Houston, i've a problem with Kearsage's & Hindenburg's L2D skin
So the problem regarding their skins is that the game would crash and forcibly left whenever i tap select on either Kearsarge or Hinderburg recent L2D
it happened both on the rent section and the skin shop section
This problem doesnt affects other ship's L2D. so far, only Kearsarge and Hindenburg has this problem.
From what i could deducted from before this problem came to my acknowledgement is that my internet got shut halfway during downloading of both skins L2d.
I wish i could send u the video of that bug but idk if mod would allow video to be sent here.

This has been reported many times, you can see in known bugs. It hasn't been fixed, but there's no need to re-report it. The only fix is to redownload the entire game, including all L2D assets. Repairing doesn't fix it.

It will continue to haunt you, you might be able to fix it by downloading the assets in settings, but I've never tried, as I always had a hard crash & locked out due to it being my only secretary

once ur done, just log out of the server and open the server list, press the "results found" button top right and you should see a little person icon indicating the servers you have accounts on

I don’t think servers get deleted, at least to my knowledge. It wouldn’t make sense for a company to delete a server without warning their players in advance.
You’ll have email customer service: al.cs@yo-star.com and ask them about account recovery. The procedure is smoother if you can provide your UID, server, and username along with any additional information they ask for.

So I tried some things, and it finally reworked, I'm going to tell everything I did, maybe it'll help somebody, sometime :
Tried Uninstalling and Reinstalling the game, wich leads to the same problem, => trying to download the update chrashed the game.
Then, I turned off my device for ~10min.
The game finally did the update, and launch as usual.
So yeah... turning off youre device might be enough to resolve the problem but... that seems so random ?

thats fair and i know but both my ipad and a buddy who have the same model, we got the same issues so i figure cause its old and doesnt support the latest ios or something. Hi, I've tried binding my account on my tablet to be able to play on PC by BlueStacks, but every time I tried to login on PC new account is beeing created and I cant login on my main account. Now on tablet i got verification error 100140 and cant even unbind facebook account or bind twitter to try other posibilities.
Ever since id say around a week or two ago I have been experiencing loading issues. It oddly lets me play for around 30 minutes till it totally stops and keeps loading for about 1-5 minutes then says "Network connection failed. Reconnect now (TimedOut)". And when I click "Confirm" then it starts to load again. Then I have to come back hours later to play again and the loop continues. I have tried restarting the game, restarting my device. My internet is fast and this dosnt happen in any other game. Does anybody know how to fix it? I can provide more examples if needed.

some people have had the same issue as you, albeit the causes were all different. one of the fixes i remember reading was to reboot the game or uninstall and reinstall to fix the problem.
if you plan to do the latter, make sure your account is binded to yostar, facebook, twitter, or apple/ios for iphones. there's no bind for android devices

You probably entered your UID somewhere in this discord, considering there were events that required you to give out your UID for rewards. Since you contacted support, there’s really nothing else for me to tell you because they will ask you to provide them information about account recovery
Log out of the server you are in>open server list>click the “results found” button top right of the menu list>look for the little character icon. The character icon indicates the server you have accounts on.
Also double check your Facebook connected apps and make sure that Azur Lane shows up.

I'm having issues with getting in the game. The app boots and loads into main screen and just perpetually loads. I have reinstalled and it exhibits the same behavior. I have restarted my phone for extra measure and checked if my app was up to date. I haven't played for a month and I am just having this issue. On emulator, Azur Lane works just fine. For the record, I am running a de-Googled version of Android which has had no problem running this at 60 FPS no problem.

Unless you binded your account, there’s nothing you can do. You can try to contact support with proof you made purchases, but it’s unlikely. If you binded your account, you might be choosing the wrong server when trying to log in

Unless you bound your account with Twitter, FB, or Yostar, there’s no way to recover your account. You can try to talk to tech support if you have proof of purchases, but not sure the chances of it being given back to you.

Bit of a confusing one, my game is somehow bound to an email I don't own
The yostar account is on an email I've made a spelling mistake in and I've deleted my twitter account. I still am logged in and have access on my phone though
I've only recently came back (a few weeks ago), I made and bound this back in 2021 so I'm a little stumped on how this has happened haha

Tonight (it was already 1am in my time zone)I received an empty email from a support with a letter citation:

My entire backlog of blueprints for PR4-PR6 was wiped from my account. Has anyone else had this issue???
today i used the function "blueprint analysis" in the Prototype shop to obtain protoype cores to buy the parts of the prototype quadruple 152mm main gun mount. i had reisntalled the client and after reinstalling the client it didn't keep my choice to select "reserve blueprints required for fate simulation" so i lost all the blueprints i was saving for fate simulation. i had enough blueprints to unlock fate simulation 5 for Agir, Plymouth, prinz rupprecht, harbin, chkalov, brest, shimanto, felix schultz, flande and was progressing in obtaining enough blueprints for the fate simulation 5 of kearsarge and hindenburg. i lost MONTHS of progress because the client didn't save my selection after a reinstallation. I am begging to receive a rollback please

Hello, I have issues logging to the game, from Europe, tried ldplayer emulator, it hangs on login screen, tried phone, android, both on wifi 1gbps and then switched to mobile 5g data and same happened, that is 2 different devices reacting the same.
Is it possible that there is issue with european data centers or something else?

It’s exactly as the pop up at the bottom says. Go to your settings>permissions>storage and turn on whatever needs to turned on. It looks like you’re using some sort of messaging app, find that app and allow image uploads.
how can i contact customer support for azur lane? i played the game years ago all the time and when i got a new phone and logged on my account was gone and i wanna get back in the game. ive used all three log ins on all servers and it puts me in the tutorial
firstly, did you remember to sign into your bind, then press "results found" (dumb button name but it is what it is, sometimes necessary before your acct is found)

Make sure your wifi connection is strong and stable. You can also turn off your modem, wait 1 minute, turn it back on and try again. If those don’t help, you can try a VPN and see if that fixes the issue

okay. that is an issue you need to email customer support about since its more of a Yostar thing. their email is al.cs@yo-star.com. you will experience delays in responses due to chinese new year holiday. they will be back in office in 2/18.
I started the game recently and even more recently finally turned on my sound. Upon doing so I discovered that my sound is garbled and warbly, distorted. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game in addition to any number of "repair" options in settings. None of it did anything. All other apps have perfectly fine sound it is just azur lane.
I have a pixel 6 and don't really tamper with settings. I haven't seen anyone talking about this when I googled it so I'm at a loss

Did you bind your account to Yostar, Twitter/X, Facebook, or Apple for iOS devices?
I bound it to a ios device
then when you enter the sign in screen, tap on the sign in for Apple. you will have to sign in and you will likely be forced into a tutorial on the newest server. some people have said they were forced into a tutorial on little enterprise (which is the newest server at the moment to my knowledge). you can just sign out of the server once you finished tutorial by going to the settings. if you dont remember the server your account was on, open the server list and click "results found" top right of the server list. you should see a little person icon to indicate the servers you have accounts on.
I think i made a mistake. I am actually playing on a emulator which is only android. So I think it is bindend to a facebook acocunt. But my facebook account was apparently hacked in early 2023.

Those are the only options available for android devices. Unfortunately there’s no google bind, unless you make a Yostar account using a gmail.
But that wouldn’t really be a “google play” bind

Try to see if you’re able to recover your Facebook account first. If not, your best option is to contact customer support and tell them about the issue.
I’m not sure if they will ask you to provide proof that you lost your account. But if you have all of the information, then you should be able to recover your account if you can give them your UID, username, and server you played on, along with any other information they ask for. If you get your account back, I recommend binding it to Yostar in case your Twitter and Facebook accounts get stolen/hacked.

Hi, Im having weird problem with purchasing stuff from cashs shop, after i choose what i want its taking me too google play service to proceed with payment, after i confirm the payment i need to authorise it with my bank app. After doing so, going back to the azur lane app, the authorisation prompt resets and sends another verification. This happends only im AL and to buy something i have to open game on different phone. In short: The whole payment verification procedure is looping everytime i switch between game and bank apps

make sure your facebook has azur lane connected. you can check it by going to facebook>settings>apps and websites
it did say that i used to login using facebook on facebook the first time i tried it.
i just checked it and it says active. and that it was added on 28 march on 2021

you're welcomed to try and see if those other services holds your account.

since you said you know for sure you bound to facebook then its likely only on a facebook bind
if "results found" button didn't indicate what server you used to play on via person icon and making sure your facebook is connected to azur lane, then your next best option would be to contact customer support.

- Game works fine as normal, doing stuff like farming or hard mode
- Game suddenly white screens, followed rapidly by a black screen coming in from the right to left
- Game then starts up the loading screen sequence, making me log back in again

The game has a bug where TB’s personality values are still being recorded after the first week when she gets her personality change.
When TB gets her personality change, I got a quiet TB
But doing a few rounds of acting during the first week changes her to a Kind TB
The game should stop recording personality traits after the personality evolution, and not one week after.
Is this related to my issue?

There’s something you can try but I’m not sure if you’d want to since there’s a chance you might lose your progression (although I’m not sure if it’s possible or not. I have encountered some games that did). Have you tried logging in with twitter/yostar on the main log in screen and clicked lil enty?

@peak rain Did you unbind your Twitter Account or just deleted the app? If you just deleted the app then you can login with Twitter. If your Twitter Account is unbinded, you can still access your account by login to the correct server.

I recently downloaded azur lane on my mac via bluestack, everytime i open the game it's telling me to download all these assets via the game, what should i do? or is there any good alternatives for azur lane on the mac?
From what I know bluestacks is (probably) the most common emulator that people use. You can try googling and see what’s a good emulator to run on the mac. Someone in this channel recently mentioned something about playcover and they used it on their mac.

i've launched the game a few times, but it keeps telling me to donwload more, also, I need to log into my account everytime as well, which is annoying since i have to keep on getting the emails and put it in the code.
Any way of disabling this weird idle dimming effect when not on a mission? I'm on the home page and after about 3 seconds the screen goes slightly darker. Tested with other games (since recently new phone) just to be sure and it's only happening to AL. If at all possible is there a fix?
(I use the auto search battery saver but that shouldn't be causing this as it didn't on my old phone)
I think I fixed it. Reloaded after the game was left on standby by doing a full close and re open.

The amount of points you get is pretty irrelevant to a degree, I don't think their decision is based on that.
However they do specify that you are not allowed to use any kind of automated system in their ToS. So if you used macros or scripts usually offered in emulators like Bluestacks, then you are essentially breaking ToS.
If not your case then nevermind. Just wanted to give you an insight why this might have happened.

- I don't know how they decide, what logs they get or what systems they use, but here's a possibility.
In my opinion no, a key bind is not necessarily "automatic" if you are still pressing the keys. However things are different if a non-human is pressing the keys for you. It depends on how the developer interpreted your actions such as server requests you sent. For example sending requests repeatedly or always sending a request with a 5 minutes, 0 seconds and 0 milliseconds difference, can be seen as automated activity.
If you did nothing wrong CS will most likely help you out. Mistakes can happen too, even if your anti-cheat methods are the best.

Been stuck at loading screen for a few mins
I tried reopening, clearing cache, and restarting my phone but still doesnt work
I tried turning the wifi off during loading but somehow the try again button doesnt show up
I tried turning wifi off then opening the game so the try again button would show up and it did but same thing happened and continued loading
I have this one easy solution for nearly all problems: Uninstall the game and install it again. Or even better, if you have the game on Bluestacks/other emulators, delete your instance, make a new one and install the game again on the new instance. Personally I got this error once and that's how I fixed it, deleted instance, made a new one, installed the game there.
But before you try that you might want to try with a different wifi connection, if possible. Restarting your modem/router is also worth a try.
it's not viable to reinstall every time you face a bug tho 
However you have already tried other common solutions, you don't have many other options left, really. At that point I'd just uninstall and install again, but first I'd try on a different wifi, different IP.
The nuke button is good, press the nuke button and don't worry about the consequences. 
@weak roost It probaby your Wifi. I have the same problem, switch Wifi provider and no longer have loading problems.

Don't lose hope. Sometimes they don't reply instantly. Allow them at least 2 or so business days.

Anyone playing in blue stacks and have encountered an error that suddenly hangs when I try to log in my account using facebook
Wifi was normal when i logged in so i reinstalled the game then it worked
since the update yesterday I haven't been able to add food to the dorm, build ships, or do anything on any ship's detail page.
I have reinstalled the game but this has not corrected this problem.

Customer Support never spams emails. Them asking your info automatically and only once is simply a way for them to speed things up to help people faster.
It can take a few days for them to reply. They only reply on business days so no weekends.
Try opening it on a real device (phone, tablet) instead of emulator.

IPs can be restricted by Internet Service Providers. Restrictions exist for a number of reasons from security reasons to legal reasons. IPs can also be restricted if the ISP or the user configures the network poorly, messes up with the modem settings, firewall, NAT and such.
IPs being restricted can translate to the game being unable to communicate with your device properly and in such a case the developers can't do anything because the problem isn't the game but your device.
Just because something doesn't work does not mean it's a "bug" and just because something is "not fixed" does not mean the devs are lazy either. Fixing bugs can create new bugs, so fixing isn't always worth it.

Twitter is sort of unreliable and so is Facebook, much better if you link Yostar/email in my opinion.
It could be that maybe you are using different Twitter accounts, if you have multiple Twitter accounts then try with all of them, otherwise just start over (level 12 is pretty much nothing), but link an email instead of Twitter and remember what email you linked so this doesn't happen again.

Yeah no problem but you might still want to contact support as I originally suggested before creating a new account, they are worth contacting if you spent money. Your receipt could perhaps be used as proof or to track and recover your account. It also helps if you have the info above (UID, name, server...).

are you trying to buy gems or something else? I’ve looked it up and the Google Play Pass seems to be something that allows you to download over 1k games without ads and in-app purchases. I’m not sure if that affects Azur Lane as well but seeing as you have an issue, it’s probably likely? If you’re just trying to buy gems I recommend https://yo-topup.com/page/shop/azurlane as it allows you to buy gems but it’s only gems. You can’t get things like the PR packs or Lv. 80 Commander Bundle.
It will help but it’s not a guarantee you’ll get your account back (at least to my knowledge). Some people here have used receipts as a way to get their account back but I don’t know if they actually did. I would still show them screenshots of those receipts though.

It could be that the server is under heavy load. Try again later.
If you always get the error and already tried reinstalling the app, try using a different Wi-Fi, or restart your Internet connection.
If none of the above works, try using a different device.

but i have the freezing "update complete. loading game" i find the bug on the trello but has no fix yet
First thing I'd do is restart my device. Restarting either your device or the game fixes many issues. Give it a try.
If you already did this, see if restarting your Wi-Fi does anything. Maybe it's something connection related, though in my experience, when stuck in those screens, a device/game restart usually fixes it.
If none of the above fixes it, you can try repairing the game assets, you can do so using the Gear icon at the top right side of your screen. If this button isn't accessible to you, then consider reinstalling the game.

Latest small update (55 MB). “The file could not be loaded,” then the update started again. After that, the download got stuck at "Update complete. Loading the game." But the game won't load. Internet connection is ok.
See if any of this fixes it. If not, reinstall the game.
Rebooted the device, the game still hangs at "Update Complete". Tried turn on/off different wi-fi, game doesn't react.
It sounds like we will have to reinstall then. That can happen from time to time, though personally I never got to that point where I had to reinstall the game.
If you're using a real device simply go ahead and uninstall the game, then install it again. This should redownload all updates including the one that got stuck in there.
If emulator such as Bluestacks you can take it a little further and delete your instance, then make a new one, and install the game there. This way we start truly fresh.
Oh no. Reinstalling will be a real pain, since I don’t have that many GB of traffic, and I have to wait for one of my relatives to give me the Internet. I won't be able to play all day.
I understand. One more thing you could try is using a VPN or otherwise something that changes your IP. You could also see if downloading the game on a different WiFi is possible, perhaps a public one (I don't recommend using public WiFi, but if we will just use it to download a game that's probably fair enough).
Unfortunately there are no other options that come to my mind. Sorry.

Make sure to click the facebook bind button on the title screen BEFORE anything else - if the "Login successful" notification shows up before you input your bind details, you're not actually logging into your bound account.

No, I don't have the UID.
Syanda was most likely asking so that you can contact support. The UID is not strictly required to recover accounts (according to other cases I've seen here), however they will still ask for proof of ownership. Try to find any account related info you have and then contact support. It helps a lot to have your UID, so check your screenshots folder or any other folder where you might have saved your profile details.

You don't. Your Azur Lane account/Azur Lane has nothing to do with Google other than Google being a way for them to distribute the game, sell gems and what not.
I think that there is a problem with the UR Exchange. The site and in game states that we get a point in the UR Exchange for each ship we build in the Light, Heavy, Special, or Event pools without an obtainable UR shipgirl. I have built multiple ships in the current Event pool and have not received any points in the UR Exchange. Could someone look at this issue?
