Hello! I'm having an issue with reinstalling Azur Lane. On both TapTap and the Google Play Store I get an message saying "error cannot install" for whatever reason. I have plenty of storage to install the game and I have 6gb of ram. ( I use a Google Pixel 6a ).

I've had the same issue but for EN, and I've been ghosted for a week. I contacted support, was told to give info, and after giving it have not recieved a response since June 24th. I wish I knew any way to escalate the issue because even if I send in a new support email (not a part of the same reply chain), they don't reply. Very disappointing in all honesty

looks like a display error. sometimes menues will overlap and not clear. so they get stuck on the screen. closing the game and relaunching should clear it.

when youre at the title screen here, tap on the "yostar" menu on the left side to log in. then make sure you select the correct server. on the top left side on the server list menu, theres a button to scan the servers to find active accounts, incase you forget which one youre playing on
Only little enterprise is showing up and that's the account that got overwritten or whatever happened

oil and gold claimed from mail goes into the new "storage" system. on the left side of the mail ui, youll see the tab. if the gold didnt appear there, then it would def be a bug.

is there a way to view dynamic/animated/L2D skins in 'photo mode' (or any other fullscreen mode) while having them remain animated? Going into photo-mode on the main screen/Lobby brings up buttons in the bottom right (can't seem to hide them), while going into 'inspect' mode in the Archives disables the animations...

I played on Washington, but on the new device I accidentally went to Little Enterprise. As a result, on my old device my account ended up on this server

Scratch that, found a update that wasn’t automatically pushed through that fixed it
You will have to if you can’t gain access to your old account. It’s weird though because you said you logged in on the new device using the same bind on your old device right? And you lost your account? Normally you would lose access to an account if you didn’t bind to anything and uninstalled/got a new device. Usually if you’re logging in on a new device, you would get sent to the newest server for tutorial (some people have experienced this before they were able to switch to their main server).

you can see on the video it's unlocked, and I even toggle the filter but she doesn't appear in any case
is the dupe placed in any combat areas? check all of the campaign hardmode fleets, guild boss fleet and guild boss support ships, event maps, etc. its weird that she isnt appearing in the mlb screen at all, even if she were placed in one of the maps. sometimes the guild boss support ships are auto selected, which could cause some issues. if the boss is active, youll need to wait for it to be defeated to check the support ships.
I checked and nope it's not case and the guild boss isn't active. Like you said its still weird. the weirdest point is the fact I can sortie both of them at the same time
does she appear in the retire menu? either way it would be weird. have you also tried an asset repair? i dont wanna say reinstall yet. thats feels too much while still troubleshooting. take a screenshot of an active logmode. someone who knows how to decpiher that info can see if something is wrong. /logmode in #bot-spam if you need help turning it on.

Hi guys i noticed that for opsi, when clearing explorable parts, it doesn’t autolock the phone once its done and instead stays on the “move on” UI whilst keeping your phone on.
I got screen timeout on 30 seconds but it only works when clearing opsi treasure zones
This is also the case if the fleet loses, it doesn’t auto-lock the screen after a long period of idle

when you login with your email, try to open the serer list and at the top it should say results found, thats a button poorly named, press the button and it will scan all the servers

So I was trying to create space for another game after the servers went down, and I somehow stupidly uninstalled Azur Lane without realizing it until i noticed the app disappeared from the phone. I could've sworn I registered the account but I can't figure out if it was through Yostar, Facebook, or Twitter. I have spent plenty of money on gems/skins etc. via Google Play. The problem is each time i enter what account it might have been through, it takes me to the tutorial and I feel like I have somehow lost my account. What are the steps to rectify this? Thank you
on the title screen on the left, try logging in with every possible system you think could work. once you tap once, click on change server and check all of the servers for each login. if none return your account, youll need to email customer support to help recover your account: al.cs@yo-star.com having the pourchase recripts ready will help prove ownership if it comes to that
Just to clarify, I know for a fact i was on Avrora servers, if so would it still send me to the tutorial? Or would it simply continue to my account normally?

it should not send you to the tutorial. so you might be using the incorrect login or your account wasnt bound. CS would be your best bet, unless you remember the email/account that was used to bind.

you dont need to, but you need to if its your only bind or you lost access

bind the yostar account, and then you can unbind the facebook account on your own
do note that you cant unbind yostar accounts on your own even if you have another bind, since it works as a failsafe through yostar servers, only they can unbind it

at the starting line, seems like the code for the event where you can select a new partner (out of joffre, 96 and strasbourg) is a little bugged and doesn't show up sometimes. restarting your game seems to fix that though, at least it did for me.

Anyone else stuck on the loading screen after updating and it just stays on "update complete, loading game" and never loads into the game? I tried force quiting the app, clearing the cache, letting it sit for a few minutes. Only thing I haven't done is uninstalling and reinstalling

Game is in an infinite loading screen. Closing the game, clearing data cache, and restarting phone does not fix the issue. Happened last month as well effectly locking me out of doing anything in operation siren.

I have a problem with FPS when using Bluestacks. It uses 4 cores, 4GB of RAM and high performance mode is on. But for some reason I still get only 40FPS and everything feels laggy. Are there some settings that I should change, or is Bluestacks the problem?

You can use more cores, but it's not going to help too much
On particularly projectile heavy maps, it'll be even worse

I still have it linked to Twitter, but I would like to replace the Yostar account in Azur Lane with a new one, as I will be using a different email in the future. What do I need to provide to change the account? Or what do I need to submit as proof that this account is truly mine?

Having an issues installing the new Azur Lane update on an Android 21S + 5G phone
When I click to update the game, the game loops back to the intro loading animation and then asks if I want to update again. My phone says the app keeps crashing
I've tried updating from the Google app store however it didn't have the option to update there

Currently not seeing the survey show up in my events tab, tried offloading the app on my iphone and repairing assets
i haven't filled out the survey yet, so i cannot confirm, but it might be that the survey can only be com,pleted once per email account. so if you did it on lil e, then you might not be able to do it on avrora or sandy etc. surveys in the past have behaved like this. i don't see anything in game about a minimum commander level, so i don't know.

The page shows up in my Little E account, even though I have filled the survey through my Lexington account. Both are bound to the same email.

Ok so when you are attempting to run azure lane, are you using bluestacks to launch the android game or a different platform ?
Download that and screenshot the system tab button and graphics tab

Bring me a screenshot from your steam game list, the only azure lane game is crosswaves, it doesn't take much to get it going if your rig setup especially with intel onboard graphics pc/laptop wise.
Sadly azure lane itself is only android mode now. :/

Yeah ping one of the moderators here, and let them assist you with installing azure lane crosswaves, after that, if you want to play (azure lane) you will need blue stacks and a good gaming keyboard/mouse/official xbone1controller.

What exactly do you mean "can't login". Some error or tutorial? If tutorial click the poorly named 'results found' button.
AL is not available in my country google play so i have to get it through qooapp, but i cant seem to top up. Any work around?

I would show them Legitimate transactions first, if you start talking about hacks of your account, you might get them cmpletely confused
I would bring up the hacking incident towards the end and see what they know on thier end.
Also check with your financial institue for bank statements by dates per transaction

if you didn't have that, try to find if you've got your UID noted down somewhere, proof of purchase and contact AL customer support
if you didn't reset your phone yet, make sure to bind your account now because otherwise it's just a big pain in the ass

it doesnt hurt to try emailing them. it might be unlikely, but at least they can let you know definitively if the account is lost or not.
it is possible you need server and username though, if you cant provide that basic info then they cannot recover it
