That shouldnt be necessary. simply updating the app through your app store should take care of the appropriate files. once the servers go live and you have issues, then asset repair, reinstalling and such would come into play. just make sure your account is bound and you should be fine.

something similar happened to me the other day during OPSI. phone hard lagged, then fully siezed up. I needed to do a hard restart, since i didnt even have touchscreen input. it took about 5 mins for the hard restart to even register, but it eventually did. give that a try. beyond that, i have no idea besides taking it to a tech to troubleshoot in person.

It's just the files for old events and stuff that builds up over time and don't get deleted unless you reinstall. Some people do that every big update like this one to decrease AL size

i switched the language of my phone to japanese and it worked, i just hope that it's a one time thing only, and that it will work when it's not japanese from now on

For any1 having problems like infinite loading and perpetual black screen just like a comment way above me u need to change the language in ur phone to Japanese. It worked for me and started downloading the game since I reinstalled it. Seems like they tries to region locked it but miscommunication fed it for them. Having to change the language to Japanese is a little sus for me

It had a weird symbol in it for some reason, that's used in those languages (but not english).

nope password not changed. i get into X key in the login and password then they authenticate me to make sure im a human (hahaha) and it goes into loading then back to az with the error code 100222

Face it dudes. They tried to region lock the game. I switched to the Japanese language in my other phone and the download started normal. When I switched back to English I was stuck in a perpetual loading screen. And in this phone it doesn't event load.
