There wouldn't be any noticeable difference if you reinstall it. You can reinstall it and keep only the core files (no assets, voicepacks), or you can also buy a SD card and move the game there if it's a possibility for you.
Have you tried recovering the email address?
What I did was:
- Clear game cache
- Uninstall
- Install
- Enter the game (Let the game download everything again from the scratch)
This was addressed via DM.

The error was already fixed. Assuming you downloaded the latest update on the Play Store, it may be a bad configuration on your device. Check that your device and game have them enabled.

Go to https://www.speedtest.net/ then make a speed test and post your results here.
12mbps is enough to download the latest update in a matter of minutes, however the issue could be that someone else is using the bandwidth. That's possible if you have multiple devices connected, or if other people use your Internet.
Try restarting your router.

All that I can recommend in this case is wait for the game to download. Your Internet doesn't appear to be the issue from what I can see here.
Sometimes things get slow when a lot of people request the data to be downloaded from the server, it happens to every game.
It depends on the amount of requests that either the game or the Play Store / App Store get. If the servers are overloaded that's unpredictable.
However under normal circumstances both the game and stores are able to download things fast.

Log off and try again. Make sure you use the right Facebook account.

umm soo im not sure if this is the place but since its not a bug or anything i will ask, support said my email was rejected for some reason, its about gems i bought some but came up as payment was cancelled by the user even though i never cancelled it and yet it still took the money out of my bank and [has a pending status etc.] I have no transaction on google play store what should i do?

got a bug when asking for support for billing, when it asks for a screenshot showing that i purchased one of the gem packs, it's just giving me a black screen when i go to upload an image of it preventing me to give all the info for it

Not related to your issue but before deleting accounts you should always unlink them from your apps and websites. Depending on support's current policy they may or may not ask you to prove you own (or used to own) those accounts you deleted. If you don't have such proof, they won't unlink the accounts.

Your Facebook account probably can be recovered if you contact Facebook and provide a government issued ID. Facebook's policy indicates you should use your real name.
You can recover your Google account even if you lost your phone. For that simply get your phone number back to your new phone.
The bad news is i can recover my email because the phone number is long gone 3-4 years ago, and i try recover my fb but it cant too cause its more than 1 years when fb zucc my account
The time your accounts have been suspended or lost have nothing to do with your possibilities to get them back.
Facebook never deletes your account unless you explicitly ask them to do so.
Google does not delete your account for inactivity either.

From what I can tell here, you have not linked any recovery options for the account. Or if you did, it was only the SMS option. That would explain why Google offers you no other options.
How was your phone lost? If it was stolen, you can call your operator and tell them your situation. They can cancel your old SIM and give your phone number back.
I'd personally try to sort that out first. Though of course you can try to solve the issue with AL support if you want, but they may feel suspicious that you truly own the account.
Another option you could possibly try is a Twitter account. Make a Twitter, secure it, use it with responsibility.
Worth a read indeed. If you can't recover your Google account, at least do try to recover your Facebook one more time. Facebook rarely disables accounts and if they do, it's mostly because of fake names. They will reverse their decision once you give them some government issued ID.
And if all of the above fails, stick to Twitter. If no one has access to your Facebook or email account, then there's not much to worry about. Just make sure your Twitter account is safe and you remember the password, and that everything is up to date (Twitter reminds you about this from time to time).
You can have Twitter 2FA, but if you want to authenticate with Twitter you'll need the Twitter app on your device. The app overrides the other method.
However yes, I would agree that it would be best to recover your accounts. Or if by a miracle AL support doesn't ask you to prove you own your email and Facebook, let it be a hard learned lesson: Always keep your accounts safe, especially if you use them to access other important accounts.

If you're unable to retrieve your Facebook or Google account, you should link your AL account to Twitter for the time being. As mentioned earlier you should secure the account and if you happen to lose access to it, don't wait 3 years, act immediately.
AL support will take more time than usual to respond as they're celebrating the Chinese New Year.

So. I've been waiting for this Agir skin awhile now. Come to find out the event ends on the first of February. I get paid once a month on the first at about 4 am. If the event ends during daily reset the night before. I will miss it and all the packs entirely. OR, does it end on the first in the evening? I guess I'm just hoping. As an Iron Blood main I'm a bit heartbroken that the best skin in game will be missed entirely.
You'll be able to get it, events usually are taken down the day after the final listed date. (Skin goes away on February 2nd in this case.)

As per the patchnotes and with the event ending the skins will dissapear when the 1st goes to the 2nd at the standard reset time. So by your account you should be able to grab them.

I have a friend who had bind his twitter acc to azur lane, and he has only 1 twitter account that he has bind. Ok so uh, before current update he used to be able to login using Sandy server with his only twitter acc, it had no problem at all but after this current update (right after the maintenance was ended), he was trying to login as usual but when he logged in, he was brought to the tutorial and after doing the tutorial, he realized all of his game data was lost and it became lv1 so he wanted me to request some help at here.

Tell your friend to double check they're logged in and in the right server.
I asked twice, and he said he only play on 1 server and it's Sandy. I've even double-checked with him and he said yea it's the right server

Also check with that friend if they didn't get an additional stack of gems. If it rolls the skin you own, it's converted to its cost in gems, and thus no skin. Also it's mailed to the game inbox, so ask if it's there.

How long does it takes to process a report? Someone got into my account, binded their fb and yostar account to my azur lane account. Fortunately, I got my twitter binded so I can still log in to my account. I'm worried about the possibility of my ships being deleted

If you're worried about it, you can set up a PIN password, also called a secondary password in-game as far as I remember.
Other than that there isn't much else you can do.

Stay logged in for as long as possible. If you are logged in, they will be logged out. Don't close the game, set up Bluestacks or a similar emulator and keep your PC on. Your PC will be fine.
You are however not recommended to use any sort of macros or autoclickers, as this would be in violation of the ToS.
Heya, the game crashes when I try to open the skin shop or the rental skin menu (I suspect Ćgir's new l2d skin is the culprit). Would be cool if you can look into that

Try repairing your assets. If that doesn't do anything you may just report your bug in the bug reports channel, where developers take a look from time to time.

Hey Guys, can anyone help me? Ive played Azur Lane for quite a while and I stopped playing at the end of 2018 i think. Now I want to get back into it! Ive made a new account and tried to verify if my old Account stillt exists... Bla bla bla. I already talked with the yostar support but even though i can answer all the questions and provide receipts, i cant show screenshots of my Facebook, since it and my old email adress dont exist anymore.... Is there a way to get it back another way or do i have to accept that its right there but i cant access it ?

Email addresses and Facebook accounts don't stop existing unless you (or the service provider) delete them. If you previously deleted your email and Facebook, your chances to get your Azur Lane account back decrease as you would be unable to prove to support that the accounts you linked exist and you are the legitimate owner of them.
Never delete accounts right away. Unlink them before deleting them. If you deleted them, try to recover them.
They most likely follow a protocol so no, it's unlikely they have any other options. You can ask them via email, though.
Skins are not refundable.
Do you happen to know what happens if you refunded a gem pack but still got the gems? I reached out to cs before the refund thoug
Contact support about that and let them sort it out for you. In the meantime, refrain from spending those gems.

I mean they, in some Sense, also Link the Account. And atleast i still have the Google Account i bought gems with... Idk if anything can be done about it but while trying to transfer my account data onto my new phone I have reset my progress on both phones to a new account
Double check that you selected the right server where your account was created.
The server I played on is amagi and when logging onto it from both devices its the new account. I have no data on any other servers

I didn't manage to take a screenshot but somehow some of the stars for the ships in the docks didn't load
It's a bug that has been reported several times. Restarting the game fixes it.

If you're talking about the songs of spring, use the left and right arrows to access the other songs. A new song unlocks everyday until 1/24.

Don't delete social media accounts if your game is linked to them. If the social media platform locked the account, follow the steps they provide to unlock it before they permanently delete it.

First off, if Twitter suspended your account, you cannot make a new one. This violates their rules and your new account is at risk of being suspended as well.
If your account was temporarily suspended there is no need to do anything. The account will be accessible again in about a week.

Yo, i recently bought a new phone but knowing its specs, im not sure if i can run azur lane on this (realme c30s).
Its also a struggle to find the system requirements of Azur Lane since its all but Crosswave that appears.
May i know the requirements? Especially the ram.

Anything with Android 7.1 or newer, 2 GB RAM and a fairly modern CPU will run it.

There are no accounts called "goodiesohhi" in the Amagi, Avrora, Lexington or Washington servers.
I will complete the tutorial in the Sandy server to see if the account exists there.

You will have to create a new account if you don't remember your commander name. Contacting support would have been an option if you remembered the player name, UID, level and server.

I noticed you created an account under the name goodiesohhi now. That account was created in the Avrora server. Note that down, and go to your profile and take a screenshot of that. Also take a screenshot of your Settings section, showing your linked accounts. Keep all that in a safe place.

A few weeks ago I stopped receiving notifications on my phone from AL. I have most of the reminders turned on ingame. My phone notifications setting for the app also on. Despite this, I haven't been receiving anything. I can have the app open minutes before a commission finishes, multi-task out or lock my phone, and won't receive an alert. I have a pixel 6 pro running android 13.
Download the latest game update from the Play Store if available.
If there are no updates available in the Play Store, check that Do Not Disturb Mode is off. If it's off, reinstall the app.

Bluestacks 4 should be compatible with macOS.
You can use Google too, where you will find plenty of emulators for Mac.

M1 Macs are not supported. You may try with Android Studio, though.
And according to what Google taught me today, you don't need emulators if you have a M1 Mac anyway. Just check your App Store and install the apps you want. If Azur Lane is not yet supported you can, once again, try with Android Studio.

Is there anyone having problems in Exercise where it just gets stuck in this screen? This is when you pick an opponent and press start, it goes to your ship formation but it just keeps on loading for me. It's been happening since the update hoping it will get fixed on it's own but it didn't, wasn't able to get any exercise objectives done. I already tried removing some ships by using some of them on commissions but it still gets stuck. Do I just reinstall?

If you really tried repairing your assets, then your only options would be reinstalling the game or checking your Internet connection. If it's a network issue, you can try connecting to a different network.
If you're not sure how to repair your assets, go to the main screen, then tap Settings/Audio. There you will see a "Tap to repair" button.
The problem is unlikely to be a bug, by the way. It sounds more like a corrupted game installation.

Yeah it was extremely persistent I just uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. Now it works perfectly with the live 2d skins.
Hello i wanted to start a new account on another server to be able to play with my friend

So I brought this up in gameplay help and they told me to come here. I keep up on my commissions constantly like I always have them going. And every once in awhile I'll realize that I haven't seen a notification for a commission recently and I'll log in and check and all of a sudden I have four commissions available and none of my teams are running.
And I keep commissions going religiously like I'm never away from my phone I'm always here always on it outside of sleep.
And as far as how often this happens I would say once maybe twice a week
I just missclicked max on the selectable UR bps by accident and ended up with 66 airplanes instead of intended 5.

Open the Play Store app and check for Azur Lane app updates. If an update is available, install it.
Says up to date and I keep all my apps up to date
Go to Settings/Apps/Azur Lane and check your app version.
If your app version is 6.2.9: Try reinstalling the game.
If it's not 6.2.9: Download that version.
If the above doesn't work, it could be a device setting, check that your notifications are enabled and that Do Not Disturb mode is off.

First off, sending multiple messages won't get you help faster. Don't do that.
Second, unfortunately there is no way for me or anyone to tell you what might cause this error, because the error gives no information. It's just a generic message. Don't worry, this isn't your fault.
Third, since the system refuses to tell us anything insightful, you can only try common solutions such as uninstalling store updates and reinstalling the game. You can also try clearing the app data.
If common solutions are not working, the device might have a problem. In such case you'll need to replace it.
The game checks for updates and hits the login menu, and it loops like that until I manually close it myself, and it gives me that message

Authentication tokens are meant to expire eventually. They can expire at any time for many reasons, for example an authentication token will expire if you change your password or deauthorize apps, or if there was a communication problem between two apps or websites. In the case of Azur Lane, tokens probably expire because of communication problems between the game servers and social media platforms. Your account is safe and you don't need to worry about it.

If available to you, pick Android x32 instead of x64. If you picked x32 earlier, then try with x64.

There were other cases like yours here in the past. Customer Support needs to verify that you are the legitimate owner of the email address.
Unfortunately there is no way around this. If you don't have access to the email address, your linked email account cannot be unlinked and you cannot recover your account if you lose access to it.
You must only link accounts that are real and that you use in your daily life. Your linked accounts should be secure and you should provide recovery options (such as alternate email addresses, phone numbers), to the service providers so that your accounts can be recovered if you lose access to them. Linking temporary email addresses or fake Facebook/Twitter accounts is going to be a problem for you in the future.

Hello, I'm trying to get back into my account. I had it linked to my twitter and after getting a new phone decided to link it another one(AppleID) but once I did that I presumably could no longer gain access to my account, all servers were blank.
Logging in through twitter doesn't work nor does AppleID even though I had tested it on the new phone previously to make sure it still worked.

Hello trying to get back into my old account from a few years ago. I believe it was linked to my apple account but when I logged in it says no data on the server i played on(sandy). It is the same apple account but I guess I switched the email its linked to. The only thing I have are the past emails from gem purchases on the old email, no idea what my name was or id etc
If you are not sure what account you used, you will have to try all of your accounts.
If you have more than one Apple account, try all of them.
If you only have one Apple account, try with the Yostar option, maybe you linked your email address directly and not your Apple ID.

But after I sent reply to that message, they never reply again and tell me the progress about my request. This is already the third time I experienced this and the last in december.

If it's "very important", you may contact them again. Very important means that your account is compromised and you need to change your linked accounts as soon as possible, or something like that.
If it's not so important, give them some more days. If they don't reply in a few days, it's probably more than reasonable to contact them again.

How and where do I find that information?
That information can only be accessed when you have access to the account, or when you previously saved it.
If you don't have access to the account anymore and if you didn't previously save this information, your account cannot be recovered.
So now way to back track it and all because I linked my account so that I wouldn't lose my account.
There's no way to track your account with linked accounts, unfortunately. Support needs the information I specified above.
Advice if you decide to start a new account: Always screenshot profile data. Keep that saved on a Cloud Service, like iCloud.
You can also share your profile around on Twitter or Discord. Though not necessary, you can share your profile data on Twitter/Discord too, just in case you happen to lose access to your Cloud services or local storage. Many players (especially Japanese players) do this.
If you don't like social media or participating in communities, having your UID, commander name and basic account information is still important. The UID is the most important thing of all as this is what identifies your account. If you start a new account, save your UID somewhere, you can save it anywhere, physically or digitally.
Simply take a screenshot, like this example below.
So give up and never try again and never link my account to anything so it doesn't get deleted. Got it.

What I don't understand personally is how they also lost access to their account on their old phone. Unless they changed their server there as well...
I never have any problems with linked accounts. Once in awhile I try and make new emulator instances to see if any of these problems that get reported here happen to me and I never get the same results, which is sad because then I have no idea how could I help people solve such problems.
From my experience, data on the servers never really get wiped, it doesn't even get fully deleted if you request an account deletion. Though I'm pretty sure that if I tried to retrieve one account that I deleted, I won't be able to.
Usernames are personal information. They don't get deleted when you delete your account.
It's things that vary from company to company from what I can tell. Sometimes they don't delete usernames because of the way their system was created.
Deleting a Microsoft email for example gives you the possibility to reuse it later, but other email service providers don't do that. Which is logical for emails.
When Microsoft deleted @hotmail and then decided to bring it back, that allowed criminals to impersonate other people.

I'm having the same issue, tried wi-fi and Mobile network on mobile phone and wifi on bluestacks to no avail. Just infinite loading D:
Restart the emulator, close it completely, then restart your router and try again.
If all of the above still doesn't fix the issue, try repairing your assets using the blue gear icon (top right side of your screen). If you can't tap that icon, reinstall the app.
Emulator is still borked after restarting the router, but I cleared the data and cache of the game on my mobile phone and its working again! I at least have one way into the game so that's okay haha, thanks!

I'd try to contact them again, but continue replying to the emails they send.
Check your fleets. This error may show up when you have duplicate ships across your fleets.
If that does not work, you may also try restarting the game.
If the game restarts your phone, it could be a sign that the phone needs the battery replaced. The game stresses your battery and if the battery can't deliver the power that the phone is requesting, it will either shut down or restart.
It could be a hardware failure as well, in such case you will have to replace your phone.

I am currently looking for any info I may or written down somewhere. I do remember writing down my UID but have no clue where it is and have gone through several computers since then(where I would normally store a screenshot of said info) and even tried to load it up on my iPad to no avail as well.
Based on your older replies you gave I'm sure that the answer will be "no", but I'm going to ask anyway: Do you have any clue what the commander name is?
This way at least I can help you get the account level and server. The UID unfortunately, I can't find that. But you could perhaps at least try contacting support with some of the information that they require, even if the chances that they find the account are minimal (or none at all).

Without the UID, your chances to recover the account with Azur Lane support are not high. If you want to try, you can contact them at al.cs@yo-star.com
However, they will ask for the UID. If you don't have the UID, they may not be able to help you. The fact that your Facebook account is linked and you don't have access to it anymore makes it worse, as they also need proof that you own the Facebook account that you linked.
If they are unable to help, you will need to recover your Facebook account, or contact Facebook support.

Your emails need to be more clear.
"How is progress about my request" does not say anything. Your request could be anything.

Recovering your account without your UID, commander name, level and server is hard. You should try recovering your Twitter account instead.

If there are no official instructions given by the staff, then you should do nothing.

You can only bind to Apple (and login with Apple) on apple devices. So if you changed your phone to an Android it cannot be accessed except for support. Do you still have that old phone to login with?

Keep in mind that Facebook enforces a real name policy. Even if your name sounds real they still reserve their right to ask for government issued IDs. Twitter doesnāt do that. And nowhere is it specified by Yostar that Twitter isnāt recommended, they only said you should link a Yostar account too.

Another thing to keep in mind is that the Yostar option is the best option due to the fact that it is directly associated with Azur Lane.
Other links have their pros and cons, let's mention some of the cons below:
Facebook: Requires real name, will suspend your account and compromise your AL account if they think you aren't using your real name. Let's not forget that Facebook also had its own legal issues a few years ago.
Twitter: The policies are changing and some of the companies and developers are leaving, while others are trying to adapt to the changes. There is a lot of hysteria and misinformation that is posted with the intent to scare Twitter users away, so please keep this in mind too. Don't buy the lie that Twitter will die, because this isn't something anyone would know anyway. Twitter was supposed to die months ago and it still is there.
Apple: Apple ID is only going to work with Apple devices, which is bad if you lose access to Apple devices. On top of that, you have to also consider that Apple also likes to annoy developers in a similar way that Twitter is annoying some developers over their recent API changes. Apple is very hostile with us developers too.
All of this being said, you should only link accounts you use. Never link anything you don't use. Never link temporary accounts made only for the game under the argument that your account will be safer. Only link real accounts and accounts that you use in your daily life and consider the Yostar option the most reliable one for the time being.

theres no official stance, but it is openly endorsed by staff, but please note you may experience bugs other users dont typically experience since its an emulated android device

you can access on any device, just make sure you log into the server you usually log in as save data is unique per server

I went into the account settings in game, I clicked Bind YoStar account and entered my email. I got the verification code from my email and put it in. I clicked confirm. I think it said "Bind success" and now I'm on the account settings with the loading manjuus over it.

That is misinformation. Neither Yostar or Azur Lane staff said it won't be a thing. They said that the Twitter API change does not affect them according to Twitter, but they still recommend to bind a Yostar account just in case.

@ocean skiff thank you for your support. The game kept treating my account as if it didn't exist but my profile existed on "Lexington" while showing there was no profiles. I tried my email again and when in through Lexington, which had my stuff. So I now have access to my account again.

When the core of an app is done, that core hardly changes. The game is already in a very advanced development, so you shouldn't expect any major differences, though there is always something you can improve.
Also there are certain types of code that cannot be optimized for both size and speed. Sometimes you have to pick what you want, small size but slower, or big size but faster. You can't have both.
They did mention looking at it at the JP anniversary (sincce then nothing though, not sure if all other items got ticked, could have gone the way of the "mail update" (or random secretary skin sob)

Hey so I got a problem. I canāt get into my account.
What happened was I was trying to rebind my account to my Apple ID. I unbinded it from my Twitter. And then found out I already had another account binded to my Apple ID.
I then logged out and relogged in Via Apple, unbinded it from my Apple, and then logged back out. And now I canāt get back to my actual account.
Can I get any help? I donāt remember my account ID number, Just my account name: Prototype Gear. And that it was in the Sandy server.
