Azur Lane Crosswave does not officially support Windows 11. Although Windows 11 is based on Windows 10, it's not the exact same system.

Before I suggest installing Windows 10 I'd like to recommend to update your video card drivers. If that doesn't fix the issue, you can navigate your Azur Lane Crosswave installation folder (\steamapps\common\Azur Lane Crosswave\Azurlane\Binaries\Win64) and change the Azurlane-Win64-Shipping.exe compatibility to either Windows 7 or Windows 10.

If none of that works I'm out of ideas.

my guess is first make sure that account is accessible through at least 1 device, ask customer support to remove the current yostar binding (you have to do it this way), then bind with the new email as usual

This error commonly shows up when:

  1. You have multiple Google accounts: Sign out and sign in again.
  2. Corrupted cache: Clear the Play Store app cache.
  3. Unstable Internet connection: Restart your router or connect to a different network.

If the error doesn't go away after trying all of the above, force stop the app and uninstall all of the Play Store updates, then restart your phone and open the Play Store again. See if the problem was fixed.

If the error persists, download the game from a different source, such as QooApp.

You are always recommended to link your account to Twitter, Facebook or email. If you linked your account to one of these, then your progress is saved and can be restored easily by simply logging in again.

If you did not link anything, you'd need to contact support at al.cs@yo-star.com after successfully installing the game update.

Hello, do I post here for help in recovering an account?
Long story short, I had to delete Azur Lane and reinstall the game to to properly update the game, since qooapp was giving me some weird errors.
One problem, the twitter account I linked to my Azur Lane account no longer exist, so I can't use my dead twitter account to log in to Azur Lane anymore. Is there a way to recover my account in this case?

Your account most likely cannot be recovered because support will ask you to prove that you own the Twitter account. You have no way to prove you own your account as you deleted it, making that account inaccessible.

Always link your real accounts, don't link fake accounts or accounts you will delete later. Unlink your social media accounts from websites and apps before deleting them.

Open the game and log in. When you see "Server: [Server Name] Change", tap Change. This will open the server list. See if you created any characters.

An example below shows I created a character everywhere except for Sandy server.

QooApp just shows an Install button after installing. And every time I try to launch the game, it asks to update through the PlayStore and not QooApp. QooApp also was way too large and only partially downloaded AL before making it impossible to download anything else. So I uninstalled it and now don't have enough room for the download from PlayStore even if I could.

by default a client will show that there is no data until you login to the server, if you remember what server you played on you should be able to change to it and login with all your data intact, but it wont show unless you press the “Results Found” button or actually log in the server personally

if you tried to connect from game settings, it rewrote your Facebook bind. in that case contacting support with sufficient evidence is the only way to get back your account i believe.

@keen stirrup@crystal ginkgo Your issues are Internet or device related. From the screenshots I can see at least one of you uses an emulator. If you are on stable connections you'll have to delete the emulator instance and make a new one (preferably 32 bit instance), then install the game again.

@wet meadow What appeal? Discord or game? If Discord that depends on the server administration, if game give them at least 2 business days.

Relaunching the game in itself has nothing to do with your Internet connection, this uses phone resources not Internet resources.

Starting from the point where the game actually uses bandwidth, after the intro screen, the connection could be unstable for various reasons, an Internet connection could become unstable if too many devices are connected, or if other apps consume all of the bandwidth. It is your connection.

on the original device, i tried logging on while the maintenance was still happening, i didn't realize it took longer than expected, and had a few issues with google play saying that i didn't have enough room when i had about 10 GBs of free space

i was able to get an update from the play store before i realized that the severs were down for longer than expected, and was able to log in fine after they were back up

Based on what you're telling me, now my attention is back to the game. There is always a chance that the device is at fault, but there's also a chance that the game is at fault. Try this solution I replied to.

If you can't get past the select server screen, tap the gear icon at the top-right side of your screen, that icon also repairs your assets.

If you are unable to do any of this, we will have to uninstall the app (and why not uninstall Play Store updates and clear Play Store cache just in case), then install the game again fresh and see if that fixes the problem.

If that doesn't fix the problem, the last thing that comes to mind is a faulty device, but I doubt this is your case, especially if the issue is specific to one app.

If you have a different device nearby, install the game on it and see if the problem also happens there. If it doesn't happen there, we can conclude that the problem is local and device related, but I honestly have no solutions other than the ones I already suggested.

Have you tried with your Yostar account too? If not, please try with that. If you happen to have multiple email addresses or Facebook accounts, try them all too.

If after trying all of your linked accounts you're still unable to find your profile, you can contact support at al.cs@yo-star.com but without the UID there's no guarantee that they will be able to retrieve your account.

Please double check that you are in the right server before contacting them. If my instructions are not clear I can open the game and take some screenshots for you.

I don't know if you already reinstalled the game but all you had to do was download the second update from the Play Store which is a fix specifically for that black screen.

That being said you should always link something to your account, if you don't chances are you will lose your account and if you lose it we will be sad.

As far as I'm aware Nougat is more popular than Pie for games but the version does not matter, what matters is the architecture. Bluestacks has or had issues with 64 bit instances, so I'd go with 32 bit instances instead. Azur Lane should run fine on 32 bit.

Did you restart your device? Not the game, the device. Turn it off then on again. This fixed an infinite loading screen once for me.

Troubleshooting mobile devices is a little hard. Do you happen to have a PC nearby where you could possibly install an emulator to see if the issue also happens there? At least this way we can check if the phone is the cause, or it's the networks you tried.

Bluestacks is safe, but it can lead to crashes if the host computer lacks resources to run it properly. If your PC is powerful enough to run it, then maybe Bluestacks is simply having a bad day, or it had a bad day when you installed it. In such case you can reinstall it.

Other more serious causes for Bluestacks to crash computers would be defective hardware, especially HDDs/SSDs. By default Bluestacks likes to invade your system drive, even if you instruct it to install somewhere else. I'm not going to bother you with how to get around this particular issue ||(symlinks) || but if Bluestacks wants to make your life harder, simply uninstall it and install a different emulator.

LD player runs on Microsoft-based software so you can try that one if you trust Microsoft software.

Personally I use Memu.

Your account most likely cannot be recovered because the Facebook account that you used to authenticate has been deleted. Never delete social media accounts that you use to authenticate yourself on other websites and apps. Before you delete them, please unlink them.

You can contact support at al.cs@yo-star.com if you want to try to recover your account, but chances are they will ask you to provide proof that the linked Facebook account was truly yours and there is no way to prove this anymore.

Yes that also works for future reference. I didn't mean to make it complicated for anyone. Quite the opposite, requesting a refund usually involves no humans anymore and you just have to click some buttons to get it.

In the other hand contacting AL support is better if you have a 2x bonus on the gems, or if it's a lucky box or item that you can't buy multiple times. Should have added that to my original message.

Hello! I have lost an account in Azur Lane and came here to make sure that it cant be restored. My hard drive decided to corrupt itself. As HDD was recovered and partially the emulator with other data, account was "deleted" from saves on my PC. And i wonder if its still salvageable with only nickname and ID from it.
The account itself is not bonded to anything, no transactions were made.

This is a Play Store error according to what I read. There is no solution and from what I read it may be related to your country or device you're using. If you're using a tablet, try with a phone. If you're using a phone, try with a different phone, or an emulator.

Clearing Play Store cache and uninstalling Play Store updates is worth trying but it's not guaranteed to work.

Uninstalling Play Games is harmless, however the reply Kawaakari linked says you have to delete Play Store cache and uninstall Play Store updates, not Play Games or the Play Store as a whole.

You shouldn't delete Play Games as the app is irrelevant to your issue. In the other hand the Play Store cannot be uninstalled without root privileges and uninstalling is not necessary anyway.

This said, you can try downloading the game from a different source first, if you don't want to delete cache and updates.

Maybe the server was not the right one? It happened with me last time I redownloaded the game. Try to go trhough them if you don't remember. If you can log in and remembers you account probably the weong server was choosen as default by the game and you entered in that instead where the account is.
