- Close your game app. It is necessary that the program is completely closed.
- Clear your game app CACHE, only CACHE. NOT DATA. Try to start a game app again.
- Make sure that you have enough free space for update installation in your internal storage, you need a minimum 1 gb of availible space. If you don't have it, free up some space and try to start the app again.
- Make sure that your game app have all permissions granted. If not, grant it and try to start the game app again.
- Make sure that your QooApp app or ApkPure app have all permissions granted. If not, give it the all the permissions and try to start the QooApp app or ApkPure app again for the update, then try to start a game app again.
- (Only for JP version) If you still have issues, you should try download a .obb files from MEGA storage and put them manually into your internal storage /Android/obb/com.YoStarJP.AzurLane/
Actual obb files MEGA link can be found on QooApp JP version page. YOU DONT NEED TO ROOT YOUR PHONE/TABLET OR EMULATOR FOR THIS OPERATIONS.

If you are using a mobile phone and got the game from the playstore, you only need to follow the first 4 steps, the rest are from getting the game from other sources

The game got region locked except for certain countries, so you need to have an american google play account in order to make purchases now, I noticed this a year ago

Np, that's specifically for EN server. If you need CN or JP, they have different emails
if you cannot load battles or have graphical bugs, repair your files
if your repair gets stuck and does not move past 37%, reinstall
for issues that persist after both solutions, write for help here

Hi there, I just complete event hard mode HT3 and still 0 process on it. I have same feeling when finish HT2. So is there like story mode you have to complete first and then can start process to 100%?
what you finished was HTS1 instead of HT3 which is effectively a one-time stage which goes away once you complete it and then HT3 shows up for real

Hey I got 2040 of the event shard things and it wouldent let me claim the gold so I logged off and re logged and it said I was still at 1800 than I tried clearing T3 and I cleared it but it says 0% what's up with that?

Before I can any further with a bug report, I've had one confirmation on this in the general channel, but after this update on iOS on a ipad pro I've noticed from the Login successful prompt to loading the port screen there is a noticable delay when it used to be almost instant. I've restarted device, its up to date on latest iOS. I thought maybe its server load possible with alot of people being logged into AL or is it a new bug with the anniversary update?
it loads quicker without a l2d skin equipped girl its slower with, but its still more delayed than usual
I tried installing AL after not playing it for a while, but it wouldn't let me install on Google Play when it reached 100% and I have more than enough space on my phone. Is this the result of the Google Play App Store Update not working?

Ok. I was able to install the AL app this time and I actually had to follow step one and update the google play services app before getting into step 3.

I live on Guam and a current victim of Hurricane Mawar, I've struggled to get on here (Discord) for the last 1.5 days (attempts made at night when we can't do anything due to darkness)
And yes, I am prioritizing things, considering the situation with myself and the family. But I wanted to leave this as a refence point to Yostar staff.
I have no power, water, internet, and spotty cell service. ~about 7 kbps WHEN I do have service, and I'm running out of power banks.
I was looking forward to this event, but I am unable to participate, and I don't know how long it is going to be this bad here in Guam.
The port was decimated and reports are showing we won't be able to get shipment, including gas, for at least 1 month.
I am leaving this message so that when the island is stabilized, I can come back on here and respond to any Yostar staff that may have replied to my cry for help/assistance in the game.
Ultimately, I would like to know if Yostar help me in with this event in any way given that I can't play AL due to the Natural disaster?

I contacted tech support through email to restore an account that I lost in 2020. It was linked to Facebook, but that account was completely deleted early this year. Since it's gone, there's no way for me to prove that the AL account is mine through Facebook account-related screenshots. I don't have the best memory, in fact the only thing that let tech support find my account was a Google Play purchase serial number, because I couldn't remember my username or my commander level. We eventually reached a pont in which I was asked to create a Yostar account and and a new AL account linked to it so the old account data could be forced into it, and I did. But in order to verify that it was actually my account I also had to provide proof of my old Facebook login (which doesn't exist anymore in any way, shape, or form), and Google Play receipts, which I did provide. They got back to me saying that I couldn't prove my Facebook login attempts by using my email, but I didn't even know that Facebook usernames were a thing, I just changed the URL name from time to time and I don't remember what I settled on.
After that I asked if I could make a purchase on the new account so they could see that the Google Play credentials matched those of 2019, but they haven't gotten back to me in a few days.
I get that they need to make sure that I didn't purchase that account from someone else, but I have no other way to prove that I'm me other than my Google Play info and, well, the fact that it's a 2019 account with nothing too relevant in the current meta, just a bunch of skins for my faves. The fact that this account is pretty much inaccessible also makes it a tough theoretical sell.
I just wanna get back to the game, I found a group of IRL friends that play AL and I really wanna join in with my old stuff.
Sorry for the ramble, but since I'm not getting any email answers I got a bit depserate. I dunno if a fellow Commander here has gone through a similar problem.

Unfortunately, I don't remember my UID or username, like I said before, my memory is pretty bad. I wouldn't have had anything to go off of in the emails if I hadn't sent the Google Play receipts. In fact, it was Tech support that let me know that it was bound to a Facebook account, because I didn't even remember that.
Not all of them, but some of them, I wasn't sure if Gmail had a filesize limit and I was already sending a bunch of other screenshots, I think I sent about 5 email receipt screenshots and the full 13 purchases list from the Google Play store app.
That gives me hope, thank you. The last email I sent was me asking if I could make a payment on the new account so that they could see the credentials match, but no response as of right now.
I have not made any new payments, since I haven't gotten a response. I don't know if it's worth trying yet.
I'm not going to go through all that and just uninstall AL at this point since its taking up a lot of space on my phone. My phone is pretty old and I haven't played AL in 2.5 years.

also instead of trying the servers, you can press this button as well to make it a lot easier as it scans all servers just to be sure

Fighting in META Dossier, when I help my friend to beat Boss [ in this case Gneisenau META] I end up fight with not responsive result screen.
Game need to be restart. This happens every time since last update, this bug is consistent and repeatable.
On my friends end he cab see that my result and combat is resolve positive.
Tested using Smartphone and BlueStack Emulator - the same result - app hung up, no response to any action - only application reset works.

AL continuously crashed after the initial yostar logo etc. Initially I cleared my cache but then reinstalled and now this pops up, is it normal? I've never seen this before. Game continues to work after the most recent update on my very old iPhone 6s plus but my newer android is encounting this

unfortunately I do not know either, back then we used to have an updated list of supported devices, but thatwas years ago and it clearly changed
android is extremly finnicky with its specs, there are millions of phones using its OS
so a proper list is pretty unlikely now, so its hard to give an answer

afaik it sets to 10% and require permissions to change system settings, well you can't select specific settings to change anyway 
also you can just not give permission to camera and mic, it only ask you to give when you're using the feature that needs it anyway

So, I'm hoping the upcoming maint fixes it, but uhhh...
So, I was doing a node, 8-3 hard mode, and right as the pop-up for "you beat the boss woo" popped up, my game crashed. I was a bit busy at the time, and didn't get back to it until just now, and it's past the attack timer, so it expired. Got the "attack time expired, fleet returned to habour" pop-up...
But it's stuck on this screen refer to image and while I can back-out, it's still acting as if I'm actively on that node still and not letting me go to other nodes.
Exercises and guild battles still work, but I was hoping to do more event farming and now I am cursed with boat purgatory :(
Oh, and yes, I hit the retreat button, it does nothing.

Question: Anyone have a SOS rescue mission on a chapter in the main canpaign and having trouble doing Hard mode maps for that Chapter? Reason being cuz there is a SOS Rescue mission still listed on Chpter 7 on my game and its not allowing me to do Hard mode since the SOS mission is 'not complete'. Ans since SOS mission is no longer available, do I need to do the repair function?

I get that too and I tried repair my game assets, it seems doesn't work for me too could be a bug imo

How do I fix this? I've already done clear cache, force stop, and reinstalling the game, but nothing worked.
Everything seems to work fine, but whenever I tap the event or battle, it just stays here forever. Same with the gallery in the memento, which gets stuck in loading.

i have an issue with the gallery where that notification wont go away. upon loading it, it shows 1/0 images on the first picture before going to /55 after swiping right. ive scrolled through all the art, clicked on every image even. upon exiting and re-entering the gallery, it then gets stuck in an infinite loading screen.
im playing on bs5's latest version on android 11 on an emulated s22 ultra. i have repaired all assets.
