Is anyone on Android 14 having trouble downloading Secrets? I'm trying to download the Janus secret but the game never downloads the assets. The screen goes to "Downloading assets..." and never finishes. The game doesn't freeze or anything, I can still move to a different screen, it just never finishes the download.
When I enable log mode I see the following error.
Exception: ArgumentExeption: Failed to create file /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.YoStarEN.AzurLane/files/AssetBundles/originsource/cipher/soundstory3_jp.txt
I assume it's an Android 14 issue but I'm currently firing up an emulator with an older version of Android to check. It worked fine when I tried downloading it on iOS. I first tried clearing cache and then I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game with no luck. I gave it storage permissions when prompted but I do not have notifications allowed. My device details are as follows:
Device: Pixel 7
OS: Android 14
App Version: 7.1.14
Maybe Android forgot their access permissions to your storage again? or it needs new permissions?
I'm wondering if it needs some kind of new permissions too. I've tried enabling everything that looks relevant but I'll try a few other things too.
An update on the situation: when navigating to the path it looks like the file is indeed created. I'm guessing that the game just isn't able to write to it. And on my emulator running Android 5.1.1 downloading the assets completed just fine.

I think something quite wicked has happened to my AL, it WAS stuck on loading screen before the girls scream "Azur Lane" into my sensitive ear but now it's just stuck on checking for updates again, i've tried removing cache, rebooting my phone, even reinstalling AL, and force stop too but nothing worked

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this, or even if there is a fix for the issue, but Secrets are not downloading for me. I spent the necessary gems to unlock them. I do not know if anyone else has had this issue. So far I have tried restarting the app, restarting the phone, disconnecting from the wifi and switching to mobile data (and vice versa), and disconnecting my VPN, and reinstalling the game. I play on the google Pixel 7 pro, and I made sure that Azur Lane has the necessary permissions to download stuff. It even downloaded the whole in-game assets (about 12gb iirc) but it just doesn't download the Secrets. Any solutions would be greatly appreciated!

Hello, i am having a problem. I tried to bind my account to Yostar (it is already bound to Facebook also) but i messed up. I tried to bind it from the log in screen, and it generated a new account for me.
Now, i re-tried binding the account from the settings menu, but i get a short notification that i "already have an account bound to that email", and then it goes into an unending loading loop.
Is there a way to resolve this issue? Also, will i be able to bind my real account to Yostar?

Hi, I just start playing AL for 4 month and i just realized this problem yesterday. My android phone keep running animation in battle scene with 30 FPS while another in-game scene has fully 60FPS
I just test it with my spare phone with almost same spec, it can run AL by 60FPS in all scene

The way I went about it is that I first unbound the social accounts I was gonna delete. Then I bounded the game again with the new social accounts I had created.

but this issue is really reliant on who your isp is and also your psp, they all have different communication lines

ok so i bought this but when i opened the black friday lucky bag (i also bought both Choose your own gift packs), i dont think i saw a skin. i thought it was going to randomly give one of the l2d skins from that tweet about the package. Hello, I had a similar issue with the Black Friday lucky bag as another user posted earlier in this channel. I didn't receive a new skin, nor compensation for getting a duplicate one. My current gem count is 2621, so I know I didn't receive the 2023 gems plus compensation. The only skin I didn't have among the skin pool was Regensburg's Dark Dragon L2D, which I still don't own. I actually had every other skin already equipped besides Shinano, who has her more recent swimsuit skin. I generally take screenshots of every new skin/ship I acquire, and confirmed I didn't forget about getting her RQ skin previously, or rent it.
This is the first time I've ever seen a lucky bag fail to show a new skin or the comp amount. Wish I had taken a screenshot, but I thought maybe it would pop up after I backed out of the reward message, or possibly correct itself after relaunching the client, which it didn't.

The skins one should be downloaded if you have or want to use L2D. There’s a game breaking bug if you somehow put one as your secretary and hadn’t downloaded the assets

Once again my game get stuck on the "update complete. Loading game..." screen. I'm getting very frustrated with this bug and I've tried everything.... Re-installing the game, deleting the app cache, re-downloading assets/art/live 2D when sometimes I get past this screen. This is something that has been appearing 4-5 months ago. It never happened before. sorry but I'm just frustrated about that. I used to play this game faithfully every day. And now I cannot. So I've skipped guild ops and some event.
