I dont think that is comparable, it bugs out depending on the phone language, which probably means that during the massive update something went wrong and they only fixed it for english and some other large languages

there are certain countries where the game is not allowed, that is due to laws

Yes, it's updated. Ver 8.1.2 . I am using the phone in Turkish, there was no problem before tho. Cleared cache, force stopped nothing changed.

If not, then you would need to email customer support for further help on account recovery. Having your UID, server, username would help them with faster results. If you bought anything in game, you should provide those receipts (although I’m not sure if you can recover your account purely based on in game purchase receipts). I recommend binding your AL account to Yostar in case you lose access to a third-party bind.

it says your network timed out. seems to be a wifi issue. try restarting your router and modem, wait 1 minute, turn everything back on and see if it works
if not, try restarting your device. if that also doesnt work... i got nothing else

Well, there are different ways to show you purchased gems anyways.
if they won’t resend the receipt: settings>apple id>media & purchases>purchase history
it should also show lending purchases
Take a screenshot of that and a bank statement (if the charge already went through) and send an email to customer support. Let them know that you didn’t receive your gems after purchase

You probably have to wait for the next maintenance. A lot of people had this issue before. Usually reinstalling the game works

Anyone else having issues downloading the latest update on Bluestacks? I boot the game up, it tells me to manually update the game and sends me to the play store, but rather than an update button it just says play.

That didn't work for me, sadly, neither changing it to english. Still stuck on the black screen. Yes, every update from google play was downloaded, and I reinstalled the game 2 or 3 times already, also cleared cache every time, and still stuck there, it doesn't even open. Using BlueStacks 4.280.1.1002.
Later today I'll be trying running it from another laptop I have, which uses LDPlayer 9, maybe I have more luck that way.
I hope dev team can give us more information about all these bugs, errors and failures to run correctly and find a solution soon.
In a few words, no solution mentioned here worked for me.
I use ldplayer9 all I had to do was to change the language to japanese and it simply worked

@true wigeon @strong ridge Well, looks like it's working fine on the windows 11 laptop with LDPlayer 9, no need to reinstall, change emulator language or other strange solutions, just updated and it is running perfectly for now. Still need to check the oil texture issue, but for the rest, it is running flawlessly. I understand zilch, I hope all issues get solved as soon as possible for everyone, as I still need it working on my other laptop. I'll keep everyone updated just in case something unexpected happens.

Here's what I did that can maybe help. Cleared data for the game (0 gb) -> when asked for Download resources I checked the smaller one (6.7 gb). Game loaded normally, I go in to the settings and individually download the extra stuff. I get error at a specific L2D asset, rest all normal.

So I see something very interesting happens on Bluestacks emulator. All my android devices have 1.29 GB as Play Store download for Azur Lane. And as such, when reinstalling, those devices download 1.29 GB from Google Play. For some reason, Bluestacks 4's download for Azur Lane reinstallation is written as 1.20 GB and it downloads those 1.20 GB. Something might not be right regarding that. Shouldn't Bluestacks 4 have the same download size as the rest of Android devices and emulators? Might this be related to Azur Lane not working properly on Bluestacks after last update? For reference, I updated Azur Lane on Bluestacks 4 on 17th May, and on LDPlayer on 19th, so, on both cases, well after the 96MB Play Store update. Bluestacks black screens without any possible solution working for me, and LDPlayer 9 works flawlessly except for big oil texture bug. Maybe also the L2D issue, but I don't have L2D skins to check.
I noticed my phone's battery draining faster in general since the update, but haven't found any consistent pattern to it. If I turn the game off completely and just don't run it in the backgorund (as I usually do for quick daily commission stuff), it seems to be normal. Haven't tested it enough to say for sure though. Can't say for sure but you might not be alone. Running on Android by the way.

Afaik Facebook login has been borked to the point that they dropped support for it, and Twitter hasnt been much better either due to the API shenanagins so binding to Yostar is the better move
Try logging in with your facebook bind and if that doesnt work, hopefully you have your UID and if applicable, any recipts of in-game purchases

When I get to Operation Siren mode it stuck at this "Loading...".
The "Loading..." will appear and disappear over and over and I can't do anything else.
I can play other modes but not Operation Siren.
Even close the game and go back still result the same.
But thank goodness I have my phone so I log-in via my phone and it work just fine.
Finished the zone and move to another zone and then leave the phone and go back to Emulator.
And when I go back to play on Emulator again, the "Loading..." are no longer occurring.
Someone had (or still has) the same issue as you. I had them use log mode and it seemed like it was a network time out issue for them, could be the same for yours. If it happens again, you can try restarting your wifi router and see if that fixes the issue
It usually fix when I close the game and log back in but not this time, apparently.
This is the first time when re-open the game did not solve the problem.
I think it might be a one time thing.
But if it happens again, I'll use my phone again as it works as I mentioned.

Hi , I have a question. I tried using LDplayer last night , I've played for a while on it and once I close it Windows defender picked up trojans from the exe file I used download the emulator. I panicked , removed the trojans and I immediately reset my Windows but I forgot to log out from Azur Lane on that emulator. My question is this , there is no chance to get ban because of that thing right, like if they tried to get my credentials and manged to get my account and use it / mess up with my account as long as I provide evidence to the support that I haven't done those things there shouldn't be any problem right ? whichever fleet/s you used for a1-3, remove the ships and meowfficers and put them back in. sometimes theres a desync if you do something with the girls and the game doesnt register the changes on combat maps. ive only seen that when entering a combat map, not switching from one area to another. hopefully this fixes the issue.

Let them know about the Facebook login and create a bind with Yostar. Provide any information they ask for. Their email is in the pins

they work on first come first serve, then with any open tickets theyre handling they communicate with them first if theres new responses so it will be faster than the initial email

recovery is still possible. i dont know what they ask in order to confirm you own the account though. some people here have had the same issue as you (not remembering UID)

but on android facebook works... could there be some permission issue? idk.. I don't use iOS..

the facebook login has been reported in #known-bugs so its likely the devs will fix it in the next maint since it affects their players. (though this is just my speculation)
