I need help with my friend's account. His Twitter account was suspended for no reason - he just had it for his Azur Lane saved data. But now that it is suspended, he can no longer play the game with the account. Is there any way to get around the suspension and just play the game as before the problem? Any tips on reducing the file size? Currently sitting at 11.98 gigs. I deleted the app and reinstalled, hoping to reduce file size, but it remained the same. On apple

I am having an issue with the lvl 15 Arizona META fight. For some reason my Vanguard Ships die instantly, like they don't even survive 30 seconds. And it is a fleet that is powerful enough to clear the previous 2 METAs in 4 attempts max. It is like the attacks of Arizona go thru all the Defence stats or something. Using exactly the same fleet on Arizona META and they make like 20k-30k dmg, and then exactly the same fleet on Soryuu Meta Dossier, and they make 400k dmg. All the other fights beforehand went well, I cleared up to lvl 12 or so by myself in a single attempt. But now it takes me 25+ attempts.
I just wanna know if it is intentional, or not

I haven't been able to connect to the alg wiki since yesterday. Whenever I try, the connection times out. I was hoping that the problem would go away by itself, but its still giving me the same issue. It's the only website that wont work that I know of, and I've tried multiple devices and multiple browsers to no avail. Wait so when Yostar gets that hot fix out I should be able to get all my voice assets back then. Just for context I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it trying to troubleshoot which meant coming back on I had to redownload the assets but unfortunately the voice ones got stalled by that error code 4

Try to find what make my AL in phone didn't get notification but in Bluestacks can. Even the same setting and phone is allow notification ffrom start, No Manjuu notification in phone. Seem some bug with android version and latest game version is only I can think now.

Hey, I just downloaded back AL and I wanted to log back into my account that I know I had paired with facebook and my Apple account but it didn’t signed in and just let me start all over again from level 1. No, I started the game, pressed log in and then I just pressed to start but nothing happened and it launched the tutorial

I think I might have binded my “new” account to my Facebook I used for the old account, is it a problem? because after I was in menu I went to settings and there I logged to facebook, I didn’t know what I was really doing.

Hi. I've got a problem with account binds (exectly with mail).
I'm not really sure what's happened, but i was unable to log into mail account since august (i think, it was hacked). But for me it was ok, i didn't care about it. So i just continued playing, but recently i changed my device. So i needed to log in on new one and understood that i can't do it due to "mail problem". So i tried to use twitter or facebook through VPN (because they're blocked in my country), but it was too slow to even enter the game
After that i finally decided to contact support service. They said that i need to give them all reciepts, proof of my mail ownership and other. Well, i didn't had any problems with 1 and 3 points, but 2 was a problem. So i just told them that it was hacked. Next, i was asked about official proof from mail service that my mail was hacked. I have already sent them message from mail security service about "suspesious log in", it doesn't fit... And now i've got a question. How can i get it or what else can be a proof?
I really don't understand what they need from me. If they want official message from mail service like "your mail account was hacked and we can't recover it", then it's illogical for these reasons:
1)If they knew that it was hacked and told it to me in official form, then why they just don't return to me?
2)If i had this "official proof", then i have just recovered mail and didn't need to rebind account

Thanks for replying. I've already told them, that i had no luck in recovering. I was asked to give an official proof from mail service that mail was really hacked and nothing that i tried really fit. Everything i got were just cliched phrases...
i use a couple of different services. Now account is binded to the mail with domen (not sure if it's called so) yandex.ru
Already tried to recover mail this way. But problem is that there was bound only mail as "reserve". But there are requsted such info as connected phone number, secret question (and answer on it), date and place of account creation. So i've got mail and place, but that isn't enough (I didn't bind phone number. Secret question and answer were default or maybe i just put there some wanderings. And i don't remember when mail was created)
Everything i sent to support service was rejected. Even if i have receipts or remember most info about account (like where or when it was created), i need this proof and can't do anything with it...
I don't really understand how my old device can help me to restore access... What can i get from it?

Understood you, it's definitely the worst account system that i have ever met...
Other companies know what to do in situations if there's no access to mail or other bound social media (like twitter or facebook). They just request some info like date and place of creation, receipts, maybe some info about account, previous bindings and etc. But not a proof of "mail was hacked", which is impossible or unknown how to get...
I don't think it would be particularly useful to share account details nor safe even w/ good intentions
If you no longer have access to your email except through some cached credentials situation or some such backreading this seems to be the only logical conclusion then you should state as such to support and have them work through w/ you on it
if it's a hacked account that you can access, recover it and secure it, support probably is rightfully suspicious of you claiming to have a hacked account that you simultaneously have access to
if instead yandex disabled your account for whatever reason they state and can't help you recover it, see what alternative methods there are to verification
no worries, it's good to be curious but it's just going to end up doing more harm than good passing around credentials
As i said before, i don't have access to mail. I'm not even sure if my "back up mail" is still linked (as i remember if you loged in account you can just press button "delete back up mail" and it will be unlinked in 14 days). But furthermore there is also problem that i don't remember all info about mail account (like registration date) and some of it doesn't exist (for example, i didn't link phone number to it). So i just don't know how to explain that i just can't recover mail...

About field "phone number". If i leave it empty, system doesn't say anything. I don't know if it means that there's no mail or if it was made for security (like don't let anyone know if there's linked phone number or some stuff like that)
About messages warning about suspicious log in. I didn't recieve them anymore since august.
And there's no need in any extra confirmation to delete "back up mail". I don't know why, but it's so in most of mail services i know (yandex.ru, mail.ru, gmail.com). For example gmail: you just log in, go to point "linked mail" or "linked phone number", enter password (which you know because you loged in some time ago) and just delete mail/phone number...

Well, if gmail.com provides info about every activity, then mail.ru and yandex.ru ussually tell only about suspicious logins (to connected mails and this mail) and password changes (but only to this mail). I dk what's wrong with it, but such "trash" quality of service is very usual for CIS countries (no politics or racism)

Heyo, so I recently uninstalled to do a fresh install. Upon completion of the download from the play store, I launched the app, and am met with a black screen after the Manju, Yostar, and Yongshi logos. The main menu just doesn't show up at all. Any help or suggestions?

I was able to download the most recent voice update on an Android based device, so the issue is probably related to your device, your game installation or your Internet connection.
Please check that your Internet connection is stable first. Restart your router if possible, or use a VPN.
If the above doesn't work, you might want to check that your device has enough space to download and store the updates (Bluestacks should have an auto-expand storage option).

What version of Android are you currently running?
Android 7.1 should be fine.
I'd recommend trying a fresh game install once again, but make a new Bluestacks instance first. Install the game there.

I had to start back at 4 twice for the 10 clear challenge simply because I backed out of AL for a moment. And now I’m starting again at 4 for the 30. What gives?

Sometimes the game needs to download critical updates/hotfixes. This will make the game restart itself. Normal.

If you can prove that you own the account, support may be able to help you. You'll need basic account information such as name, level, UID and server. Support may also ask for additional information if required.

It may be an UI glitch of some sort, or perhaps the Play Store refuses to load.
Try clearing the Play Store app cache. If that doesn't do anything either, force stop the Play Store and log in again.
You can also try reinstalling the Play Store and the game.

Uninstall it, or uninstall any updates you downloaded for it. Your issue hints that it's the Play Store to me.
Clearing cache is different to uninstalling updates, and different to uninstalling the app which could be outdated.

The error being discussed here could also be related to an invalid payment method according to what I read. Perhaps double check this.
It's an authentication error. Re-authenticate with one of your binds (log in with Twitter/Facebook/Yostar again).

Either your Google account no longer likes this payment method, or your bank is refusing transactions. Some banks block transactions when there is suspicious activity or activity that they consider unusual. In such case you'll have to call them.
It is also possible that something in your Google account is wrong, but I don't know how could I help you solve this. You could try making a new Google account and see if the problem also happens there.

If you're an experimented user, you can try with Android Debug Bridge.
If not, I honestly wouldn't even try. The Android sub-OS that Windows 11 has is still in very early development and not all apps are supported. There's no reason why an average user would use it at this time.

Have an issue. I bought both 2023 bags, and the 2022 box rerun. I told the game to open all three. It opened the first one, and then the game crashed, and when I reloaded and logged back in, it said I had opened all three, but only showed the goods for 1, and at that, it showed me as winning LangleyII, but she is not in my dock.

Suspended accounts can still be seen, except the tweets and all things they posted become unavailable. Eg: https://twitter.com/_sironora_
If your account was deleted, then it was deleted by you. You are always recommended to unlink your Twitter account before deleting it. Proving that your account existed would be very hard.
All I can recommend to you is be more careful next time, if you use a Twitter account to sign into other apps and sites, don't delete it right away. Unlink it before deleting it.

I’m sure that there are a lot more people playing Azur Lane who are outright skipping all of the cutscenes for the event. The most likely reason for this is that the there are too many cutscenes for the event and they go on for too long. Each event map seems to have five cutscenes two of which play before I can even start playing on a map. If people are skipping the games cutscenes then the developers are doing something wrong.

Try with a different connection, such as a VPN or mobile data, or check your router settings at http://192.168.1.1 to make sure your router is configured properly.

Yesterday, I had issues starting up Azur Lane on my iPhone 13 Pro Max, it kept telling me it didn't recongnize the current version and to try again. I tried several times, and even deleted and reloaded the game and was still getting the same error, and unable to get to the sign on screen. I finally figured out that my VPN was glitching out, and causing the same issue with other service based apps. So I fixed that, and then was able to get to the sign on screen after the data load. I bound the game to either Facebook or Apple, but when I signed on, the game starts from the very beginning. How can I recover my data? I've been playing since October 5, 2019, my iOS is up to date too.

If the account was bound to an FB, Twitter, or Yostar, and you're the owner of either of those, then you should be fine.
My AL account was bound to a twitter account that now not only no longer exist, but the username was taken by someone else. i plan to bind this account to a new twitter account, but could not unbind the old account
My phone wont vibrate when a mission is complete (like i finished 12-4 and didn't recieved a vibrate notice. keep in mind that 'combat end notification' is turned on and the app permission is enabled) this started when i updated my phone software back in dec 5, my phone is samsung. finally found out why phone was lagging while playing AL... the game booster setting has a max 240 fps which was default for my apps, but AL only supports 60fps so it actually makes it laggy af

How to reduce lag lol... sometimes it's completely fine during battles but sometimes during arbiters or maybe heavy gameplay the game lags so badly ... Idk what's wrong with my phone as it's quite new, android 13 too, the ram shd be fine too
If you already tried closing other apps when you run the game and if you are certain your device is fairly modern, you most likely can't improve performance any further. Some mobile games will always lag because of hardware and software limitations.
A mobile phone is not a gaming PC, and even gaming PCs will suffer from lag if you put too many objects on screen.

I always played the game on my PC and I made sure to link it with my Facebook. I recently got a new phone and downloaded the game onto it. I used Facebook to login and when it asked for authorization it even said I previously used Facebook to login. But when I gave the authorization all of my data was gone and I'm having to start over. I don't remember my uid or which server o was on but my Facebook is Maison Mightys. Just wanted to know if the data can be restored
data is unique per server so you can log into each server individually or press the account scan button at the top of the server list and it will tell you what servers have what accounts

If what Kawakaari said doesn't apply to you, then logout and login with the right Facebook account. Accounts never lose any progress if they're linked to a Facebook, Twitter or Yostar account. You're most likely using the wrong account.
try restarting your phone and try logging into facebook again, sometimes it doesnt load properly the first time

Yes, problem also seems to be that I logged into a quite old account I couldn't recover when reinstalling on mobile some time ago. It also showed that it also is connected to my yostar. Both accounts are on the same server
The error could be related to Bluestacks. Try making a new Bluestacks instance and double check that no software is blocking Bluestacks (such as antiviruses, firewalls, etc).

I was able to link the accounts, but I linked to the old account that I disconnected and also failed to connect to on mobile device a few months ago

Yes, we are talking Yostar. I've also tried facebook, but it didn't work, too. It's not important how it works, I had both accounts linked, but I just get to different accounts when connecting to the yostar account on mobile and on bluestacks
Yostar Support should be able to fix this for you, but before you contact them, I'd recommend to make a Twitter account and link it to your currently active AL account for a few days.
Once you do this, you can ask Yostar Support to unbind your conflicting Yostar accounts.

- Your Play Store account was probably created in Hong Kong, so you are using Hong Kong Dollars instead of US Dollars.

I had it linked to 3 applications plus my apple account but I currently use android.
So my best bet is getting my old iPhone to see if it's still connected but even though I had 3 other instances connected and now their mysteriously not connected.
Your iPhone should have access to your account. If you are able to recover the account, simply connect the other accounts again.
Check that no one has access to your devices, emails and social media accounts just in case.

Hey wondering if this is the right place to ask and/or if my account is lost; I got a new phone today and downloaded azur lane and accidentally started up the tutorial, making a new account. I exited out and tried to log in using my email for the yostar account but it looks like I never linked my email to my original account in the first place. I realized that was the case and then tried to log on using my old phone but after putting my email in it just took me to the new tutorial account that got made on my new phone
Now both phones log into the new account and it doesn't appear as though my old account was linked to anything, is it irretrievable now?
Next time you launch the game, hit the "Change Server" button at the bottom and see if you're just being defaulted to the wrong server. You'll see a little person next to any other server you have characters on. Since you're on a new phone and the game has no play history, it might be defaulting you to one of the "Hot" servers.
When I start up the game it gets stuck with the menu and startup UI on top of each other, does anyone know of a fix?
Restarting the game helps when things don't want to work as they're supposed to. Try that.

If the game does this every single time you restart it, then that suggests that something is broken. Try repairing your assets before logging in, using the gear icon located at the top-right side of your screen.
If repairing your assets doesn't do anything, you can try checking your Internet connection. The game requires a stable connection and if your connection is not stable, you could face issues similar to this one.
If none of the above works, the last solution would be reinstalling the game. If you use a real mobile device such as a phone or tablet, reinstalling the game should be enough. If you use an emulator for PC, you can remove your virtual machine (instance) completely and make a new one. Then simply download and install the game again, preferably from the Play Store.

Public networks may have problems sometimes, they may have restrictions so people don't abuse them. You might want to try on a private network instead.
If you already tried on private networks, the problem is that your phone can't communicate with the game for some reason. Whatever reason that is, it's not the game itself causing it, but rather your client, your phone, your network configuration or device configuration.
Try on a different device if that's a possibility for you, or reinstall the game completely. You can also try VPNs.

I was in the middle of some discussions with the al.cs support, and I suddenly couldn't reply to them anymore, as I received an automatic response saying my mails were blocked by their anti-spam filter. Of course, there is absolutely nothing wrong with the mails I'm sending, or different than usual. Is there an issue on their end and I need to wait, or is there something else going on ? I already tried to resend a mail a few times since this morning (8h ago), without success.
What emails were you sending?
Always wait for them to reply. If your issue is legitimate, you can try contacting them again with a different email address, but wait for them to respond.

I'd recommend keeping your phrases simple and straightforward, as simple as possible. If that doesn't work, use a different email address as mentioned earlier.

idk if this is the right place to ask but I've already written an email 7 hours ago and still got no reply, so in a few words the issue I have is that when my game automatically logs in with my Yostar account and I select the server on which I already have an account it sends me to the initial tutorial, I tried logging out and logging in again and it let me access my account normally, but when I logged in to play later it sent me to the tutorial again, i have realized that a solution is logging out and in again everytime I wanna play, but it's kinda annoying to have to wait for the verification code everytime and I have already needed to request 11 verification codes just today.

It sounds like your client fails to save your information, or your information is deleted when the app is closed. This can occur for a variety of reasons but here is what comes to mind:

Your device is configured to clear data: If your device is configured to clear data, you will have to change your device settings.

Apps that clear data automatically: Sometimes devices come with apps that automatically clear data to optimize performance. Uninstall those apps, or configure them so they don't clear your data automatically.

Your client simply doesn't want to remember you for unknown reasons: If the client simply doesn't want to remember your Yostar account, you can try linking a Twitter or Facebook account. If you don't use social media, you can reinstall the app and see if the problem goes away. Preferably install the Play Store / App Store version.

There's a problem with your account: Unlikely, but maybe something is wrong with your account. In such case you can contact support at al.cs@yo-star.com and explain your problem to them. They can offer solutions such as unlinking your email address, so you can link it again, or so you can link a different address. If you do this, please link your account to Twitter/Facebook first, as you may lose your account if you have no linked emails/social media accounts.
I think it may be an account problem since I have my account linked to Yostar, twitter and facebook and all of them have the same problem and also since this happens both on my phone and on bluestacks.
I also already wrote an email explaining the issue with my uid, level, server and username but i still got no reply after 8 hours
If the issue happens on both your phone and Bluestacks, then it's more likely that the issue is specific to the account (4). You'll have to cooperate with AL support to fix it.
Sometimes they take awhile to respond. Give them at least 2 business days. Do not send them multiple emails as they may flag this as spam.

From what I understood, what you requested is a chargeback, not a refund. Chargebacks will always get you in trouble and I'd recommend that you stay away from such practices in the future, to avoid your accounts being flagged for fraudulent activity. Even if you have legitimate reasons to chargeback, it's better to request a refund. This makes you look less suspicious.
Now strictly answering the question you asked, I don't think using the card will get you in trouble, but I'd not risk buying anything with that card anymore. You could instead use a VCC (virtual credit card), a different card, or a different payment method to be sure.

Hai as a returning player, i noticed my old account somehow wasn't showing up when i downloaded the game again, and i'm pretty sure i binded it to my facebook, however non of it seems to be working really, i contacted, the same email? but i'm unsure if am able able to give any of my data as its been like a year or more since i lasted played, i do have some recipes, but they are in my own language and they are from my google to my email. so i'm unsure if it will help in anyway? is there any more steps i can do to help in this case or am i just out of luck? if my account is just gone?

Your account wont show when logged in till you logged into the server. You can click on "results found" to try to find it though. If nothing, double-check your logged into FB proper, and if so, support can help you recover, just make sure to provide as many details you know about your account as possible (an UID is a good start).
also try changing servers, I had the same problem until I realized that I wasn't on Avrora

Check your spam folder, maybe the codes are being sent there.

Probably not. You can try contacting customer support, but they would ask to provide proof that you own the deactivated Twitter account and you most likely don't have such proof as the account has been deleted.
You shouldn't delete your Twitter account, or any social media account if you use it as an authentication method for other websites or apps. Doing so will most definitely result in loss of data.
If you want to try, you can contact support at al.cs@yo-star.com but once again, they probably will not be able to retrieve your account.

It means you need to update the game from the appstore. Relogging shouldn't be needed.

I messed up. Was trying to bind my account a different way on the login page and just accidentally started a new account. I can’t back to my existing account cause I deleted the twitter it was associated with and can’t figure that out. At a loss here. Invested time and money into my OG account

Support will most likely ask you to provide proof that you own the linked Twitter account. If you deleted the account, you won't be able to send such proof.
If your old phone still has access to the original AL account, use it to bind a new account.
In the near future refrain from deleting social media accounts if you use them as authentication options. Unlink them before deleting them. If you don't do this, you risk losing your account forever.

If you have any other devices where you're logged into the original account, try them. If successful, bind a valid Twitter/Facebook/Email.
If you don't have any other device, you'll have to wait for support to reply but as mentioned, you are not guaranteed to get your account back as support will ask you to prove you own the linked Twitter account and proving so is difficult if you deleted it.

That happened to me as I deleted my old facebook account because of personal stuff and then I couldn't log into my previous Azur Lane account and I've lost all my progress. It's better to bind with a email in this case.

Bluestacks 5 never had any general issues with Azur Lane as far as I'm aware.
All emulators use basically the same technology and there's no reason to prefer one over another. If your current emulator is working just fine, I suggest to keep using it.

The problem is that you were most likely running 64 bit instances as this post I replied to specifies. You need to create a 32 bit instance for AL to work on Bluestacks, as far as I'm aware.
But again there's no reason to switch if your current emulator works fine.

You'll have to try on a private network that you own or someone you trust owns. Public networks have restrictions to avoid abuse which can interfere with the communication between your device and the game.
That being said, your connection appears fairly stable from your results and 4Mbps is enough to play AL, but just because it's stable doesn't mean it's not restricted. As mentioned earlier you'll have to try on a private network.

Support needs your UID to retrieve your account. You can try and contact them without providing your UID, but they may not be able to retrieve the account without that info.

What exactly is restarting, the game or your OS?
If just the app - maybe something is defective. Try repairing assets, clearing cache and reinstalling. A new app version is coming soon, so that could fix the problem too.
If your OS restarts when you run the game, then you're most likely using a device with a hardware problem.
