Ye same, got connection issues too. It randomly switches from working for a few minutes and then gets stuck at loading again (after the daily reset this happened). I checked It's not a problem with my internet (since others have the same issue)

It helps to connect to the server, but after several battles - bam, disconnected and can't connect again
I can’t log in, the game goes to a loading screen and just has bouncing manjuus.
Can confirm swapping to vpn solved the issue.
The problem is... yes u can connect, but after some battle or just a few minutes... the jumping manjuus start jumping again

I just cleared 1-1 to check if battles work and they seem to do so for now. I’ll try a longer stage.

Just cleared D3 in the event five times without issue.
Playing on Bluestacks 5 everytime the game tries to load Unzen dynamic or Owari dynamic either on main screen or store preview it make the emu crash, this dint happen on phone yet, check the l2d repair and was clear, idk if should do a complete assets check/download.

Safest method is waiting for another update, that sometimes happen to me while downloading resource via background or the file got cut/incomplete. Better go to recheck the assets via in-game before you login.
If you not patience enough you should make sure your account binded and reinstall the game. Change the AL data+obb folder name first then delete the cache and data might work too, but with a little chance. Saying from experience.
Hello all, I recently came back to this game after taking a break for ~2 years. I tried to start a mission, any mission, and I repletely get the pop-up "Failed to Activate Stage. Try again later."
I've waited hours, uninstalled and re-installed, yet nothing seems to fix this problem.
Oddly enough I can do operation Siren and “Hard” missions, but I’m unable to play 8-1 onward as well as the current event missions.

A reminder tho, once you clear the main mission a monthly reset will automatically on and delete all your OP coins adaptability and all items you bears.
That a lot of chest, i suggest you clear that first rather than got swooped by reset.

Hey guys, so I just installed the update and it wouldn't let me log into the game, I then reset the game and it prompted me to install a "Fix for the game" that was about 2 or 3 mb. Now I'm stuck on an infinite loading screen with the text "Update complete, Loading Game..." with a spinning cube in the bottom right proving that it's not frozen. Is there a fix for this or am I waiting for another update...

Update, I've deleted storage and reinstalled the game, I've cleared the cache and I've completely removed the game from my chromebook and then reinstalled it. None of this fixed the issue.

You email Yostar customer support by copying that blue link into the email address bar. And then you put a subject summarizing your issue. After that you explain your issue in depth in the message box and provide proof of purchase with a bank statement/charge to your card

Just got my friend problem recently my friend was currently unbounding his account to twitter because of Twitter API policy changes and binds on Yostar Account and then his bluestacks crashes and all of his progress resets i ask him which server his data and his server is on Washington

You probably hit “repeat sortie” and maxed it out (max is 3). Repeat sortie will repeat the stage 3 times unless interrupted

Hello, I have tried reinstalling the game/updated google play, it still wont let me do any IAP in game. Many games are okay with IAP's except azur lane. Google pay does not pop up everytime i try to buy and instead gives an error code. I am not using any emulators. I am using a Samsung A51 for my device.

You have to reinstall the whole game. Before you get your L2D you have to download assets. It’s a known game breaking bug. It says “no exception” right?

And there was no stuck anymore. 
This morning I got stuck again
, I tried to only clear game cache & can continue playing game. 
Look like clearing cache is the key for this issue. 
I think you should also try it and pray util devs fix this issue.

Is is that a new "future" added to keep older Ship Girls and their potential / capability up to date ?

Hello. I have a question about account binding. So, I binded my account to Yostar, tho I didn't follow the procedure on the Wiki and didn't logout after binding because I didn't knew. Yesterday I tried to login on a new device and entered my mail. It did make me create a new account on a different server and didn't show me my old account. I returned on the old device and my account was still there, tho now there was this other account there on the little enterprise server. The question now is if I complete the binding process and logout of my account on my old device, will it be saved or will be erased? Have I to bind my account to Twitter and Facebook to be sure it is saved?

Is it just me, or is it a hardware issue- Whenever I go to run stages and grind for coins or do Operation Siren, my game does a 'crash' of sorts and kicks me to the load screen. It used to happen once in a while before when doing stuff. Now tho? It's like-every time I attack a fleet there's a 50/50 chance it goes to the next fleet or goes to the load screen. Even when Auto attack isn't on and i click continue after I get the stats from the fleet attack it crashes. Not sure whats causing it, I have plenty of space and it still runs fine other than that. Idk

then it said that the l2d asset must be download again which i have done and it still stuck 😔
This is a game breaking bug that I have reported, you have to redownload the entire game.
There's literally no other way to fix it

hello, i am having some technical difficulties with the game. i played the game for a while on the JP version of the game but stopped. today i decided to have another peek and i can't seem to restore my account. the data i have saved pertaining to that is a UID, a link ID, and a password, but i've been unsuccessful in restoring my account using them so far.

hello, i encountered a bug and i'm hoping i can get it taken care of: i unequipped a +11 homing beacon from this screen and equipped this manjuu, and enhanced it to +11 (on this ship, unicorn)
went back to equip volga with the +11 homing beacon and it is simply vanished
the only +11 homing beacon i have is on enterprise, and i didn't take the manjuu from her, i manually unequipped and re-equipped

This is a known bug, and you have to reinstall the game, there's no other fix as far as I know

If that's the case, you have to reinstall the whole game.
I found this bug a month or so ago, and that's literally the only way I could fix it. You have to also click "download L2D assets" when reinstalling or it'll happen again 🙃

I can't complete manjuu bounties. The 5th mission is still ongoing even though i completed secret shipyard.

The fifth bounty is the mini game event you can do after building your ship, so that one is time gated there
Shipyard mission clearly said "2 new missions unlock every day until 10/25". So yeah i completed all 7 on 25 Oct.
