Good evening guys, may I have a little question. I was buying the Cruise update with paypal and the payment went through Paypal as well as Google play, how ever it was like 30 minutes and it still did not arrive to the mail box and it still tells me that I can buy it again. Is it usually for Paypal to take that long, or is something wrong?

emails are a good start
judging by other users and specs, it seems the AL doesnt properly support Pixel 7 pro

Hi there, I accidentally logged into the wrong facebook account and now every time I try to log in I get the message saying I have previously logged into azur lane. If I click continue I get directed to the wrong account and if I click cancel I get brought out of the login menu

Okay so weird problem keeps arising.. I connected my azur lane account to Twitter and played it for 1-2 months. After the game deleted because of new phone. tried to use my Twitter account but it was suspended and I reactivated it. When I connected it I logged into azur lane and into the server which was sandy and was met with the starting of it.

hello, im not really sure where to put this or if anyone here can actually help me but
i had made a purchase the other day (the new semester lucky pack) which is $29.99 for me
my apple account (im playing on iphone) needed me to login and fix my payment methods tho. after that i had returned to the game, which said purchase error and showed that my attempted purchase didnt go through. so i clicked the item again and was able to buy it fine
however, when i saw the purchase receipt, it charged me twice for the same one-purchase item... so it took out $59.98 from me instead of $29.99... i have been desperately emailing yostar azur lane support (al.cs email to be exact) trying to ask for my $29.99 to be refunded, but my emails either keep being rejected by postermasterAi, or their responses have been very unhelpful..

Nah I think Google only mails you receipts when you buy gems I already had enough gems to buy it without purchasing anymore. I did buy a trade license right before I brought the supply bundle but I have no issues receiving that in the mail.

Hello, I need help recovering my account. I am playing on Sandy server using my Google play account and now I can't log back in and brings me to a new account instead.
My game has been like this since yesterday. Just sits on the screen like this and the loading never goes away. Anyone have any idea what to do?
I can only access the settings on the main menu screen like the different login methods, which server and repair the assets and Live2D. Once I login to the game, it says "successful login" and I'm just greeted with the infinite loading. Sadly I'm unable to hit the settings tab from there

If you have this problem too, support figured it out: I was using my gmail account and adding "+yostar" after my username, which is a gmail feature to fight spam/identity theft (so john@gmail.com becomes john+yostar@gmail.com and you can do this with any variation on the +text). I forgot I'd done this and tried to login with my standard email address, and Yostar then automatically created an account (I think this should be made plain to the user) which of course was starting at the tutorial. Logging in using the full email address I'd given when registering brought my account up as normal. Completely my fault, obviously.

There have a little bug
From what I’ve heard, if I deleted azur lane on my phone but it is bound to only my apple account, the azur lane account still exists, the only problem is that I can’t seem to log into the account
Might be a pretty minor glitch, you could leave the game and join it again, if it doesn’t work, then try the repair asset function in the start screen or in the settings
So hopefully I can get help with getting my old account back

managed to fix it but it took me 2 hours in order to download 12 gb worth of size

So basically I deleted the app, redownloaded, I log into my account via the way I know but it throws me into the tutorial instead of my account
And I suspect that my Apple account may have been unbound when I deleted the app

do you have your UID screenshotted or written down?
when you bound your account with apple did you originally do so in the title screen or in the account bind settings in game?
binding at the title screen will overwrite anything on it, if you bound it when just starting a new game though, it will work like normal bind
though since it did work for you and allow you to even double check that it was properly bound, it might be something on azur lane’s end, you’ll have to contact support to see whats going on so they can get it back to you

Startup time (the screen with jumping manjuus) got improved drastically...and then I remembered that the moment it became horrendous (some 30+ extra seconds) was a year ago when an a DST shift caused the update to hiccup somehow to the point of breaking login (spent hours talking to support that day), and now that delay goes away after exactly one year when - drum roll, please - the very first update after the exact same DST shift comes out.

I have had this same issue today but the weird part is that it only happens when I am on wifi. When I use my mobile data, it works normally.

I believe when I first launched the game and started the update process I think I realized that I was on mobile and so I turned on wifi to make it go faster
the download progress stopped and did not resume and so I closed the game without completing the update and then I launched it again

and actually I just noticed that this is different from the one that you got
since yours says "update complete" while mine is on an earlier step

Is anyone else having a 200310 error for google play when trying to purchase something?
Implacable frequently locks up my game while attempting to load the home screen, as though it's trying to read all of her character art but forgot how. Everything else will load, but the character art will be blank and the program unresponsive. It lasts 3-8 seconds I'd say. Stops when her character appears. Is anyone else having this issue?
This is the first ship I've seen to do this. Solved by simply removing her from secretary, but worth mentioning if it can be fixed and happens with other ships.
It does it both on my phone and in emulator.
A lot like the lag I get a few seconds after combat starts as it's loading in enemy sprites or aircraft, but much longer, as that lag is only a second or two

Musashi works great. I'm still fairly new so I don't think I've a lot of others, but I've never had an AL L2D lag either of the systems I play on. Implacable locks up both, but not every time she loads.

Every time I try to log using WiFi at home the game refuses to log me in. If I pick a server I have a started game it just show "now loading".
If I pick a server with no game started it works fine.

yeah you must bind to be able to log into your account, third party softwares like google play will not save your data that is not how it works

So basically this glitch decided "F you you don't get to prog your QE or Gneisenau META today."
It consumed 100 if you start the META so with that setup yes you would end up with 60/100 after that, insufficient for a next?

its generally 10gb now, additional files can increase it to 12gb @solar echo
if you dont reinstall every year the file size can bloat a lot as well due to files that didnt get properly removed from the install

be careful when switching tabs with azur lane still on,it can put you in the eternal update complete screen just like in my case
The game does not want to run on full screen
And i have no way on changing/fixing that

so im still getting the 200310 error when trying to purchase stuff. im fully logged into my google play account, ive uninstalled and reinstalled azur lane. i have no idea why i cant purchase anything
have you been able to purchase items before? usually the error means AL cannot connect to your google play as in you're logged out or your region is not accepted to make purchases in AL

so... to those who suffer from the 200310 google play error, i have figured out the most likely cause. the google play app(s) might be missing some updates, so check if your google play related apps needs to update. this seems to have fixed the issue for me atm, im currently testing it rn as my apps need updated.
note, if anyone uses MuMu emulator, it may have problems trying to update the apps.
nvm, that did not fix the issue. gonna keep trying to figure this error out...
i have found my other mobile device, im gonna try installing azur lane onto that, see if its an emulator issue. luckily i have enough space on the other device to install the game

Yep, I'm also using BlueStacks
so ldplayer, mumu and bluestacks cause the issue... it might be an emulator thing. if i had a phone that had the space to hold azur lane, id be able to confirm that theory
I know what you mean. I'm using an emulator for similar reasons as well. I find it a bit odd though since I was able to make in-game purchases in the past before with BlueStacks.
i was able to make purchases up until january of this year, after that, ive only been able to make a purchase every once and a while. im still trying to figure things out. maybe i can find a fix for it. i really dont want to go out and buy a mobile device just to play azur lane

this error afaik only occurs on emulators but its not too far fetched that googleplay and yostar arent communicating correctly in specific regions of the US as its a large network

Surprised devs didn't figure this one out, the bug pretty much deleted the file or just out right couldn't even detect the file at all.
Rather then the file being deleted it is more like the .jar file when I checked the folder wasn't there at all.

a code will always be sent, even if there is no data on an account, or if there is simply no account, that is how the binding process works in the first place to make sure people can bind it firstly

I swear I had binded my account to a yostar account (I have emails from verifying a while back, so I know I did it) but when I log in the game goes straight to the tutorial. I tried switching servers and none of them seem to have my account. I don't recall my UID but I do have my account name.
