I've been contacting support on recovering my account since July via the customer support email and they have been no help this whole time.
I'm asked to provide information via automated response, and after everytime I do I get no further information. This has been ongoing for well over half a year now.
How do I escalate my issue so a real human support staff sees it? I've sent any information I can (UID, server, name, level, purchase receipts, etc.) and I'm still just told "Dear Player,
We apologize for the delay in response and appreciate your patience. Currently, our customer service representatives are occupied assisting other players. However, your query is of utmost importance to us, and we assure you that we will get back to you at the earliest possible opportunity.
