstall or any asset/file repair would correct.

My regional currency is bgn, which is ~1.96 lev to 1 euro and around 1.72 to a dollar
the currency in game is listed as dollars so in example the pajama party lucky bag should be around 51.58, if it was euros I'd be charged 58.66, but I'm actually getting charged like 65 leva

I am reinstalling the game since ages. (Went from Android to iOS if that is relevant) and I am trying to login via Yo-star.
The code comes through OK on my email. The game accepts the code as well. But then it still doesn't let me access my account, and goes to the tutorial and whatever you do to make a new account.
Please help 😭 I don't want to loose the account as it has all the Kizuna AI, Neptune and Idolmaster collab ships 😭 That and maybe 22-year-old-me spend a lot of money on the game too. I don't want to start over.

on the bottom right, tap the dont remind me for 7 days. the yostar account system isnt live yet. so you want to log in using your in game bind email, which is the screenshot you send with the edit asking "here." if that login doesnt work, or your account isnt present, then email cs for account recovery and binding resolution.

On that menu, on the top right, is a button that says "results found." Tap on that. It'll scan the servers and find any that have an active account. It's a poorly worded scan button. If there are still no results, then email CS to figure out the login issue.

Is there a way to change prices to € instead of $, iam in the Europe server but it shows price in $ and its a bit annoying not knowing the exact price right away.
I have a bit of an issue with my Yostar Account.
I didn't play the game for a while, and in that time my phone broke. Now i have a new one and i wanted to log back in, but when i try to log in via yostar account, it tries to register a new one.
I have emails regarding my yostar account on that email from 2022 on so i am 100% sure its the right adress.
It seems the yostar account system changed a while ago, so i assume that is what is causing this.
Is there any way to get my account back?

Nevermind. I found it. That was a nightmare to navigate. It shouldn't tell you that your account doesn't exist when you try to login.

Hi, the Azur Lane app needs a manual update, yet the Google play store has now way to update the game. do I need to uninstall it or is there another way to get the manual update?
its only been 4 hours and 45 mins into maint out of 8. update prob isnt out yet this early. if you see in general or in the help channel that others have the app update and you dont, refreshing the shop should have the update appear.
