As a follow up to all of it: it does work, but only if you have a default email service attached to the device you’re using. If you don’t have a default the redirect can’t actually redirect so it goes nowhere, which is why Res kept the hyperlink as the actual CS address itself
Yeah I checked, again, I was just put off by the potential precent it would set if any random guy could just come up with a redirect like that and people were expected to blindly trust it

Well, sorry but nowhere in the rules is it stated that one must use bot commands to share links. Also under what condition was my website accused of being fishy, I don't know. Without any intention to be rude towards other fan made sites, my site has a privacy policy, GDPR compilant, mobile friendly and even a cookie policy for full transparency. Your administration was okay with me having it, the administration was also okay with me sharing it on #friend-and-guild-id, developing it, and even using it for Azur Lane minigames (though I'm currently just working on something not related to Azur Lane, I might or may not). Originally, I used it for my in-game guild but you might notice that I'm trying to expand it to make it more useful for players in general.

I’ve bound it to Yostar a while back but because I was stuck on the Manjuu loading screen I quit the app and restarted it
check your ingame settings and it will say it is bound to your email
I logged on just fine and it says in my settings that it has been bound to my email
But because I forcefully quit the app while it was in the Manjuu loading screen I have no idea if it’s actually connected or not
And I didn’t get a confirmation email or anything saying that it’s been bound to my email
if it says connected in settings, it means it is confirmed

1-4 business days due to lunar new year delays

All of them but I do not have access to the currently binded Facebook and Yostar account because the email used on them doesnt exist anymore

assuming you cant recover your email you would have to contact customer support for this issue and tell them you want to unbind email and facebook because you lost access to the email
they’ll want some proof you own the account so if you have any receipts, its best to prepare them and also be sure to give them your username and server

The thing is, I already tried contacting them but now all my emails keep getting bounced and marked as spam for no reason

you’ll want to try a different email in that case, are you using some kind of third party mail software?

the windows mail app for example tends to get marked as spam since it uses a third party

Have you logged in with your binded account?

Does anybody else have a problem on Apple where it asks you to enter your cvv on the App Store for verification if you purchase something on Azur Lane and the App Store says purchase successful, but on Azur Lane it says transaction failed even though it is charged? Only way to fix it is to repurchase it again and the charge will go through for BOTH of them.

and in my accounts setting my yostar account is binded but my twitter isn;t

allow the access and try logging in
next time, make sure to bind in settings only, the title screen is only for logging in so you will overwrite your data like what happened, you'll need to contact customer support to get the mix up resolved but your account is still bound so its not anything to be too scared of
you'll either want to try logging in with all emails and check the servers (press results found button at the top of the server list)
ooor contact support and ask them, but they'll make you prove ownership and its a bit of a headache

There is a way to delete the unused account but not sure if that will effect it if i link another account i don't want it to get deleted T_T

Hello! It seems I'm unable to purchase gems. Each time I try this message pops up "Unable to connect to Google Play Service:200310". I play AL on BlueStacks and bought gems before with no issues, so I tried it again on LDPlayer and MuMu but was hit with the same error again.

Someone know where i can go about my missing Formidable plushie?
Just read the notice about switching from Twitter to YoStar account, but the game won't let me. It sends the verification code, but whenever I try to enter it, the game says my account is already bound. I unbound from Twitter and tried again and have not been successful. Unless there's some other way to set up the account, linking through YoStar is a total no go for me.

Hello again! I’m still getting a 200310 error. As far as I can tell my connection is stable. I’ve tried buying another app to see if the transaction process would even begin and it did. I also did some ping test to see if anything was off but that seemed fine too.

hi, got a problem with account recovery. I got my account binded on twitter but wanted to bind it to yostar account too. Ingame returned me an error about third party bind and the game froze so i created a yostar account on main menu and tried to log on my twitter. Now it always stats with the tutorial and i don't know what else i can do, is there a way to recover my account data from local device?

I'm getting an error, every time I open the app. I get the Yonshi/Manjuu/Yostar opening, but after that, all I get is "Update complete. Loading game..." and its not loading. I can tap and go through the the different nation options that show up during the loading screen, but nothing else.

have you restarted your phone lately? if restarting your phone doesnt help, try clearing the cache as well. your last resort options here would be a VPN or reinstalling

sometimes it happens, it takes too long to establish a sync with one of the binds so it ends up not fetching anything

if you bound properly, try restarting your device and relog again with facebook and check the server list button
like I said above, sometimes it doesnt establish a connection fast enough and it wont actually log you in

Have an issue with the valentines gift event. Pretty sure a mail only gets marked as read after collecting the attachments. I got my gift mail earlier today (picked Hammann), yet neither does the mail show up in my mail-box nor does my item section in the depot show me the Valentines gift.

Soooo I did a thing and may have nuked my account. The account I started with I made on my phone via google store. Thought I had linked that account but apparently not.
-Went to install Bluestacks on my computer and tried to login to Yostar there, which ended up linking a brand new AL Account.
-Went onto phone to my actual account and went into account settings to link that account to the same email
-It logged me into the brand new account from Bluestacks, can't figure out how to get to my original account

im not sure they can work with just receipt, but I dont see why they would not be able to trace it down

otherwise, you bound improperly in 2019 or there is a bug that wont retrieve your data and the staff will need to fix it

Okay I got a new phone and my account is still there and functional but after like a minute my game freezes
i tried clearing the cache and downloading it from different sources. still encounters the same problem. tried installing a bunch of different games to test its only on AL and encountered the same problem on some of them

I couldn't remember itn(might be sandy Or Washington) so i though I might just be me logging into the wrong server so i tried all but still couldn't get it
When I refreshed the servers I said no data for all the servers in the server list

hello, i wanted to bind my azurlane account to yostar after doing the same for arknights, but i get the error
"The third party account is already bound with another UID"
and then im stuck with the loading screen
Try to start the game again, this happened with me but I think what happened was that by mistake I pressed on the screen before a pop up for update comes, cause of that the update pop up doesn't show and it just keeps loading
so I am trying to set up bluestacks and from what I see, it is recommend to use a virtual machine like virtual box to play it, right?

It can happen on rare occassions if online when the new day starts. You can try logging out, waiting 5m, logging in. If that doesn't work you need to clear them.

Hi, I got some weird people helping me with the Arizona META battle but all of them didn't have any shipgirls or equipments, strange enough they completed full HP boss after i requested in just 1 second, thought this is hackers so i will leave this here (I'm playing Sandy server)
make sure you login to your usual server

I bound my account to Yostar before having to reinstall the game. Loaded the game back up after reinstalling and logged in, but I have no progress
Something like that happened to me, I hadn’t bind my account and game won’t open on my phone, I updated my play store and somehow it opened I bind fast and then I could switch to emulator
I just uninstalled the game due to me not being able to get past the black logo screen multiple times resulting in an app crash. I redownloaded the app but in the proccess i lost everything. My account still exist but im not able to access it

It happens with people fighting your old META getting scored on the newer META (and generally those people would be the ones still fighting longer and thus doing more damage than the people that killed your previous one).
I completely deleted my game last year and wanted to know if It was possible to get the old account back. I don’t know if I binded it a yostar account. I think I just connected it to my apple account.

The game runs me thru the tutorial since the reinstall. When i try and put my account name as my name it says the name is already taken. All my ships, my in game level are all gone.

Hello, I need some help. I have changed devices at one point some years before and stopped playing. I have decided to start playing again , but when attempting to loggin via facebook(which was binded) it runs me through the tutorial.

I need help I transferred all my data to a new phone and when I checked azur lane on my new phone all my progress was gone I have done a data restart in azur lane it's self will this help me get my account back
- Make sure you logged into whatever you bound your account to (Yostar, Twitter, Facebook)
- Ensure you're entering the same server as before
What if you aren't bound to anything 🤔
Then log into your old device and bind it
What if the app was in your sd card when it was transferred to the new device
Actually ignore that last question I will tell you if there's any more problems
That way you're risking your progress if for whatever reason your new phone decides to overwrite whatever was there in your app data folder instead of reading it properly
