Trying to run AL for the first time on emulator, using Bluestacks, getting a black screen after the first splash screen.
Is there a specific setup that should be used? Arknights for exmaple requires Pie64 with Arm32, does AL have a similar need?
that was the same for me, yostar customer support were able to give me the black friday items within 24 hours. in my case, i didn't get banned, sorry that happened, it must be an error (edit: I see the update now, glad it's fixed)
where can I find the support email? Got banned, assuming it was cause of a refund that never got deducted

Has anyone had issues with massively reduced frames? I'm not quite sure how to fix it, when I swap my FPS settings from 60 to 30 it looks like it has about 10 FPS, then when on 60 it goes up to like 20-30, I've tried repairing the game which hasn't done anything and I don't seem to have this issue on my phone. I am playing on LDplayer. It seems ot get the worst in the 'daily raids' where I go to like 1 FPS when trying to get through the quick battles
Is it only for me or does the 3D Sirius thing in the HQ section crash the game like 50/50 if you go in it, or is it because im playing on an emulator, though it runs smoother than on the phone
I've heard about and experienced it crashing if the game has been running for a while before you attempt to enter. Every time I enter shortly after opening the app I always get in

it can take a few days for them to get back to you. sometimes theyre quick; other time it can take some time. if you dont hear back by tomorrow (giving them 2-3 days), then send a follow up email thursday or friday in the same email thread.

All you would need is the receipt that contains the proof of purchase, and if there was more than one purchase, be sure to send a picture of all purchases made within that day. You can then discuss your problem and then voilà.

Got some questions about the yostar account stuff:
I already have an account that I use for AG and HBR, it says up there in the faq that I have to contact support, do I still have to create an account in Azur Lane and then ask to bind both accounts, or just ask them to bind my AL account to the already existing one with out creating a new one?

i would recommend binding on the website instead

I played AL before the yostar account binding was even a thing, so I bound it to my facebook
then now when I bound the same exact e-mail I used with facebook and chose the correct server, it brought me to that lvl 3 account I made by mistake
I just sent CS my uid and explained my situation
same, i dislike this change/requirement but having done it resolved the issue that was created
if you bind with facebook on the yostar page, it should work
errr I bound it because I didnt know you had to check the yostar account website
i tried binding with my email because the steps werent very straight forward and it kept saying account doesnt exist. saw the facebook button then bound with that, it found my account
so I just keyed in my details as before like every other previous yostar account update
and then I suddenly see a lvl 3 account and my heart dropped

/techsupport i dont see if you said you emailed CS already, and i dont want to backread to check. i wouldnt delete that account. email CS and explain the situation to them. have them figure it out with you and resolve it. doing something rash could make things worse. if youve already emailed them, then be patient. it sucks, but im sure they expected there to be issues and are ready to help.

You can hit the "ignore for 7 days thing" and itll let you in to your old account
So if its bound to Twitter or Facebook and ot brings up that yostar sign in

There shouldnt be i dont think, as long as you bind to it with a yostar you should be golden
Data is kept locally so if theres an issue on another platform then uhhhh

Yes. But after a 400ish mb update this afternoon, it's not letting me login without a yostar account, trying to login via the bound Twitter acc doesn't change things, created an account via the same email tied to Twitter had me login as a fresh account.

I did tap on Twitter, tried to log in via that, nothing happened, still was doing the popup. Tried logging in via my email, the code bound my email, trying to put me in as a new account. Pretty sure I'm reliant on customer support

It shouldve denied it if you didnt hit dont remind me and then closed the yostar account tab
Also do check the servers

If you arent on lexington server it will reset your progress so it could be that

And when the yostar bind pops up if you hit dont remind me itll just let you in

main reason why i was reluctant to do so in the first place. fb sign in was working fine until this morning
My account was connected to a twitter/X account that was suddenly suspended and been trying to get it unsuspended for over 30 days. Hoping to migrate it to an email, but twitter/X keeps me from trying to log in.
I just re-installed the game after not playing for a while, I didn't know about any of this new yostar account stuff and when I tried to sign in it bound my email to an account with UID 0 so I don't know how to access my account

Lots of people encountering the binding issues too huh
They sent me an email 6 hours later saying they are still dealing with the rest before me, so it's probably a bigger problem than we think
Problem solved. Support helped alot. 5 Stars in my end. Falsely bound my Email with the wrong Account. Support that I should use another Email to bound my Account with Twitter and my Email🫡
Wrong sequence of steps. Instead of using my Twitter Account and Binding it with my Email, I created a new yostar Account without using the Twitter Button. Therefore was my Email bound to a different Account. It ist only a slight Change in my Email. Had to use my secondary Email to bound but its no Problem.
Will ask Support to unbind my primary Email from the false Account and changing the Email of the Account to the primary Email
Everthing Back to normal now. Support helped a lot and a great thanks to my head and remebering some Cornerpoints of the Account🫡

Well when the Yostar account bind site went up, I think they expected a lot of account binding issues to it, so I believe it to be about average of a response time as of now

So, I've bind my yostar account using my Gmail address and Facebook, but i can't bind my account to the "Google" option as i may have accidentally(?) created another yostar Account on the site. At first, i login using my Gmail address, but when i try to bind using "Google" option, it said that my account is already binded, so i created another yostar account using "Google" option, then try using the same Email which is my Gmail address, The same message appears again when i try to use my Gmail address to bind it together.
Since other Google services share the same Email as my Gmail address, and other services of Google is using the same Gmail Address across platforms, was it because of this reason my Email and Google bind got conflicted because Gmail and the "Google" option using the same thing?

Hello everyone, I'm not a native english speaker, so I apologize for any mistakes.
Recently I've bound my AL account to my main email, a few hours later I logged in again just to notice that in game it said that I had no Yostar account bound, so I tried binding it again, however I got a message saying that my main email already had a different UID attached to it. In the end, I've used my secondary email to bind it again, this time, in game it actually showed the email I used. But once I go to the (https://account.yo-star.com/user) logged with my main email, I see my AL UID. Should I be worried? Because the in game info and the site info doesn't match.
I haven't touched Arkights but there's a tab on it that says "Bind".

Good day Gents, question i'm currently using my facebook account but then i opened the game and a popup showed up saying if i want to register/bind my account i used my gmail to bind it, then i scrolled down and saw my fb "unbound". does that mean that the azurlane(fb) account and the one i just binded are 2 different accounts?

/techsupport on the title screen, tap once. then on this step, tap on "change" to select a different server. it may have launched the game on a server that you did not play on. on the top left of the server list, there is a "results found" button. tapping it will scan the servers for an active account. if your account is not present, then youll need to email CS to recover your account. have all of the info about your account that you can ready to send to them. theyll let you know what to provide.

So I'm having a problem where the game loads into this screen but then won't do anything else. I get the effects when I tap on the screen but the screen doesn't progress nor do the setting or link icons do anything. The tap to start is flashing and the audio is going through but that's it. I've tried restarting game as well as Uninstaller and reinstalling

I think you can mostly chalk that up to hardware issue on your end
They do put a warning that lower spec phones will struggle, and I do notice that my phone gets very hot before being forcibly sent to the main menu

i'm on memu, i tried to repair assets and then redownload assets but both times it said no exception. i just finished reinstalling the app, and im still getting these weird black boxes. is this fixable? i'm not super attatched to memu if there's something better. totally playable and normal on my phone so it might be memu

Hello !! I recently got a new pc and accidentally made a new account just now while figuring out how i log in with my actual account...(yeah dumb i know) but managed to get into my real account now.
Now question: Is it safe to click this on the NEWLY MADE account ? As the wording makes it sound like literally everything gets wiped, including my actual account
it's gonna delete your account with THAT email with THAT uid, and also break any like facebook connections IIRC, as long as its not the account with your actual uid you're fine i believe. i made a second account and ended up deleting it and it was scary asf
"across all servers" just means if you like, re-rolled on washington and then re-rolled on little enty and whatever, those will also be deleted

if you log in with yostar using emailA@gmail.com and then log in again with emailB@gmail.com youre gonna be deleting whichever one (across all servers) thats attached to that account

but if you logged in with ionlyhaveoneemail@gmail.com and then played a lot on avrora, and then made another second account on washington, those are the same account

i did yes !! i managed to log in with my actual account trough twitter
the newly made one isnt bound to anything, my actual account got yostar mail and twitter
well i clicked on delete account on the trial account then logged out and managed to get into my actual account
but i tested it just now and seems your right, i cant actually get back into the trial account
so nothing to worry !

Wht I do is make a emulator and run it , if it works I'll make a copy on it and play on the copy. Once the copy fail I'll delete it and copy the original again and play on it

Hi, I've been looking to return to the game but have been encountering issues. When logging in Yostar on a new device, I can't find any trace of my account whatsoever, on every single server. I am completely positive I am using the right email as I have consistent a history of Yostar confirmation emails dating back to years ago. Leaving the ever-possibility of user error aside. I have contacted Yostar's support service to see if I can recover my account through them, anything else I should do or keep in mind?

Every time I press anywhere in the screen to start the game, it want my to bound my mail with yostar but it would failed because my mail is bound to another account....

Im gonna cry, I was loggin in and it asked me to bind my account but because I was redownloading the game I think it binded my email to a fresh account instead of my atcual account 🥹 how do I undo this? I cant log into my atcually account now as its saying binding failed
/techsupport you can only bind from within the game. so try going to the title screen and on the left side, log back in using the correct info. screenshot to show the options. if this is what you meant, then contact customer support. only they can remove and change binds on an account. if youre not sure what your bind was, then itll be an account recovery as well, which they can help with too. since we're approaching the weekend, they might be slower to respond.

When I tried to log in it gave me this and then when I try to get into my account it gives me this error so I think for some reason its binded me to a "new " account? That hadnt been started since it logged me out from last time
ah, this. yeah, email them to get it squared away. a lot of players had issues with overlapping or incorrect binds.
Okay thank you I sent them an email I only have 1 account so it shouldnt be saying this unless when I tried to log in ans bind it just bind it to a new account is all I can think
yostar launched a new account system (not sure when, but it recently made its way to AL). its an effort to consolidate all of their games under one account. so the new account and old login basically got jumbled when going through the popup. i set everything up from the website, so i didnt have issues. because of that, i havent looked into the new system much, so i cannot advise too much. id rather have CS deal with it than give incorrect info.
