Just to make sure, you're on the correct server, right?
If it doesn't work, try pressing the horribly named "results found" button on the top right when selecting a server, then a profile icon should appear on which server you created an account
Otherwise it's a twitter thing

That happens everytime you switch devices, you get defaulted to Little E so just select your correct server
In case you haven't done it yet, bind your account with Yostar account. Twitter can be broken at times and Yostar account only needs a working email

Are there any guides on how to recover a JP azur lane account? was able to connect to my account using the email verification thing before last year but now its telling me it's not valid. Only have my in-game name and server, don't have my uid saved, but i still have receipts of buying gems.

I had the same bug since the update. Reinstalled and now it won't recognized my linked accounts.
Did you select the correct server before logging in, because it defaults to Little Enterprise on a fresh install
Or press the "results found" button on the top right when selecting a server, it scans the servers for accounts and a profile icon should appear
Make sure you also use the correct email to login using the 3 login options when you boot the game

I know twitter can have problems because it's twitter, but I never heard of yostar creating a new account (at least recently, this is one of the channels I lurk in). If you tried all servers already and pressed the "results found" button, you may need /techsupport for that

Also logging in Little E is not a problem, your other server account progress is saved. You can play on multiple servers under 1 email bind and your progress on each is saved

a couple of messages up is a post with customer supports email. they can help you. they'll let you know what info to help find the account and prove ownership. if you happened to make any purchases in the past, the receipts will help.

Whenever I join NA Ocean Depths G, my game starts an infinite loading screen. Which locks me out of doing any operation siren content until the month resets. I can do other parts of Operation siren, its just this one part that locks my game. This has been happening for a few months now.
Short of uninstalling and reenstalling the game, I have tried everything I could to try to fix it, and nothing has worked.

since it's been a little while since you posted, you probably tried this already, but if you havent, restart your game and check your in game mail. it might have been delayed. give it an hour or 2. if your gems dont show up by then, email customer support and they can help. dont issue a refund unless CS instructs you to. it could be mistaken as you trying to get free resources, which is against ToS.

Alright after some messing around I realized that my Gascogne is bugged. She’s level 98/Dev level 20 and any time she goes into battle, my game instantly crashes. I thought it was an issue with the fleet or the level I was on but it’s any battle she’s in the game instantly crashes.

Okay so, I just did an entire hard reset of the game. Un-installed, re-downloaded, logged in, and the issue persists.
My issue is that when I go to do my hard mode runs, once you enter the battle, the loading bar gets stuck on 99.4% ish. And then it never loads the battle and the game is essentially frozen.

when you tap on the gear skin, it opens the window with all of your gear skins. in the top left most corner, there is a button that says "remove." use that.

Go to Settings >> Graphics >> select OpenGL for graphics and interface renderer.
When running BlueStacks in DirectX the new Private Quarters 3D areas or Sirius interaction zones have a black screen bug. Changing the setting to OpenGL and restarting the emulator seemed to resolve the issue with loading 3D zones.
Edit: BlueStacks has a tendency to hang or get stuck when starting up in OpenGL mode. At least on my older PC and basic Intel HD 4000 GPU setup. Only work around was to disable OpenGL and switch back to DirectX for consistent startup of the emulator and running other parts of Azur Lane daily tasks and events.
OpenGL still works, but I find that I have to reboot my PC as well as restart BlueStacks emulator multiple times just to get the drivers or software to work properly and smoothly. It's not every time, but it's often enough to be an annoyance.

I cant download the game at all on MuMu Nebula emulator (Google Play store is stuck on pending and after downloading from QooApp, I always get hash file error and I already tried downloading with a VPN on like one guy here keeps saying but it didnt work). I have issues with head patting Sirius on PC on bluestacks it wont let me do it with mouse. 
You might not have to restart. If you are using mobile or emulator access the Azur Lane Storage area and clear the cache. Sometimes the patch download will error out and the only way to fix it is to delete the corrupted data in the cache folder.
You do not have to uninstall or delete the game files storage, just the temp cache.
Go to Settings >> Apps >> Azur Lane >> Storage >> select Clear Cache.
After removing temporary files restart the Azur Lane game client and download patch should resume normally.
Short answer to your questions is, no, direct copy of game files from a mobile device to the emulator will not work. Even if both your device and emulator are Android they might use different file structures or be different versions.
You can try and test, but it would be easier to figure out why MuMu Nebula emulator is not downloading from the Google Play Store.
If another app is updating in the back ground Google Play Store will stay stuck on pending. So make sure that MuMu Player isn't updating itself or another Google App in the back ground.
You can run a search yourself using your favorite search engine, but here is a short list of some other things to check for 'Google Play Store download pending error.'
- Check you Internet Connection: https://www.speedtest.net/
- Change you Internet Connection (e.g. from home/office router's Wi-Fi to Mobile data or from Wi-Fi to wired Ethernet).
- Toggle Wi-Fi and Mobile data "ON"-"OFF"-"ON" in the emulator from Android Studio.
- Switch between Wi-Fi and Mobile data in the emulator from Android Studio.
- Clear cache AND/OR data for the app stucked in "pending" state.
- Clear Google Play Services app cache AND/OR data.
- Try to use different IP-address via VPN.
Finally your PC's Windows operating system or anti-virus might be blocking the emulator so make sure it's on the safe programs list. I had to abandon using MuMu Player because the graphics didn't seem as nice as those on BlueStacks. So you could try another emulator and see if that works.
Just came back from a break. Logged into my account but whenber I do it takes me to the game tutorial. I'm looking at the server list and it has a character icon to show what you should see but I don't see that on any of the servers. Was pretty sure I was on sandy but it just takes me to the tutorial. Never happened the last time I came back
Did you bind your Azur Lane account to a Google Play account, Twitter account, or best case YoStar email account binding?
If the answer is no, then your account might have been lost if user data was cleared from your mobile device or emulator.
Also, if you have a bound account a fresh install of the game will require you to login first before accessing a game server. Otherwise you'll be considered a new user and forced into the tutorial.
I bounded it to yostar before they warned us about it being lost forever. I have checked if it's still there since it works for yostar store but the game either just refuses to log me in or it just won't let me in entirely

Well since you logged in first using YoStar account, and got a popup message that login was successful. You can try logging into the other servers to see if your main account is there.
If you're main was or is on Sandy then I'm not sure why it's sending you to tutorial if you logged in with YoStar account.
Aight managed to get it working. Turns out it was on sandy. It just never let me change servers or worked until I pressed the search button. Weird that it didn't work before since I pressed sandy before and it always sent me to tutorial but at least it's working now 👍

Oh I see you were able to log into Sandy server. It is possible that you were logged into another server before. By default fresh install of Azur Lane game client forces Little Enterprise as default even if you log in with YoStar account first. Maybe the new update also forced a server change on your server list too.
So commanders have to remember to manually select their server before being auto-logged into Little Enterprise by double tap on login at startup of Azur Lane game client. Login slowly commander ship girls are waiting patiently for your return. 😆
Had the same problem, seems like the only current fix is to reinstall the game. Just be mindful that there is risk of losing account if it's unbound.

I think it depends on each commander's hardware setup when using PC and emulator to run Azur Lane.
I had set DirectX as default for the past 4-years using BlueStacks because it was stable and provided quick boot times into the game. With OpenGL my hardware has some type of conflict with BlueStacks and the emulator will get stuck on startup or load very slowly. Only workaround I have found is to exit the emulator and reboot my laptop, sometimes multiple times, to get OpenGL Blue Stacks emulation to run properly.
Right now I cannot access any 3D features of Sirius' Private Quarters while using DirectX because of the black screen bug or failure to render the 3D scene. 2D buttons and options will render fine, but I'm basically blind. So for now I'll just deal with unstable startup and use OpenGL so that I can explore the new feature without issue.
I hope Azur Lane dev's add better support for DirectX in the future.
Edit: I'm finding OpenGL to be a lot smoother (better FPS) and nicer to load all other areas of the game. System is also running cooler when not in the 3D dorm. I'll probably stick to OpenGL on BlueStacks emulation of Azur Lane for awhile and see how it goes.

It's some type of corrupt file error. You may have to uninstall Azur Lane and download again from the PlayStore.
Do you have your commander account bound with a YoStar login?
Since clearing the cache did not work next step would be to delete the game from your device and install fresh copy. However, if you do not have your commander account bound to Facebook, Twitter, or YoStar email login then the account will be lost.
If you have a screen shot of your UID somewhere then Customer Service might be able to help, but from what I've read and in every patch notes telling us to bind our account, lost user data from unbound accounts is lost forever with no recovery option.
Could be a slow connection causing the delay.
If you are running an emulator, I noticed a lot smoother and faster load times switching from DirectX to OpenGL in the graphics settings.
Though this isn't possible on a tablet or mobile device. So if you are using one of those, then check internet speeds on your local area network or wi-fi.
Check sound settings in game.
Check sound settings on your device (emulator or mobile/tablet).
Check sound settings for your hardware. It's possible to mute some headphones.
If you had a screen shot of your commander account with UID that could help Customer Service retrieve your account.
Only other option is to petition Facebook to unlock your account or wait for suspension to clear to gain access.
I strongly suggest binding Azur Lane commander accounts with YoStar email login. To an email account you know and will always have access too.
Twitter and Facebook bound accounts seem subject to too many login problems over the past year.

The strange part is that last week the issue wasn't present, and my connection is the same
Either got a bug or a possible hacker, not sure which. Started a dossier fight, got someone contributing even though he's neither a friend or guild member. Didn't send out a request either.
I did notice that my iPhone would run apps slower as battery got older or if the phone was overheating. Also, if in power saver mode apps would run slower. It's one of the main reasons I switched to running Azur Lane on my PC using an emulator. No overheating issues on my mobile phone anymore.
You could look and see if there are any other apps running in the background of your mobile phone and clear out or exit out of them. Then maybe check to see if there is any other throttling going on to save power or something of the sort.
Difficult to make any conclusions without knowing make and model of your phone. You could also do some basic trouble shooting to see if your other games and apps are running fine.
Then it really might just be Azur Lane running chunky since the last update. I've read about how players with older phones are getting locked out of playing certain mobile games when the game engine gets updated. Basically older hardware just can't keep up with the newer updates of a game.
Tempts me to buy a new Apple or Android tablet with better CPU/GPU and RAM. 😆
Did you just clear a regular Nagato META fight before starting the Renown META Dossier Analysis?
Sometimes when you run META fights and the boss dies before other players finish their assist fights their damage will be transferred over to the next META fight that you start. You have to activate the 2nd META fight before the other players finish clearing the first META assist in order for this to occur. You yourself don't even have to fight the next summoned META ship girl, assist hitters damage will automatically overflow into the next fight.
I had previously seen this with regular META fights, but didn't think it was possible with Dossier Analysis. I don't really think this is a bug per say, just the way the game handles overflow damage from META assisters.

I was unable to click purchase after keeping game open through reset. After restarting the game I could, but cruise pass did not unlock despite payment going through.

Have to do it through play store or app store.
I'd avoid doing that in case it flags your account
Wait it out and refund the additional charges once its fixed
I'd advise against refund requests since Yostar might think you're trying to scam them and just ban your account

So I know it's a bit late now but something to keep in mind for the future when buying stuff online: Never click purchase twice on anything, unless you can confirm for sure the purchase didn't go through.

That applies to every platform online
Even if it returns a 404 message, wait a bit first to see if the purchase happened even if it says failed.
Online purchases are very sensitive and there's a reason a lot of websites say don't press the back button when it's processing.
I've had websites say purchase failed, but then I get an e-mail 20 minutes later saying "Thanks for your purchase"

Now my problem is that I am scared that they will refund both purchases and not just one and that they ban my account. I already called apple and they said they can’t do anything cause the refunds are an automated process

/techsupport when you open the game, make sure youre logging in using the correct info on the left hand side. once logged in, tap once. in the middle will be an option to change servers. make sure youre on the correct server. if all of that doesnt work/help, email customer support. theyll help you through the process. theyre on vacation this week, so they might be a bit slower to respond than usual.
