the game sometimes forcibly re-launches mid sortie starting since like at least 5 months ago
I took my phone out of my phone case and unplugging it from the charger to see if that helped which does
But now I'm confused again because i've recently had a spike in forced re-launches despite my phone not being too hot and I'm just grinding W12 which isnt as intensive on enemy/bullet sprites as W13-15

I dunno why it happens alot, I know it's most likely due to my phone's specs but I didnt have this issue for just over a year ever since I got my current phone

they mean that when they (winter everfrost) got their new phone, they transferred their data (photos, music, apps, etc.) from their old phone to the new one and not downloading from scratch. that transfer fubarred the AL app, preventing it from launching. not that the game data itself was borked. given how spaghetti AL can be, that wasnt too surprising.

My azur lane account was binded to my personal email for years, but i unbinded it to link to my twitter, however the twitter acc was hacked, they probably saw that i played azur lane, hopped into the acc, and unbinded from the twitter acc to some random facebook acc that i've never heard of (at least that is what the CS told me).

I gave every info of the account proving that it was mine: uid, server, commander level, screenshots of both my email and twitter acc, purchase history from the google play store, everything, and the only thing i get is the automated responses.

I just wanna know if there is something to do or do i just give up at this point, because it's been like 2-3 days trying to get it back but CS seems to just not care...

I found this problem: when the battle result with meta is shown, the video card load goes to 99-100% load. As soon as you remove the statistics screen, everything returns to normal.

Been trying to recover my old AL account, iirc it was either logged in via Facebook or Twitter
But it wasn't binded to a Yostar account at the time, so it's tricky to get in
Twitter log in ended up in a new account, and Facebook gives an error whenever I try to use it to log in, not sure what the issue is there

I've had two incidents where my purchased items never came to my inbox in game until I messaged support about it. I provided screenshots of my purchases, and the customer service rep stated that there was a verifiable error that could be cleared. once cleared the items came to my inbox

logging in today my account is banned. i look at my bank records and see that I've received refunds for my purchases. my account should have a history of the support tickets showing the errors i encountered and that the refunds for my purchases were triggered by this error and read by my bank as an incomplete transaction.

If needed I am willing to pay the debt accrued by this interaction if needed, but my account shouldn't be banned for an issue out of my control

Yeah if you use the same Yostar account for say like for Arknights then it will pick up the info for AL, and vice versa

Also you can check on their website to see which games are bound to that account along with which binds you also have for it too

Tldr, this morning I already contact costumer service to unbind my old account into the new one that already bind with Yostar account (I want the same email both ingame account and yostar account, so I contact costumer service to unbind my account and I will bind the new account that same with Yostar account.   • Yostar email: 123@gmail
  • Your in game name: catpitalism

So, if we need to change the email, maybe we think changing Yostar email and done. What actually happened:

  • Email bind: 123@gmail
  • Yostar email: 456@gmail
  • Your in game name: wheremygem ( actually stays the same, no worries )

Now I log in to the game by Yostar:
456@gmail > code > login

You will meet the " Your Yostar account is bound with another game account" , which is the account named "catpitalism" at 123@gmail

Yostar JP said to me that Yostar ID isn't launched yet, therefore using 456@gmail to log in won't be working.

You still have to use the email bind to login into the game

Hello Tech Support, I'm having an issue on Memu (an emulator) regarding Azur lane. Basically When i'm at the loading screen where i can log in and click either settings or click any button to enter game it doesn't let me in, it just puts me to a white screen like forever. Posted this on reddit, but I will ask here as well.

I have two Google accounts and I have used up my gift cards by accident on the account that is not bound to the azur lane app.
Is there either a way to purchase stuff from that other account in Azur Lane, or not?

And if I will have to unbind, then rebind my account to the email that has the gift cards loaded up on the account (which I personally would not mind doing if it means I will be able to purchase stuff), how do I get around to doing it?

Google Doesn't allow transferring funds between accounts in any way which I learned way too late and now I am in quite a pickle, so I figured I would ask for help here, maybe someone was in a similar situation and could give some helpful advice? Thank you in advance!

I havent had an issue with this but I can maybe suggest something. Just make sure you have your account linked with at least 1 or 2 other things besides google, that way if you unlink the google account and you cant use the funds on the other account you can still log in and use the normal account. But once you try and link the account with the funds to it if it allows you, use the funds then. Sorry if it doesn't make much sense.

i am unsure if this is a bug or am i doing something wrong but my notification are not working.

Basically after reinstalling my notifications work, i play the game without any issues for a few days. then suddenly my notifications stop working. I check my in-game settings and it says "enable alarms & reminders to enable notifications" but the thing is i did not disable anything in my device settings. i check my device settings and try to enable it, once enabled, i exit out that settings page it goes back to being disabled. so my notifications don't work as a result.

then i reinstall to fix it and all settings/notifications work again for a few days and everything above repeats again. Hopefully this can be fixed as its tedious having to reinstall time and time again to fix this.

im currently in the middle of reinstalling the game again so i dont have any screenshots to show this issue (i forgot to take them, but knowing my luck this is gonna occur again in a few days)

Log in to the yostar account and verify what is bound. If you do not have access to what is there you could try asking for the bound account to be unbound. Another option you may try is using a new yostar account. Not the best idea but it is the quickest. I am currently waiting for assistance from the help people and it has been a week. Time varies and it sounds like they may be on a week break according to another comment I read.

Also you may not need to bind the account to the other phone if you know the exact info used on the first phone. Supposable as long as the login account used is a match you can access the same account info. If it is a new start, try changing servers after accessing the original yostar account aslong as you do not have much progress to lose.

If it works you should see the original account data as an option to load and play.

yah, As far as I understand if this is the account you want to use you need to migrate the account somehow to the new phone. If your bound items are set you may be able to access it. If you want a fresh start it likely will not matter much. I actually have a problem with accessing my account currently so I can only suggest 2 things. If you want that account play on the other phone ask for assistance from the CS team to access it on the phone. If you want a fresh start ignore the register at first and bind it later. Likely with another email, facebook, or Tweeter.

The multi phone play they suggest is honestly not going to happen unless you had everything set up correctly from the start. Meaning no playing until done. I do not think it works most of the time. Also for migration the UID and such is needed to prove it is your account.

If you REALY do not need it leave for a while longer. Better to have the access on the one phone then none on both.

I’m playing on iPhone and I switch to the 16 recently. And I could have swore that when I’m autoing siren op or this new event my phone will auto lock after it finishes / stops. But it no longer does that so my phone just sits for 30 minutes until I realize and turn it off. It even does this with battery saver on.

If the you are on a new phone it will require you to sign in to something. preferably to yostar. They made this mandatory. You can tell it to not ask for 7 days but it treats you as a guest then.

It is a new update they did which makes accessing accounts many times harder.

If you skip the sign in and have access to your old data (If you are lucky in how you updated) Make sure to set all of the bindings you can from the PC. It saves the data better then from the phone.

i wouldnt waste their time for this, when they'll tell you the same thing. besides, with limit breaks, gear upgrades, meowfficerrs, awakenings, and gacha for gold spending, you can absolutely spend that gold and more. the merchant generation doesnt matter later on. withdrawing the oil would have been worse. gold is whatever.

hey yo its me harbinlover69 back at it again wit the stupid ahh annoying ldplayer visual bug, i just got it again for the 5th time now, good thing i got it back immediately by clicking "force stop" in the app settings for azur lane. Now this is NOT a permanent fix cos my theory is that it has something to do with LDP's Graphics renderer (back then i had to change my renderer from opengl to vulkan to directx back and forth until it worked) and i hope it gets fixed PERMANENTLY in the future.
I will be coming back to this channel everytime this happens just so that anyone who experiences this doesn't feel hopeless cos istg this shi is more annoying than Nikke's first release bugs 💀

I had the same issue though it's easier for me to get throught it on LD Player than with bluestack. Things to try other than what was already said or resetting and hoping the best, you can try playing the promotion video on the left side of login screen first, checking the "Do not show this again for today" on the patch note screen while logging in on another server so that the other server does not need to load it. It usually run normally for me after I managed to get through the issue once... until the daily reset then it might happen again.

I can see it failing to load the next scenes. The glows are the hidden scenes. Took me 9 total clicks, 7th one being where Marco Polo dances up and down. 8th is where music stops.

Basically Siren hidden-appears, Marco has a hidden dialogue after the Siren (Apostle). The scene never reverts back after the Siren's hidden appearance.

Hi, unsure if this is the appropriate channel but I’m considering using an emulator on my laptop to run AL (3d dorms, grinding etc). My only concern is security since I’ve read some pretty concerning stuff from other places (farming, slowing down systems, difficult to uninstall or god forbid malware) I just want to know if it’s safe. And if so what would you recommend as safest and I guess runs the game smoothest (although I would install a pc client in a heartbeat, I cope so hard for one XD)

For security concerns, youd have to go to each emulator site/ forums/ community posts to see whats going on. the common emulators are generally safe, but they may have updates and/or features that you dont like. unfortunately that isnt something on ALs side. Because emulators are virtualization, they work off of your computers specs. the better the pc, the better the emu will perform. bluestacks tends to work with better pcs. nox on less powerful pcs. ymmv. ldplayer and memu are 2 other emus that are commonly used, and each of the 4 emus i listed has had issues for one person or another. ldplayer seems to be the most stable overall, so prob start with that and see if it suites your needs.

Hello there, I've been having an issue where the game just stops registering any taps when I'm on the server select screen.

I get passed the login screen fin but then it can't get passed the server select screen to the main game.

I can see the little tap effects when I touch the screen but it doesn't actually do anything, can't change server, can't access settings or the op

A players uid isn't used too often for public things. This means it's an important piece of information that can be used for recovering a lost account and proving account ownership. If someone else knows your uid, they could attempt to hijack your acc by claiming they're the owner. There are other ways to prove ownership, and I'm sure CS would take an account theft claim seriously. As with a lot of online things, don't worry too much, but also be vigilant on what info you post and where.

For some reason I'm having issues logging into Azur Lane when not at home. Basically I've never had success logging in and if I did log in the game is extremely slow and disconnects constantly anywhere but on my home wifi. Now this can't be an internet/bandwidth issue because my data work just fine for watching high res videos on youtube for example. Does anyone know what might be causing this? Does AL just not like mobile data?
