Having this issue even though I'm currently in the U.S. while trying to use Google Play credits to top up for $20.00 (USD). Earlier I was able to top up for $1.00 after the issue initially occurred, but I haven't been able to pay for anything else since.
I had a VPN on earlier, but I've made sure anything that could have my location anywhere else but the U.S. is either disabled or has been changed to America. I have also tried purchasing with the same account and payment method on a different device, but I get the same error message. I am not using an emulator, my attempts have been on Android phones that were both manufactured in the U.S. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Azur Lane, disconnecting and reconnecting my Google account from my phone, waiting a few hours to try again, checking my details to make sure all my information said I was in America so far. Google customer support has been contacted, but they will likely not be quick enough to address the issue before the event is over.

Additionally, this is an email I got as a part of trying to contact them for support. You can check a couple things yourself.
Is there enough CPU and Memory? Azur Lane will run in settings as low as 2-CPU cores, and 4 GB of RAM (memory). The game will crash or not run if these emulator settings are too low.
Try clearing local cache and force exiting all applications in the emulator as well. This could help if something got corrupted during a crash or ungraceful exit of the app. You do not have to delete the game or the emulator to see if this quick check will resolve your issue.
What are your graphics settings? Are you running in OpenGL or in DirectX? OpenGL is required for the new 3D dorm feature, but some older computers might not have compatible hardware and can only run in DirectX. The game will run in both, but the new 3D dorm will crash every time if DirectX is selected.
Reading some forums on Reddit a lot of BlueStacks staff advise players to update to the latest version of BlueStacks if the version being used is out of date. I caution against that since I am using an older version without issue. However, it might be the case that your version is too old to support new Azur Lane since latest update.
I am currently emulating Android Pie 64-bit without issue. I'm not sure if Azur Lane still supports 32-bit operating system anymore.
Sometimes BlueStacks just has trouble starting up. You can close out of BlueStacks and make sure it is not stuck in memory by manually forcing exit of the application through the Windows operating system. Then restart the computer and from a fresh login start BlueStacks. BlueStacks will occasionally have memory overflow errors and require an emulator restart or Windows system restart in order to clear the issue.
There is no error code, so tough to make exact conclusion as to what is wrong. You've uninstalled the app and reinstalled with fresh download from the PlayStore. But for some reason that initial APK file keeps getting corrupted.
I would check if you have enough space on your mobile device or emulator to install the new version of Azur Lane. When you get to the install options in game, make sure to to a minimum install (currently 7.5 GB) just to get the game up and running.
It could be a slow internet connection as well or maybe the Azur Lane app does not have permission to write to your phone storage (or emulator storage).
If you are stuck on your phone, is it possible to install and run Azur Lane using an emulator? Then at least you can play until you resolve the issue with your mobile device.
My emulator would crash every single time when entering the new 3D dorm feature. Switching from DirectX graphics to OpenGL fixed the issue.
From a fresh login of Azur Lane I usually have no issue accessing either Sirius' cottage or the beach area. However, if I've been grinding main campaign, event stages, or Operation Siren the new 3D room sometimes does not load and will force a crash.
So if you're using emulator make sure your graphics are set to OpenGL. If you still have issues after that you can change your in game 3D settings to low and see if that helps. Try accessing new 3D dorm first and then doing daily tasks to see if that helps as well.
Newer devices and better hardware will have less issues, but older phones and slower computers seem to be having more issues with the new 3D dorm feature.

Check your internet or restart the game
In addition to checking your connection to the internet and restarting the game, sometimes the game gets stuck when downloading a new update due to a corrupt file in the cache.
You can enter Settings on your mobile device or emulator, then go to Apps, then select Storage, and finally select Azur Lane. Inside app info there should be a clear cache button. Clear cache and restart the game.
You do not have to delete the game files, just clear the game's cache and see if that fixes your issue.

Having issues with getting the private quarters to load. I get a few spinning hourglasses the if crashes my game to the desktop (iPad) and I have to reload the game. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, uninstalled and reinstalled Sirius’s info from the beach window (not sure if I said that right) nothing seems to work. It simply crashes every time I try to play the private quarters. Everything also in my game works fine. Sometimes it’s a little slow but that doesn’t bother me. The private quarters hasn’t worked since day 1, although I did manage to get it to work a couple times, simply by preserving through the crashes. Can you guys fix this.
I see. Since you tried all the steps and Azur Lane is still stuck on load. Only other fix I can think of is to uninstall the app and run a fresh install from the PlayStore.
Could you provide more details to your setup? Are you using an iPhone, iPad, Samsung tablet, or running an emulator such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, etc. on your PC?
Only caution would be to make sure your commander account is bound to YoStar email login or via one of the other login methods.
You might have to login to the game, go to settings, select 3D options, and then set all your options to lowest. Not sure what generation iPad you are using, but I know older devices seem to be struggling with the newest update to Azur Lane.

Anyone having issue where when every time you open a new session of bluestacks to load azur lane it forces you to redownload assets and re verify account. Then once log in all the settings are set to default and you have to adjust them all over again? Just happened today. Using bluestacks 4 on imac.

I've found that to mostly fix my issues with the game constantly force relaunching in general
At the same time, this is also a hardware related thing, weaker phones will struggle with handling 3D dorm
Mine is a 2021 tablet Galaxy Tab S7 FE, my tablet is strong too but its irritating I can't get into the 3d dorm

so after azur lane update, when i tried change to my other azur lane account by clicking facebook/twitter button it's freezing and the apps not responding

With the lastest update of the client I noticed there are no manjuu dance network warnings :D,. Now the UI just hangs, and then you might see a network reconnect popup. Personally seeing a non-responsive screen during or after a battle is unnerving. At the least the Manjuu network delay dance line provided an indication there is delay. I can't tell you how many times I've just closed the game and reopened it. But now I try to be patient and wait for the network reconnect dialog.

Is there any way to stop the 3D dorm crashing on the first startup for the day? On both my phone and emulator when I try to go into the 3D dorm it force restarts my game and then works completely fine after that but I can't seem to redownload the assets or even understand why its happening

Sooo... Have been in hospital, while in there (admittedly with a poor signal) was getting Azur Lane sticking at the login screen. Back home now, tried clearing cache and restarting phone then connecting, same issue. Tried clearing data and letting it redownload the 18-or-so GB, and that much has worked, however on attempting to log in with twitter (which I know my account was bound to), after entering username & password it just sits there. Are there known issues with twitter now? :(

Ok this will be the 3rd time I have posted this as I have yet to get anything done about this, but operation siren for me keeps getting an infinite loading screen whenever I load into certain nodes, this has prevented me from playing operation siren for the past 3-4 months not and as a consequence I cannot get meta fights done and I cannot earn gold plates easily. I have done everything I could to try to fix it, even uninstalling and reinstalling the game failed to fix the game. It is getting to the point where I don't even want to open the game as I cannot do much with the bug in effect.
if you havent already, try this. remove every ship and meowfficer from all of your fleets, including subs. put 6 (or more) ships who were not in your opsi fleets in. youll need to spend 99 ap or 24 hours waiting to set your proper fleets back. the thought process is that there might be a desync with ships happening that causes opsi to crash. ive only ever seen this kind of desync for events, and removing all ships from event maps and reactivating them usually works. since you said "certian nodes," im assuming you have access to a blue port to swap fleets. if this doesnt work, you could try emailing CS and having them see whats going on. maybe someone else has another idea.

Getting a Illegal Restriction.40 message. Tried force stopping through phone settings, closing out of the app by swiping it, and exiting through the game. Only appears when I go back to the lobby area or after the login main menu and I close out of the news popup. Noticed it happening when I finished the SP mode in the new event and when I exited after claiming the quest rewards. Fleet Tech points aren't showing over the upgrade requirement

I’ve basically spent all day grinding XP for a PR ship but when i go to check the progress it’s left at 0%, i havr already completed and submitted the 1.2 million XP task and some of the lab tasks but the 2.4 million XP task wont progress at all

Got a very specific issue: every time I leave the game and open another app or if my phone's screen turns off, when I come back to the game I am unable to do anything. It's like the game is not registering my touch inputs, or anything else really. Can't move, can't click on buttons, etc. I don't know if this might be an issue of my phone, but since this started happening very recently I assumed it's because of a recent game update

Ok, I've gotten this Illegal Restriction.40 multiple times again. I think it's when I sortie/repeat sortie on T6 of the new event. Haven't narrowed it down completely yet but I think it's more common then. Has anyone else had this happened during this event? Repairing assets does help but only temporarily.
Edit: just repaired assets and stuff through the menu and no dice this time
the next time it happens, post the the results of logmode in this channel. someone, probable hassat, who knows how to interpret the info can look at it. guide for logmode is #bot-spam message i havent seen that error, but if repair assets didnt work, you might need a full reinstall. wait to do it, because that sounds like a pain if the error can be resolved otherwise.

Arch isn't really the best thing for Azur Lane on a side note. And if you have to ask how to play Azur Lane on Arch Linux, then Arch Linux is most likely not for you. Get a more user friendly distro or Windows.

Do keep in mind that people are extremely exaggerated when they criticize Windows 11. If you haven't tried Windows 11 yourself, it's best to try it before leaving Windows altogether. But if you want Azur Lane honestly the best option is Windows.
I‘m running on Garuda at the moment and dont like to change. I am aware of the features and stuff from Windows 11, as this is an environment at our work.
I am also aware of distributions and desktops from many Linux Variants, still I stay at the actual OS.

Waydroid should work fine if you have an AMD GPU. However if you have a NVIDIA GPU, it will not work, or it will work with extremely bad performance.
I was able to make it run on Ubuntu and a GTX 1050 Ti once, but it was very laggy, to the point of being unusable.

I'm using a T-Mobile Revvl 7. I noticed the issue might be related to system language and CN is hardwired into the phone so that might be it
Real Android I don't know. However I do know that my iPhone 8 (iOS 16, discontinued phone model, but not that old) dislikes Azur Lane after the 3D dorm update. It already crashed randomly when too many things happened on screen (ships, particles, later worlds like W14, Meta Showdown) and now it crashes as soon as I try to get in the 3D dorm.
Emulated Android also dislikes it, but not so much. At least I can access the 3D dorm there. And no crashes when battling.
It worked fine on my old OnePlus

Several things matter there. One of the most important things is your own download speed and the other most important thing is the distance between your device and the server, not to mention the server availability.
Different countries have different maximum speeds, so there's no way to tell with precision.
However I'd assume that anywhere from 100 KB/s to 10 MB/s is considered normal/average.

I'm on android, sometimes the game will stop receiving touch inputs. The rest of my phone works fine and I can use the on screen home button to exit the game. restarting fixes it and occasionally its fixed if I just leave the app open but open something else, wait, and come back. Is there a way to prevent this?
There is a possibility that this is caused by server lag. I had the same issue when the 3D dorm was released.
Most likely a lot of players were playing in my case, and the server couldn't handle all requests.
If this is what's happening, then there isn't really a way to prevent it. You can only keep trying, or restart your game.
If it serves you as an insight, I don't have this problem anymore. This only happened to me when the 3D dorm was released. I'm an Amagi server player.

it sounds like you didnt bind your account at all while you did have access to it, but it is still possible to get back access to it even if you didnt bind it then
for this particular issue, names are unique to servers, so you could change your server and make another Seevee on there but you would not be able to access the Seevee on the server you originally played on

There is no "best server" to make your account as all servers have the same features and content. However, if you want to add your friends who play Azur Lane, or join a specific guild, server does matter. Before making your new account, it may be a good idea to first consult friends or guild you like. If this doesn't apply to you, then it doesn't matter.

Infinite loading screens could be caused by unstable Internet connections or game data corruption. If you already checked your connection, then you could try restarting your device (turn your device off, then on again). A device restart did fix infinite loading screens for me in the past.
If a device restart doesn't fix it, you might need to uninstall the game and then install it again. Preferably, you want to reinstall it when you're connected to a stable Internet connection.

i buyed skin with discount coupon and it didn't counted to akashi fire sale event
the event only counts skins that are currently rerunning because of black friday (aka show in the rerun tab in shop/have that rerun label)
the coupon can be used on skins that do not fulfil that criteria, so you probably bought a skin that just did not count in the first place
Switched it on, and in the end of auto it rumbled and made a sound. So the function still works.

im gonna ask a potentially insulting question, so please forgive me. if you tap on any of weeks and scroll, do all of the missions appear as completed? the display might be defaulting to a scrolled down view, which would only show the completed missions, but there might still be available missions at the top. if they are actually all completed, can you record a short video showing the weeks? if there are no missions left, then you should email CS and have them take a look. since there isnt much time left, emailing them sooner than later would be advised if its necessary.
Nah you're good. it's hard to describe cause I've never seen it happen before. Around week 7 I realized something was off when I wasn't remotely close to getting enough points with the amount of missions left. I emailed CS and they said they're looking into it. Hopefully they figure it out in time...

The email address I registered with includes a "+" symbol in it. I am trying to install AL and this time around this symbol is causing an error "invalid email format. Please try again". This has not been a problem in the past.
If I remove the "+" the error goes away, but of course it doesn't log in to my account, and starts me off at the tutorial. How should I proceed?

Bluestacks 5 should be the sweet spot still, I think. Beware that the Bluestacks installer is very poorly made and doesn't even respect your preferences, it installs whatever it wants wherever it wants in a similar fashion as Discord.
Check that you are using Bluestacks 5. Or if Bluestacks is giving you too much trouble, simply use another emulator. All of them are essentially VirtualBox-based so there isn't any major difference.

For me the game just works. I wish I would encounter more issues, but the issues don't show up. 
Tried on multiple devices and different configurations, rarely any issues. This year I had zero issues other than a random lag when the 3D dorm released.
Which is why I always blame the emulators. Emulators are a thing of the past and it's evident Microsoft doesn't want you to use them anymore. They rather use virtualization features for security, not for gaming.

/techsupport CS can help you. 2 other methods for binding are FB (not recommended as much) and yostar. a yostar account is basically just logging in with an email, but you need to be in game to set it up. so if by "locked out" you mean you dont have access, CS will need to help.

when you enter the 3D Dorm, on the bottom right is a "dorm management" button. tap on that. Then tap on Sirius. Itll ask if you want to delete those assets. I dont know if thatll clear everyone or only parts. but this is the only way without reinstalling.

Getting this loading screen error. Did everything like changed to Japanese language, uninstalled reinstalled, deleted cache, restarted phone, but to no avail. My account is binded tho so I'm not that annoyed.

It just shows the splash screen and then gets stuck at that screen
the only thing i can think of that you havent listed as trying yet is restarting your modem and swap from and to wifi/data. there might be some kind of server communication conflict happening. otherwise, this is beyond what i know.
well it works on an emulator so its probably my phone. oh well pc gameplay it is then
one thing i did notice is that when i opened the game on the emulator the first thing that popped up is it asking for storage permissions but the game on my phone didn't
For no.1 I wasn't transferring the apk to and from the emulator to my phone so no worries there. For no.2 it might be worth waiting a little longer. I'll see what happens this time.

How i can log out account on others phone that was log in by Yostar account? I see that i only need to put an email and code to log in through Yostar account, so how i can log out account on others phone without have these phone on hand?
Game only lets you play on one device at a time, if you login on device 1 while still being logged in on device 2, you'll get logged out of device 2
Just login on your current phone, and the others will logout
It only log out to the main screen while im playing and the other phone log in to play. Which mean the other phone can continue to play on my account if im not online at that moment
I finally have an update:
Restarting the app and bluestacks never fixed the issue for me...until I installed a different build of bluestacks
From Android 11 to Pie 64, the issues are finally resolved

I hastily binded my game to an email account for school because of the game bugs prior to reinstalling bluestacks.

Also it seems like the game acknowledged me using an emulator because on the survey for 5 cubes, I was listed as using an emulator
yeah they don't care if you use an emulator, as long as you aren't using macros

Do I ask here about my account being banned. I don’t know what I did wrong as all I’ve done is play the game. No third party devices, no harassment or anything. All I can think of is that one time where I got refunded for gems that I didn’t receive.
/techsupport email CS and explain the situation. they can clarify what happened. since today is sunday, they might be slower to respond.

it would. but any info you can provide when they ask for it will be of use. since you said you had made a purchase, you can send them the receipt. hopefully you still have that. the first email will be an automated response. so when a human responds, theyll let you know what info to provide.

I contacted the support but it's taking a long time for a response
see my last few messages sent. if you emailed them today, its still the weekend. wait until mid next week and send a followup email. if its been a few days, not counting the weekend, then followup tomorrow or tuesday.

I'm not tech support but I have found that usually means my internet connection is not great. Try moving somewhere with a better connection if you're on a phone. You can always try restarting whatever device you're playing on or reinstalling (if you have your account bound).

I also got banned within the past 24 hours, I think I found out why. I looked at my transaction history on my card and the Cruise Pass I'd bought was still showing as a pending transaction and I don't have a formal receipt yet from Google.
That’s strange. Usually that would not be the reason.. at least that I would think since it’s just pending.
It's literally the only reason I could even think of as to why I would be banned. If it's not that then I have no idea why.
In my case I think it was because of a refund, and I did report it and they did say that they excused it, so I’m not sure. (Contacting support)
I'd had issues with not receiving items I paid for (Lucky Bags from Black Friday), I contacted support in-game and they were able to resolve it usually within a few hours. But I also had receipts to back my claim up.

So I'm hopeful that this is just a case of some rogue AI going on an erroneous ban spree and our accounts can be reinstated.

Not sure if anyone would care to know, my issue is being resolved. Apparently a previous purchase of mine had gotten cancelled without my knowledge. It would seem as per standard, I just need to purchase an equivalent $ amount of gems to be brought back into good standing.

Anyone know what might cause the game to suddenly start freaking out when using wifi? I've been playing for a while now and it suddenly dropped teh connection, froze up, and went back to login. Trying to restart is leaving me on 'retrieving latest version info', despite clearing the cache and restarting the phone/internet. Works fine on data, just not wifi.
Alright, so my problem was three refunds that I thought I had resolved a while back, since they were basically accidental purchases that I allowed the team to deduct the gems which I did not spend until after it was reported that all was good to go.
Alright, seems less a AL problem and more something with my internet provider. It's only some games, both phone and computer, though, so it's weird.
Turns out there was one purchase that was refunded that was never deducted. Now I’ll have to purchase the equivalent amount as well to be brought back to good terms.
