hi guys i have a problem, so i just change my skin into a new enterprise skin and i try to turn on the l2d. but right after i turn on the l2d and back to the loby my game just getting restart by itself. it still happen until now (when i try to open my azur lane after login succesfuly and go to the lobby,the game automaticly restart). i already try data repair but it did'nt work. shall i redownload my azur lane or u guys have a tip? ( it would be helpfull for me)

Yea u dont have to do the tutorial, I deleted and reinstalled and made sure I was in the right server and signed in.
I keep trying to log in, but I get "Hash file check failed. Try again?" and clicking confirm never does anything. I assume my file is corrupt

The dock space in expansions are reverse priced, and when you buy the 100 gem one you don't get any dock space. Didn't try the 200 gem one

Ok so currently in the process of account recovery but I have a question. Am I not able to recover my account if the 5 earliest transactions were made using the old google account I deleted in 2021 can't be provided. Cause I can only get the ones from when my new Google account was activated. Also the email containing the verification from Google stating that the old account was deleted has long been deleted from Google database so I can't even provide that as evidence either

For account recovery would providing the device info the account was created on help. I've currently hit a wall when it comes to transaction history. and to those asking about transaction history yes it does help at least from my experience so far

I'm the one with the issue stuck in "update complete, loading game" screen can't even log in to the game.
So the advice I got was to reinstall the game from Playstore/appstore.
Then it struck me in the head, "what if I just rename both of the com.yostar.azurlane file in OBB and Data, then clear Azur lane Storage, and rename the original file name back to before it was changed, and start the game again"
It works guys. I only need to redownload around 50mb file instead of 11GB file to run the game again.

You get auto defaulted to the new server (little enterprise) for tutorial
if you want to find your account, open the server list and click top right. You should then see a person icon on all the servers you have an account on

Twitter had this new API update where companies would have to pay for their apps to allow twitter linking. If you can’t get your account back with trying other methods (Facebook, google/apple, Yostar) you should email customer service about account recovery

I don’t know about using screenshots as a way of proof for your account. But I do know when you email them, they will ask for your UID, username, server, and account bound to maximize the chances of recovery. If you don’t have those on hand, you should let them know so they can figure out an alternative way for you to retrieve your old account.

yeah so if you want to wipe a server, its not possible, the best you can do is uninstall, reinstall but dont login to your usual bind, and make a new progress that way
but you cant use the same name and it would have to be under a different bind if you wanted to swap from the two

you would probably have to contact customer support for that. rewards are given out based on the UID and server you sent to the bot when submitting your image for the event. if you mistyped your UID/server, chances are you did not receive your rewards.

So managed to successfully get my Twitter and inactive email unbinded but figured I should ask if it's safe to bind the new email. I already have Facebook binded but I am curious if I should bind the email.
I personally recommend binding to a Yostar account in case you ever lose access to your Facebook/apple/twitter (unless that’s what you meant by bind the email)

The person icon doesn't always appear when you do that though depending on your device, so try blind switching if it lets you log in via the account. Also if you check your login methods app authorisation page via their settings pages it'll show the date you authorised/linked that account so you can make sure you aren't just making a link with the wrong method and creating a new account.
When I start up Azur Lane I'm getting a pop up message that says "Version number mismatch. Would you like to retry?" with options to cancel or confirm. When I click confirm nothing seems to happen even after waiting for some time. What can I do about this? I am playing on Bluestacks.

My issue happens to exist in a broader space than just Azur Lane, but directly effects, and I came here to see if anyone ahs any possible solutions. it happens that my bluestacks player appears to state that it is offline, even when it isn't. THis is the main problem, I have tried several solutions, none of which have worked.

I've been unable to buy gems because it reads "This item isn't available in your country” (Google Pay) I use Mastercard for this, and I'm worried that I would break any of the rules if I changed my location or credentials, How could I make payment without getting the error, or breaking the Terms of service?

There is no google play binding. Only apple. If you want to guarantee your account being saved, I recommend binding to a Yostar/twitter/Facebook bind.

The thing is I've always logged in via FB acc but now I'd like to bind my acc to Yostar (via email and validation code) due to further FB inaccessibility in RU region. When I'm trying to do so by clicking "Bind Yostar account" and entering same email as in my FB acc I get "The third party account is already bound with another uid" error first and "Verification failed" after.

Returnees and new players get auto defaulted to the newest server for tutorial (little enterprise). Once you’re done with that, log out and open the server list to see if you can find your main server by pressing refresh button top right.
If it doesn’t work, email customer service. If you remember your UID, server, and username to maximize the chances of recovery. If not Yostar will provide an alternative solution.

I want to unlink my Azur Lane account from my previous email address (which used Yostar account) and bind it to a new email address of mine (using Yostar account of course).

I don't think it's possible to unlink email address in-game (to prevent accounts stealing). You need to email Yostar from old address about that I guess

Hello All, I was wondering, I play on the JP server, me having a Europe Google account, will it convert the £ into Yen, or do I need a japanese google play account?
I've been unable to get the game to launch on my phone for the past few days after finishing the update for the 5th anniversary. It just stays on the "update complete - loading game" screen forever. I can switch between loading backgrounds on that screen though.
I have no issues running it on bluestacks on the computer, it's just been about a month since I've opened the game on my phone.
I've tried restarting the phone, force closing the app in the apps menu and relaunching, and checking for updates on Google play.
Haven't tried reinstalling the app completely, but I'm hoping there is another solution besides that.
I don't know the detail, but I'm pretty sure it would automatically change to your own currency.

possibly have to email yostar if you didn't receive the rewards after completing the requirements. but there is also a chance you entered your information wrong (such as UID) when completing the form, which is why you receive no rewards. regardless, i would email yostar about the issue and inquire them about it. @noble helm @tribal hill

There's only one report, that I've found, for Operation Siren being stuck in a dialogue loop here: #known-bugs message
I haven't found a post on how to fix it either, just the conversation that went on on the Trello site and that says it was moved from Technical to Fixed. Operation Siren has been broken since it was added years back for this account. It's marked as a known bug though, so I didn't want to make a new post on it. The game has been uninstalled and reinstalled and it has been tried on multiple devices now. Also emailed the customer support and all I was told was to use the Skip button and that didn't work.
The maintenance didn't end up fixing my problem.

I haven't heard of any occurrences lately. The past two survey's I've done even detected the use of Bluestacks, I think. Just as long as you are playing Azur Lane as you normally should. You should be fine emulating the phone gameplay on a computer.

yeah thats most likely and content of accounts makes sense and i can vaguely remember them, my only concern were names as i didnt recognize them
the server will auto set a name for you if you dont choose. if you closed the game when you finished tutorial, there is a chance that it did do just that. this is all just assumption though because i havent tested it + this is the first time i've read something like that.

That’s because the link is an email address… and if you’re having issues loading in, restart your phone/game or restart your router, wait a minute, and turn it back on. if that doesn’t work try a vpn

Tried all the solutions, reinstalled, WiFi vs data vs tethered to my laptop, tried to enable more permissions, nothing.
I don't understand how a new device on Android 13 isn't capable of playing a current game, and it isn't just Azur lane either, PUBG/COD and a couple other very popular games just didn't load, and some said they require additional permission which makes me think this is a device permission issue but I have no idea how to enable them if I already enabled all that I can.

all returnees are auto sent to the newest server (little enterpise) for tutorial. just log out of that server, open the server list, click the button top right to refresh then see what accounts you have

Hey, I've been playing on Azur lane for a while and wanted to bind the acc to Facebook since it's unbound. However, there was still an old acc tied to it, to which I was then simply re-registered. I removed the old acc from Facebook, but even when I log out I always end up on the old account. Is it possible that I can access my real account again?

I was able to unlink the account from Facebook, and also tried using the extra log out button in the game menu. But I still always get to the old account... And because the correct account hasn't been linked yet, I don't know if it's possible to log in again. I have now also requested that the old account be deleted in the hope that when it is gone, I will be able to log into the correct account when I log in, but that wouldn't happen until September 26th. and don't even know if that would help 😦

And I don’t know if deleting your Facebook would work because someone said they deleted their twitter account but it was still linked to their old account

hey all, i think i broke the game, was auto-ing this stage and i got disconnected from the game the moment i cleared the boss node, i closed the game and kinda forgot about it so the time limit ran out... now i can't do anything, i can't retreat, the stage doesn't finish even though there's no more enemies, and even if it says "attack fleet returned to harbor", nothing happens... any help?

I was downloading the update when suddenly at the end it got stuck here (Notice how it says 730 files completed out of 729), I thought restarting it would fix it but it just got stuck on the same screen but with the text "Update complete. Loading game"

If that didn’t fix your issue, then it’s probably your device’s volume. For me, I always have my phone on silent mode so I don’t receive any AL sound unless I turn off silent mode.

Then I’m not sure what the issue is. There is a chance the skin doesn’t have receive animation sounds but I’m not sure

I have an iPhone 14 Plus and all of the backgrounds in Azur Lane are widened, so I don’t get to see the entire thing. The in-game UI settings only seem to adjust the buttons and loading screens, but not the backgrounds. Is there any way I could adjust the aspect ratio?

Hey guys, I went to log into AL after a fairly long while. Trying to update the game on my phone but it is not starting up happily so I am currently reinstalling it from scratch.
Through MuMu though it updated fine and loaded but had forgotten my login info - my account is currently only binded using Facebook. Trying to login using facebook doesn't let me now, mentioning something around embedded browsers. Do we know if there is a way around this? I'm hoping that my phone will work upon reinstalling but otherwise that would be rather sad.

It was throwing an issue because the emulator didn't have the facebook app installed. I will bind that account to a Yostar account now. 😄
Hello, I downloaded the recent update and was able to play the game normally, then there was a mini update (140mb) and when that finished my game is stuck on "update complete, loading game" how can I solve this ?
I literally said the UI settings only adjust the buttons and loading screens, not the background screens.

hello, does AL still support Facebook login? just reinstalled the game after a while, try to login through Facebook but Facebook login never loads/went through

@white token I had to fully clear both data and cache on my mobile for it to make it past that screen, otherwise I left it on there for like half an hour with no luck 😅

the purchase failed meaning it didn't go through since you clicked the back button. but i would double check your bank to see if you were charged (it could take a few days for it to pop up). if you were charged and didn't get the items, you should email Yostar customer service about it and provide proof of purchase to receive the items.

What do you mean by no notification appear? If no notifications appear, you messed with the settings on your phone to disable AL notifs or accidentally did something in the in-game AL settings

Hello everyone Idk if I should post this here but today playing I had something weird happen
I was farming the event and I got to 14k milestone reward points but i couldnt collect it so I thought its bugged ill just collect it once i reload the game but the game crashed and once i came back in the points were gone like i didnt even play it says i have 12k points and also what really bother me is before the game crash I build the event ten times and it wasnt any special pull but I got a ship i didnt have but when the game crashed the ship isnt there anymore even tho I locked but the cubes are gone and it makes me very upset cus i didnt have many so all i did before the game crash just disappeared like it didnt happen and i have no screenshot because i didnt expect this to happen and i thought game would just let me claim my reward after so idk wht to do. Does anyone else have similar problem and can nothing be done ?

You mean the UID? You log into AL with the account you bound to. So if you bound to a Yostar email, you would click the “Yostar” button and then enter the email. Or just tap the screen and it should auto log you in (which happens to me)
