Hi, regarding a customer service email message I sent here 12 days ago (and nearly 3 weeks of sending the email already). There is not a single reply from the al customer service email. You can try disable location service for the game + change language to the language of your server (English for NA and Japanese for JP)
At least that’s how I got onto JP server, they have some wonky location lock I feel like.

Probably go to your phone’s settings somewhere. Android has too many variants.

Sad, I was super happy when the game finally optimized for my device with the gigantic UI update.
But after the last small update, the game is back to where it was before. So many loading even for the littlest thing. Like everything is loading screen.
Just changing the ship's position on the game gave me a 3 second loading screen.
I thought this problem was finally solved when the game ran smoothly after I did the gigantic update.
My happiness was short-lived.

It’s both connected to Facebook and my email, however since the account is now I think 4 years old at least, my email got lost, and whenever I try to connect to Facebook it gives the error message: “Failed to verify the third party parameter. code:100190” I looked up on the internet what’s up but didn’t find anything

A lot of people are having trouble with facebook logins. Unfortunately, contacting CS would be your best bet. If you happen to have your account info, that'll help to find and confirm ownership of the account. name, uid, possible ships. if you also happened to make any purchases, the receipts will also help. They'll let you know the steps to take and what info to send them.

I just recalled however that I also connected it to an old Twitter account that I still have access to, but when I logged out of my current Twitter account and into the old one, whenever logging in on Azur Lane, it still asks my new Twitter account to verify. that im not sure of. i only ever bound using a yostar account email, so i don't know the specifics on social media binding. on that note, if/ when you get your account back, i would recommend binding to yostar. hopefully someone else can pop into this channel and advise on the twitter issue.

the only way to login to new devices is to create a bind and login with it or you either get extremely lucky with cloud/transferred files and it restores on the new phone

correct, there is no official pc client. you can use an emulator though. nox, bluestacks, memu, and ldplayer are some of the popular ones, but there are others. as long as you play the game as intended, its no issue.

when you boot up the game, on this page on the left hand side. tap on the service you have your email bound to. you request a code be sent to that email to enter and access your account. if your account was not bound, youll need to email customer support to revocer your account.

ok, try this. when you go to change servers, on the server list menu on the top is a button that says "results found." tap on that. if you dont see your account then id email customer support. this is their email: al.cs@yo-star.com they'll let you know what info to provide. having yur name, uid, and any purchase receipts ready will help.

The EN language needed is a genuine bug, these people all have the latest version. Whatever the issue, it has not been fully fixed

its a known bug though, and not what I was referring to

So i bought the latest lucky bag, it sort of errored out saying that the payment was still in process, i got the google play store email stating that the payment went though but still haven't received the pack onto my account. Any idea what i do next? Google will not refund the purchase.
im assuming youve closed the game and logged back in a couple of times since. if the purchase still isnt in your mail, email customer support. obv have the payment receipt ready. al.cs@yo-star.com is their email. id avoid trying to refund it through google. if the refund happens, but you still receive the bag in game, it could be seen as an attempt to steal resources. it would just be an extra pain to try to clear up the misunderstanding.
google flat out refused the refund straight away, I have emailed customer support awaiting them to sort it out

Its not network issue since my old phone on the same wifi can play perfectly fine. I also switched my new phone to use its carrier wifi to see if it works and it still has the same issue

partly correct. when you open the game, you select which service you bound to on the left hand side. enter the email you used when you registered the yostar account and youll receive a login pin. since youre logging in, you shouldnt need to do the tutorial. make sure youre entering the correct server. downloading assets is up to your preference.

@cosmic dock i put in the verification code and i still have to do the tutorial
tap on the screen once and get to this view. tap on the word "change." itll open the server list. if you forget which server you were on, tap on the "results found" button at the top and itll show you which servers have an account.

But still, the update of this new mail system is a pain in the ass after all.
If the limit of the mail is 100 now, that means I can't hoard more oils and coins as I have to constantly empty it after it reaches 100 mails.
After all, I wanted this mail update to be retracted to its former state where people can store up to 1000 mails.

I recall this kind of thing did happen a few years ago. They changed the mail cap from 1000 to 100, but then changed it back.

What I’m talking about is the game filling up the stock of snacks on its own instead of me tapping it multiple times. I can share the video here once again but I have already shared it in the “bug-reports” channel

That’s why the error for it being “over capped” when that only happens when you try to fill it more than it should. I tapped it once but the game auto tapped until full

Yes. I made sure not to click "confirm". I instead clicked "cancel" but that's kind of beside the point since the issue still exists. Say in the scenario where my dorm snacks goes all the way down to 0 and then I click on the snack that fills the for 20,000. The snack count would automatically go from 0 ->100,000 which in theory doesn't sound like a problem but it actually is because those 20,000 snacks provide 20% exp boost for 6 hours when you use one of those 20,000 snacks. So you would only want to use 4 instead of 5 to keep the 24 20% boost (0 -> 80,000 snacks). When you click and use 5 your snacks will go from 0 ->100,000 but you'll essentially have wasted 6 hours of 20% because it caps at 24 hours. Most people that have their snack bar full use 4 of the 20,000 snack and 2 of the 10,000 to maximize their exp boost percentage (24 hours 20% and 6 hours 10%).

The screensaver tends to use the server time over the location time. Although they did show the current region time after you finish the Cruise Storyline, so it's something they need to find a way to give it the local time zone instead of the server time zone

does restarting the game logs you in?
If I reconnect to wifi yes it will connect but it gets stuck anyway. If I don't it appears to skip login and goes straight to update complete

okeyge ppl. found the solution to being sent to screen.
-Download latest nox version, set its language to Japanese and do the login procedure,
-Then click on the gear and you will be prompted about "you must bind your account to yostar cause we are terminating other login options" (weird, cause my account was bound to yostar, twitter and facebook).
-Click the Yellow button in the middle (I agree) and you will be presented with a red warning letters and your yostar ID, SDK UID and bound SDK UID.
-Screenshot them and SAVE cause thats the thing you will need if you lose your bind.
-After you are done with saving your info, close the window and start the game. close the game and you can go back to whatever emulator you have and log-in. (emulator will need to be set to JP language cause it get softlocked on QE and Warspite pic if its set to any other)

How Yostar Accounts Work:
- Input the email you want to bind your account with/login with

absolutely do not try to bind a lost account from INSIDE game(ie after tutorial). That will overwrite your data with the NEW game not the SAVED game.

the only solution i can advice is to check if you have all assets and disable auto-functions in setting for a bit and re-enable them

Hello, I'm also having that issue in OpSi with infinite loading while in a Siren zone. I do have Foch Meta in the fleet, and she has died. I've tried a repair, which did not help. It works if I use another fleet, but definitely feels like something about Foch is the problem. Adding her to the fleet was the only change I've made to that fleet.

2 entries/cutscenes in the "Memories" section for "Divergent Chessboard" are still locked (entry #3 and #18) despite having long since cleared all normal/hard maps in the War Archives and gotten the 60-clear ship drop on D4. The requirements for the locked entries are "enter A2/C2" for #3 and "clear B4/D4" for #18. I went back and 3-starred A2 to see if that would force it to unlock, but both entries in Memories remain locked.

Ever since the Mandatory Update from three weeks ago, AL crashes at completely random times. It isn't the kind of crash that leads to a black screen, instead the current screenshot gets frozen and the game actually still runs (because the music is still active)
I play on an emulator (BlueStacks). At first I thought that it might be a problem related to BlueStacks, but after finding out that this issue also happens on LDPlayer, I doubt that the emulator is the problem

I honestly wouldn't see it as so serious, if not for one thing: whenever I get this crash and I'm forced to close the emulator, the screen of my laptop starts to flicker completely randomly (though especially when I open BlueStacks again) and the only way to stop it, is by restarting my laptop. Again, one could assume that my laptop is the problem, but then again, the flickering issue only starts to happen after this particular crash in AL (and only in that case)

you cant log in to multiple devices at once. itll log out the previous session automatically.
So if i am logged on to my phone but app is closes it signs out on my phone
if you are playing on your phone, and you open the game on bluestacks, itll log out your phone. if youre playing on bluestacks and open AL on your phone, itll close your bluestacks session. log out in this case does not mean you need to reenter your email to play again. it'll just end the play session. there might be a language barrier, so i hope i clarified enough.

@carmine hedge I have to correct myself regarding one point of the problem that I'm (still) facing: The game doesn't crash at completely random times. Instead it crashes randomly during certain moments, most commonly:
- Firing a Battleship salvo
- On the main screen when a secretary with a L2D skin is active
- On the main screen when clicking on one of the fields at the bottom (most notably, Dock and Lab)
- In the Shop section when clicking on the field to enter the general Shop
- Checking the status of a ship in the Dock
Hello guys, I am encountering a new issue and im not sure yet if its because of the latest Azur Lane version or not but it has appeared since then, my virtual memory is being bloated to full after some time and i cant find the exact issue.
I am running the game on a Win10 with nox(7.0.6) with a RTX 3070TI, here is the log:

other times torpedoes work as expected
I could not create any issue with just Brennus, in a single fight, she loaded torpedoes twice and fired twice (even in my video her first torpedoes definitely work correctly)

I reinstalled LDPlayer again yesterday, the crashes still can happen (happened 2 times so far), though there's one good thing at least: during both crashes, it didn't cause random screen flickering that forces me to restart my laptop. Though I don't want to celebrate too early, since the flickering might come back after another future crash. Though if the flickering keeps being absent, the issue won't be that heavy anymore (just restarting the emulator is much less of a problem than restarting the whole laptop after all)

Not actually sure if this meets the criteria to be here, but was playing operation siren until I stumble across this. Can't really clear the map as I have no way to reach the station. Is there anything that I can do or am I forever softlocked until the operation resets.
from the bottom side of the ice blocks, put 2 teams there. they should bounce off of the down arrow, filling the ice blocks. you can then use a 3rd team to ented down and move right. it might also take some trickery if the first team bounces off of the down arrow and back, but you should be able to stack your 3 other teams in a way that the 4th can reach the station.

accounts dont reset, but they can have an error grabbing the data for you rarely
can you try restarting your phone, logging in to your yostar again, then double check the server list?

Assuming you login with right account, press the top right button on the server list, it will scan the server for played servers and displayed your commander levels. If all servers show no results, you login with wrong account

yostar is the safest. its not an account per se. you register an email. then when you go to log in, a one time code is sent to that email. no bs, and no hassle from social media binds.
