I'm finally able to log in. What I did was removing (or moving them somewhere else) these two files (hashes.csv & version.txt) from the data directory. Then the game is then forced to re-verify the files and in my case it downloaded 3.5gb of data before finally able to get past the loading loop.

Yah I got help from a different emulator discord and managed to make Bluestacks work well
After that I uninstalled LD and logged out completely from all my accounts

is there a known issue with tapping the trade licence in the shop interface? just tapped the trade license in the UI u get after taaping "shop" and i suddenly got "purchased" and my gem count got reduced, it seems i bought 20 cubes by tapping on the trade license

Every time the games gets closed/crashes, when I get back in again I have to go through all these "hey noobie, the AI in this game might not be the best at auto combat, click "got it" to indicate that you understand" kinda prompts. yeah, thats why i reported it, cause it makes no sense, day before i tapped there and it said i cant buy it, was down to 6 days... did some t4 event missions, got into the shop interface (were u can choose, packs, gems and in the top right is trade license), tapped trade license and that happend..... and yeah i would have understood if there would have been a popup that asks me if im sure but not even that came up~
just tapped there and i got a "purchased" sadly cant proof it cause i dont usually record when i buy something ingame, why should i and i know it sounds weird
also dont even expect anything cause i know i will get a response like "cant do anything" or whatever, the only thing i want is somebody to look into it

just to confirm, it finally works on bluestacks 5 with android 11, AL also runs fine on my phone with android 10 so i guess the minimum requirement is android 10 now huh.
as long as you've already bound your account either to yostar account, facebook, or twitter, you can login to the old game account through any of the 3 from login screen.
I had it bound to an email, but had to switch to a new phone somewhere after the Musashi release. When i tried to reconnect to my old acc, the game gave me a blank slate

I used to play AL about a year ago but the phone I was using at that time is currently broken and I cant use it anymore and today I decided to reinstall AL to play again and I am trying to recover my account

Apparently they're phasing out Twitter binds, so naturally I tried to binding via Yostar but got the same problem.
Ok, so I was able to bind it.
But it involved unbounding whatever other account you were using e.g facebook, twitter, apple.
Then you'd be using the same email you use to log in via twitter/facebook/apple to bind via yostar instead.
Worked for me, not sure if this helps

Idk how or why I was banned I don't use the chat system so it couldn't be for toxity and I don't use any cheat software because that would ruin the fun of the game. how to get a response from AL CS? I had an issue on going for the past several months. Initial email I had with them just gave me shit resolution and gave me a run around and ultimately abandoning me or left on my own.
few weeks ago I messaged them several times regarding the same issue to reset my account binding of yostar account since its using the old email address that got deactivated by google forcefully with no hope of recovery, all they ask is to give my uid/ign.level/ server after waiting for days, no response from them.
these are all the attempts trying to get in touch with azurlane customer service. I even tried to leave a one star review in google play and guess what, generic response to get in touch with them, so I did, and same shit, no response from them at all. fcking clowns, if anything, they deserve getting cursed while exchanging emails

I thought that I had bound my AL account to all three account types when I had only bound my account to Twitter and Facebook, but now I have a second account that is linked to my email. I have deleted the second account and it is set to be deleted on the 26th, however, will I be able to use that same email to link my actual account after that date?
Oh, and just to be safe, me deleting this second account won't impact my primary account, right? My Facebook and Twitter are also linked to that same email. I presume it won't, but I just want to be sure I'm not destroying my actual account because of some weird linked account detection system

I didn’t receive mines either after filling out the google form. It’s a little misleading considering how the tweet says to share azur lane related photos/videos with wishes while the google form says game highlights or wishes (at least to me because I can see those as separate things). Depending on which one you followed, you might not receive the gems.

Try it again, use one finger to hold down somewhere near the right side of the screen, and use two fingers to pinch the left side of the screen. It'll pull up that same log, does yours say the same thing

if you taking an hour to download the game, your net is very slow and probably not sufficient enough
patches can and will break your game if you install with something unstable or simply too slow, its not always guaranteed to download smooth
how is that a sufficient fix ?? thats just a bandaid solution! having to redownload the game for the 4th now is kinda bs
you can contact support to report the bug for your unique case scenario, but you should accept data is not stable and a slow wifi speed is equally not
they might not be able to help you, but at least you can give them logistics information

Is there a reason this didn't show up when yostar acct verifying, which sent me to the tutorial instead. I picked my correct server
I had both Twitter and yostar link. I did yostar first and it emailed me the code, I put it in, said login successful, switched to my server, entered and it brought me to the tutorial. I quit, relaunched, saw everything say no data. Quit again, logged in through Twitter, now 1.8g which I can't currently do to see what happens
But now the character icon clearly shows up. Though I can't tell if it's mine yet, or the earlier quit tutorial
Not until I get somewhere I can do this 1.8gb
Hello, I have a question. Is it still possible to recover an account from like 4.5 years ago with pretty much only an username?
I thought I did apple but all servers started with tutorial, even when reattempting the server

Hi never thought I'd need tech support but here I am. So the google email for my yostar account has been invalid for like 2 years due to it being deleted, I never saw this as a problem since my FB and Twitter accounts were linked. But now my Twitter account has been suspended and Twitter refuses to unsuspend the account. So I was hoping to receive help un-binding my Twitter and potentially setting up my new email with my yostar account. I assume I would need to email support about this issue?

not sure what is going on here. I have fully max starred this node. However, it’s still telling me I’m at 68% completion.

Reinstalling worked, this wasn't a bug I logged into the wrong email but the correct Twitter
How long did it retake you to download
2 hours of stolen subway wifi for 1.9 base + 4.8 "minimum" download + 1.8 to get into the acct
I don't know why my wrong unregistered email still sent me a code though instead of telling me nothing was tied to this mail

Sounds same as me. But the public wifi obviously wasn't too fast. If you can activate debug log mode and it shows the same red line here, I'd probably bite the bullet and reinstall

So how does the yostar login thing even work?
From what ive seen is it only really lets you link it to something and thats literally it

Bare minimum is 6.95gb
It's the same as any other linking to tie to your acct. So if you reinstall/change phones, you have several options to validate and automatically get your acct on it without involving support. Twitter is another one. I just entered the wrong email thinking that was the one I signed up with
yostar bind probably better, given Twitter's recent track record
Also one of my accounts was lost despite linking it to another account besides twitter

Yeah the thing is that when I tried to use apple, it mentioned that a new account would be made. This was also the case for twitter. There was also that big wave of account deletions and I think that might have happened

The White Day mini game title screen seems to be broken for some reason.
I’m able to still add credits, exit, and check rules, but not be able to play the mini game.
