I made an account and have an active yostar account from back in 2020. But I stopped playing the game and now want to open it up and try it again. I'm on a different phone and don't have access to the original one, but since I have a bound yostar account it shouldn't be an issue. When I log in on the new device it lets me use the same yostar account, but none of the servers have an active character and I'm forced to play the tutorial again regardless of which server I select. I don't remember which one I was one, but I've done tutorial on two of them with no results. Any suggestions for how to get my old account back?

so, for the past 2 days i've been trying to buy gems in game but the process doesnt seem to be that easy
i live in egypt. used a credit cards from one of my friends in turkey. the game refused the cards because the game isnt available there.
i ended up buying from Target.com a gift card that's redeemable in usa, and non of my 4 google accounts seem to redeem it. not even a newly made account with usa vpn. it tells me that "it needs more information to redeem the card". and i don't own a usa phone number.

How was your game downloaded? APK from the Internet or Play Store?
Some APKs can be corrupted, including APKs from the Internet and even working APKs that emulators export for later use.
In those cases you see the first splash screen, then a black screen and nothing else.

Is it an emulator or actual device you're using?
Actual device
It being an actual phone makes things harder. I could only suggest clearing both the Play Store and game cache. If that doesn't work you could probably try uninstalling the game, but before installing it back try clearing Play Store cache once again.
If not, there is a chance that the phone is unable to establish communication with the game, and for that you'd need to check your WiFi. Could try mobile data aswell.
No other wild guesses come to mind. If the game refuses to work after all that (plus what you tried earlier), try with a different phone.

I've just installed bluestacks and have AL working fine in it, but coming from an ipad the interface feels zoomed-in. Is there a way to activate a "tablet mode" or something? I've tried changing the handset from a OnePlus to some flavour of Samsung S22 but it didn't make any difference to the layout.
Bluestacks will render the game in a resolution that your display supports. Changing the aspect ratio should be possible, just go to your settings and change the resolution there.
If you don't find anything in your settings you will have to wait for someone who uses Bluestacks here or your best option would be asking in the Bluestacks forum/reddit.
Changing the resolution doesn't help, because the interface scaling remains the same, and it's the interface scaling that I want to change. So for example, on ipad when I go into Commissions I can see eight options at once, on bluestacks only four fit in the same space (just a theoretical example, I haven't actually counted). It's a little difficult to describe, apologies.
I'm not sure if Bluestacks follows the system's scaling setting, if your screen has 125% or so scaling, maybe you could try changing it to 100%. If it's already 100% see if that article helps you.

I don't think much can be done. If it serves as an insight of some sort I also see 4 commissions on my screen, and I use a different emulator with 100% scaling on Windows settings.

Not sure what the latest version is but I'm using 9.0.43 without issues. Latest version does not equal best version. Sometimes it's better to use older app versions. No need to update apps if there isn't any significant change or if the changelog doesn't mention anything worth updating for.

I'll grant you that the most stable version of any given emulator for any given game may not be the latest version, but internet-facing software needs to be kept up-to-date, for everyone else's benefit if not your own.

Users will always download whatever anyone tells them to download because "it's the latest and they fixed bugs", but what they never tell, especially the big corporations, is that with those bug fixes they also created new bugs, installed more bloatware and added more unnecessary lines of code (sometimes intentionally) to slow down your device, so you buy a new one from their friends.
I will never say anything that isn't in defense of the user. The user must read terms and conditions and changelogs in order to guard their own device safety and privacy. Not doing so and blindly updating apps is wrong. It doesn't matter who offers the update, Apple, Google or a random indie developer. Even if they were the most kind developers in the world they can still get hacked, then the hacker can manipulate their websites and make anyone download a fake new last version.
And if anybody really cared about fixing anything, I think every high tech company should do something about token leaks, because they don't even understand how people get hacked anymore and they seem pretty clueless on how to fix it too.
Talking specifically LD Player now, the LD Player devs themselves offer older versions and reasons why you may want to install them. They recommend LD Player 5 because it has the best compatibility and LD Player 3 for weak PCs, for example. Not my words, their words.
Security vulnerabilities is "reason to update" in my book. It could be that maybe I didn't phrase my original message right. Sometimes I just expect the average user to be probably like you and me, read everything and have a little bit of common sense.
But the sad reality is that a lot of people are still too young for technology. I won't deny that one fact.
And for the record I don't think anybody should be using Windows XP. If anybody understood that by my message, then that's not what I meant at all.

- Cleared app and cache data for Google Play Services.
- Checked and Google Play Services is up to date.
- Yes I am logged into Google Play.
That's a Google Play service error. If you really did those 3 already, all that's left to try is uninstalling updates, then let Play Store update itself again and possibly check that your connection isn't causing the error. It's a connection timeout error. Also could be a date and time issue, check that your Bluestacks instance has correct date and time.

Even if you don't have it, you still have chances to recover the account as long as your friend has some info like the username (past cases here have reported so at least).
If support asks for your UID but you don't have it you can kindly tell them the truth, that you don't have it, but you are willing to cooperate by other means. They accept transaction IDs (receipts) and the such too.

You don't lose anything by trying. AL Support is a friendly support, they're not the Supreme Court of the United States that strictly requires all the info that we usually specify here in order to take appropriate action. The more info you have, the easier will it be for them to find and recover the account for you, though. So I'd try contacting them, probably in a friendly manner and as I previously mentioned, with the truth. This way they don't suspect that you are someone trying to get into someone else's account. 
In the unfortunate case where they ask for info that you don't have, you can ask them if there is any other way you can prove that you are the legitimate owner of the account. And if they say no, then well, in such a case there's nothing we can do anymore unless you find out what the email was.

My game is open basically the entire day, so no, there are no issues with the server. Try restarting your Internet connection. If your connection is not stable, the game will not let you log in, or you will be logged in and then logged out over time.

azurlane isnt loading, stuck on a black screen, android studio
I'm not sure how this happened, I left the fleet on auto-search, after coming back and waiting a few seconds realized it was stuck, seems like the fleet at some point sailed over a confusion square, and I am now somehow stuck there.
My current situation is, if I start OpSi, it loads straight into my fleet already in the middle of an operation, and I am pretty much stuck, no way of going back to the main menu either. If I reboot the game, I still have access to the rest of the game as normal, but OpSi is guaranteed to get stuck.

So my account that I have been using for the past 4-5 years is now unable to be accessed by me. Admiral Iowa, lvl. 80 on Server Sandy with a full fleet of Iron blood lvl. 125 Bismarck, Tirpitz, Graf Zeppelin, Z23, Roon, and Prinz Eugen. All of them Oathed. I didn't want to lose my account so I tied it to my Facebook and Twitter. Twitter was a toxic hellscape so I left and deleted it. Facebook got hacked and was deleted. I'm not telling the whole story... But I tried tying my old account to my old file to my new Facebook later. It, well didn't happen, but since they had the same name it never crossed my mind. Then I got a new phone. Tried to get access to it with my new Facebook thinking it was linked. It was not. So I went to the useless bot to recover it, told it what had happened, I asked them to rebind my old account to my new Facebook. They refused, asking for proof. How do I provide proof of something that no longer exists? So I told them over and over trying to find a work around. No dice. They want emails and screenshots from an event that happened 3 years ago, that I never took screenshots of because why would you! I asked them to look into the email, since it was linked to both Facebooks, they just ended up refusing me. I then tried to link a brand new Yostar account. It told me it was linked to something else even though before now it has never existed. I got on my old device to try again today and I've been thrown back to the first mission. I have no way to access my account. I just now lost everything in Azur Lane. Absolutely everything to a fucking oversight and a bug in their program. I don't have the heart to start over. I worked hard to get all those ships and now all 350 are gone, my guild status, my level, everything is gone. What can be done if anything?

You can't.
If you can't prove that the account is yours then nothing can be done about it. If it makes you feel better, level 80 is very low, a few ships that you married to isn't a big loss either, and a guild isn't anything that you can't just make again, or even join someone else's.
There is a level 70 pack that you can buy if you care about your level, and once in awhile you get your free ring to marry whatever shipgirl you want. Free gems are enough to cover the expenses of making a new guild, but I'd just join an established guild.

@carmine hedge i have the same bug as mbhen114. Repair assets gets stuck on same load percentage. Every time i try to start a battle. It finishes load screen and then the screen goes black and shows the manjuus loading like it is disconnected.
and the instance im using is android 9 (64-bit)
maybe creating a 32 bit instance might work

no there is, to repair or reinstall
not sure what recognition you want, but it doesnt seem to be something they can hotfix, the update did not work as intended since it worked during testing

For me it came bundled with the new app update. Dorm wouldn't display, stage textures all white, Repair stopped at 37.something%.
Try repairing, if it doesn't work you might have to reinstall the whole game.
I had to reinstall the entire game however make sure your account linked to Yoster or Facebook or Twitter before you do that

No no it would only happen when I did the weekly points thing in missions and I would get a bulin for one of them but then the rest were just bulins like no coins cubes oil of dorm food
There's 3 purple bulin and 1 gold bulin in weekly rewards

we cant contact the master outside of the game at all

you need to reinstall even if you report, just bind your account and you should be fine
