yeah it may be the 64-bit version with the issues, i recall a while back switching to 32-bit fixed those issues but that info may be out of date, my al works fine on 32bit version at least

Anyone else playing on a Samsung device after the OneUI 6.0 update?
After the OneUI 6.0 update, whenever I try to drag the popup window to the side so its mostly offscreen, my game would freeze until i drag it back into the middle of my screen.
When it happens while I'm auto clearing, my ships would move super fast after the game unfreezes itself.

Every event same thing repeats over and over - some shipgirl, no matter how rare, drops from gacha over and over. Some other - one or two copies. And some - 100% never. No matter if they are purple. They will never be built. But yellow one from the same event will appear despite lower chance. Maybe gacha is someway broken?

I really wished the event furniture missions can be completed when the last things I needed to do was the level up/ max limit break the event girls. Guess I'm out of luck because I didn't get the required copies of the girls. Sucks to be me then.

Open your game and go to the settings. Under “Account” there should be 4 options for you to bind to. Yostar, Facebook, Twitter/X, iOS for Apple devices. From there, you should be able to add another bind

When will the Black Friday skins will be removed from "necessary assets" section? Not only this is stupid but also annoying that because these skins are (were) in the shop I am forced to download them as "necessary assets", it is taking about 1.4GB of extra storage as far as I can tell.
the "others assets" or what ever it is named above voice lines and l2d skin were asking for 2.6gb of space before the black friday and collab event, after the update it is now asking for 1.2gb of space. I delete and re-downloaded the game to delete the skins the game downloaded for black friday in the shop today but when I did, the game downloaded those skins again even though the event has ended (after the 6.6gb of necessary update after redownload I was also hit by 2.9Gb of update after logging in to my account). I went and checked the few ships like Vanguard to see if it downloads the skin thats not avaible in the shop when I click on the skin icon and it didn't as it already downloaded it as necessary asset when I redownloaded the game. I would like to note, Vanguard and many other ships had green arrow on skins before the black friday update but not anymore (no I didn't download them manually)
I ticked off all 4 boxed so it wouldn't download any, Comics, Gallery, L2D and Voice Lines
after that download done, I logged in through yostar acc and tryed to get to the main screen but was again hit by 2.9GB of "necessary assets" which I presume is where the black friday skins etc are downloaded
I understand it is not limited to black friday skins, but skins that were previously not downloaded like Vanguards L2D skin, North Carolinas Bunny skin etc are now downloaded as if they are still in the shop
Jarvis's skin, Amagi's skins, I-168's skin etc, aka the skins which were rerun are downloaded
skins that were not rerun are not downloaded as some ships still has green arrow
I would be happy if devs could let us know when they will be removed from "necessary assets" section, thats all I ask so I can redownload the game after that to remove the skin (as there is no other way)

after some more meticulous googling, i managed to fix it by downloading an xapk package from a 3rd party apk website
an xapk package comes in the form of an apk with the obb folder included
so just wanted to let you know

already fixed the problem. i just needed to replace the entire files of the game with a new one by deleting the old ones. but installing 12.5 GB additional files using monile data is a pain in the arse

You make sure to bind your account first in the settings, Yostar account is the most recommended because Twitter and Facebook are having issues. You only need a working email for it
Once you're done, you can either uninstall or clear app data. After the game boots, you'll see 3 binding options on the left: Yostar, FB, and Twitter, choose the one you used to bind. A "login successful!" will come after, then select the server you're in because it defaults to Little Enterprise

I have an ongiong issue since yesterday where my game refuses to load up on my internet, both phone and pc emulator. It just sits on this screen. I have tried two emulators just to make sure it was not an issue with that, and GFL launches fine on my usual one (MuMu Player) which is puzzling. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and my internet is working fine otherwise.

I've been having this bug in Bluestacks 5 for about half a year now, where after playing Azur Lane for a certain amount of time, icons for things such as ships and gear will stop loading altogether and the rest of the game may become unresponsive, causing it to restart.
Sometimes, it gets stuck on the loading icon permanently. In the events that it doesn't restart automatically, I have to close and relaunch the game and the problem goes away for a while.
I'm currently running AL on Nougat 32-bit. Is it not the recommended way to play it anymore? Should I switch to Nougat 64-bit, or should I try upping some performance settings to something higher than the highest settings using Custom settings?

My game has been freezing mid battle when i'm trying to farm D3. It's kind of strange because it's not a proper freeze, the skill pop ups still show up, they look like they're still firing ammunitions (except they don't go anywhere) and i can pause the game. Thats how i deal with it, i pause the game and leave battle, but obviously that's not ideal when AFK farming

Hello, I just paid for the $29.99 AUD pack of gems (2400 gems) but i didn’t receive any gems. However the money was deducted and I also received an invoice from apple. I’ve tried to refresh my game multiple times however the amount of gems is still the same. Please help!

can i ask, if i download the global app from region 1 and bind my account with yostar then delete it and redownload it in region 2, will i still have my account if they are the same app?
This is just my guess, but I’m pretty sure if you bind to region 1, your account will only be on region 1. Unless I missed the meaning of your question entirely
but they are the same app? I'm downloaded the global ver from sg store and want to uninstall and redownload from the us store. I check that the app in the us store is the same app because it says "open" instead of download.

From what I know, friends cannot see your UID. Do you remember any sort of discord event that required you to send your UID?

Does the Yostar store not accept Euro (€) as a currency through paypal payments? I have been trying to purchase something but during checkout it keeps telling me that the currency is not supported by the store.
Reinstalling resets things like that, along with gear presets and META battle fleets. Just put it back again at x10 auto

Because for me, I have it at x10 (but not on auto) and it stayed there since I adjusted the setting

I don't remember adjusting it there. I only set the auto scroll speed at very fast in settings, and when I auto the dialogues it's already at x10

Having a rather unfortunate issue at the moment with my game, I downloaded the preview Assets for Kearsarge's bunny skin, but now for some reason any time i try to select the skin in the shop my game immediately crashes and restarts. Trying to repair assets or l2d assets it just says 'no exceptions'

Someone used PayPal yesterday and it said the same thing for them. I recommended them to try using a different payment method like inputting your card info directly.
They said they figured it out and changed their region so perhaps that is what you need to do.
Odd issue with the touch input suddenly: the center-right portion of the screen (where the Battle button is) refuses to accept any touch input (including the blue touch effect) on ANY screen/menu in the game. Closed and relaunched the game multiple times and it still occurs. I then opened up a few other games (and a paint app) to make sure it wasn't a general touch-screen issue. In both the other games and the paint app, that portion of the screen worked fine.
Update: it also appears to occur in the same relative area when I rotate the phone and the entire UI flips over to compensate (still in the center-right portion of the screen centered on the Battle button). The region that was previously on the right works fine when it is on the left side (but again, only in this game).
I performed an asset repair just to be safe, but it still occurs. I can only press the very edges of buttons in that area. No touch feedback/animation for clicking the Battle button (or any other button located in that general region) otherwise.
Another example: I can't directly press the "Recommend" and "Confirm" buttons in the Commission menu, I can only just press the very edge of them to hit them now. And this behaviour only started happening within the last hour or so.
Ok, rebooted my whole phone and that fixed it XD Not sure why it was only happening in AL, but once again a phone reboot seems to solve virtually every bug XD
