How to fix?
been getting this error today playing on bluestacks, even after reinstalling. Anyone figured a way to fix it?

I've been getting that error a lot today too. Also on Bluestacks (5.7.1064 N64, all game data is up to date)
Just tested on mobile and no error so something to do with playing on an emulator I guess? Hope it gets resolved
I've also been getting whatever this bug is, where none of the ships, shells nor enemies move. Timer freezes too

yea my fully updated bluestacks is having the same data sync error and when i do get in after a while it freezes up mid battle like mp md posted and im back to square one
Repair L2D and repair assets reported no issues. I'm gonna update my Bluestacks and reinstall later tonight
reinstall of AL did nothing but I haven't checked for a bluestacks update or reinstalled bluestacks yet

I stated getting this error a few minutes ago. I see it posted above but this is the first time I've seen it on my end.
I binded my old account then I reinstall the game and my account was gone I tried to log into it on Facebook and Twitter it got overwritten by the new account this was the account I lost
Re-installing Bluestacks didn't fix the issue. I'll try another emulator and see if it performs any better

I also have to close the game in order to play Azur Lane, It was just stuck in that animation and i couldn't do anything
alright ill tryout ldplayer. I had attempted quite a time ago, but my computer gave me a prompt that warned me of some sort of adware or unwanted software (don't really remember why or what that was). I'll see, maybe it could run BA better as well, which had some severe issues running on bluestacks.

Also using BlueStacks, I haven't figured out a fix, but you can temporary get AL working again if you close and reopen the app a few times. That said, you're stuck doing this every time you run into that dock data synchronization error or battle freezes

Just chiming in to join the crowd with the freezing/login issues on Bluestacks. Neither the game nor the emulator had an update so I'm kind of at a loss as to what would suddenly be causing it. Actual mobile devices work fine.

Went here to confirm what was happening to me on Bluestacks yesterday and today. Bummed to find out it's a known issue at this point. Way easier to play on my PC than my phone, but maybe for now I make it work.
Bumping the BlueStacks (ver. 5.6.110.1002 N64) issue, just started happening to me today and I have not updated any application or changed any settings. Game is performing well and without issue on LDPlayer (ver. 9.0.24(9)).
LDPlayer is actually noticeably more responsive and fluid. I may just abandon BlueStacks tbh

Ended up just switching to LDPlayer
so i reinstalled azur lane on a 32bit bluestacks instance and have not run into issues today at all.

Had the same issue. Loaded it up maybe 10min ago, same dock data sync issue. Thought "why not use the VPN and pick an area on the same coast, but a ways away." Did it, and the game works fine!

Hey I've been trying to reach out to AL customer service for 2-3 weeks regarding account binding but so far I have not received any response. I even sent a government ID to them to tell them that it is really me but for some reason yostar is avoiding me.

assuming it was binded properly and you signed in to the same account, if you don’t remember what server you played on, press the top button in server select and it should show you were you played
I've tried every server with no luck. This isn't the first time I've transferred device either. I transferred to a new phone with the same account just fine last year.

For some reason, the stage gets frozen but the ships still shoot. This lowers the fps of the game because it keeps adding more bullet entities

if you intend on only playing using apple devices, you're good as-is
but it never hurts to add more binds so that if one fails, you can use the other

that's inevitable, it happens on all devices (if you're talking about the lag spikes when entering a battle)
its not just entering its like when barrages happen as well

Well I am unable to do neither, because I don't know where the router is, and because I either don't trust free VPNs or it's cause I am broke.
I did try launching Azur Lane in airplane mode, and it didn't bring up any message, just the same old black screen.
I could try restarting the router tomorrow when I ask where it is.
if you are on ios I suggest VPN Cat free as thats what I use, but you can let me know tomorrow if it helps or not with your router

I played back during the DOA crossover, and stopped shortly after. I decided to revisit it, but it seems that I either can't remember which Google account I tied it to or the data isn't transferring.
Is there a way to un delete a deleted account? I went to the help in the Azur lane game and emailed yostar they just confirmed my account was deleted but I would like to restore it.. if possible I have my username lvl uid and all that and my friend looked on there friend list and my account was still there.. so idk

If you went through the account deletion process (and not just think it's deleted since you didn't play for a while) it's gone for good. It explicitely states so before you can agree to do it.

I've lost access to the one email bound to my Yostar account for AL. No recovery options or anything for it...so I can't log into AL anymore.
I've been wanting to change it to another email for awhile anyway. But now I definitely can't.

I have emailed support, made a new account, and provided the new UID with information of the old account (as much as I could remember).
I sent screenshots of my past purchases as requested by them, as well as details to when the first account was made and last logged into.
The new account is bound to the email I actually have access to now.

Yeah I figured it out, I was just using the wrong server so the data wasn't being used, but it's back now (as shown earlier)
I returned to the game about a month ago and tried to log in to my old account (it didn't have too much and I made no purchases so not a big loss, I have made more progress on my new account) however, when I did so I learnt my facebook account had been terminated for inactivity (I don't use facebook it was just a random account I made for something a while ago) so I can't access the account.

That's something completely unrelated to in-game stuff actually since it's the Yostar Shop website

That's only an in-game bind that you would go into the in-game settings and bind it to an email account you have, and you can use that to log in onto another device on the title screen

hello so im not sure if this is the right channel but, over the few years of playing the game my azur lane app has accumulated 10,64gb space required and its getting a liltle difficult to keep it all in tact on my phone, when i install the app on a fresh device the app is far smaller, my settings show that the user data takes up 8,7gb can i do anything to make the app weigh less without ruining the account info etc// should i just reinstall the app?

Works perfectly fine for me. If you encounter graphical issues, you might need to change your NVIDIA Control panel settings. The game might not launch if it's downloaded as an APK from the Internet, so you should download it from the Play Store if you experience black screen issues.

Understandable. This could be simply caused by incompatible hardware (from what I read, this emulator doesn't seem to like AMD much). You could try changing the render mode to OpenGL or email their support at support@microvirt.com (but I don't think their response will be too different, sadly)

It hasn't happened yet for me for AL, but it did happen a few days ago for another gacha I play and that was bound to Twitter.
For Twitter, you can thank the new owner's shenanigans.
For the other binding methods, if it happens, I'd guess it's a bug.
My only advice is to take a screenshot of your UID and nick (e.g. the secretary page) just in case sh** hits the fan and you need to reach out to customer support for help.

Can you post a screenshot of your side missions tab? Also there's a very rare thing where memories don't count for people and for them support can manually add them so that might be a shot if you actually completed her full sidequest.

How did you "request refund", cause if it's from a bank, the devs can't help you, only the bank can. Also you risk your account being banned if you do this so, yeah, you can get penalized.

Hi guys, I played a bit of Azur Lane a few months back and I had a few pretty decent ships, however I decided that I wanted to play on PC so I downloaded BlueStacks. I logged in through Facebook which I did have binded from when I first played in April however I was thrown into the tutorial sequence and I had to create a new account. I did find there is this APK fix that AL sent out in 2019 but the file is not working for me. Is there a way I can get my account back?
While I agree that in the past they charged only 9.99€ for the battle pass (i bought one myself roughly a year ago), if they have changed the pricing, I do somewhat feel it was an old pricing mistake on their side as they probably forgot to apply the proper conversion when paying with different currencies.
The prices have always been expressed in USD and other items like gem packs have always had a higher converted price when paying in EUR.
I still have the old purchase confirmation emails from several years ago, way before battle passes existed, where the 79.99$ gem pack ends up costing 84.99€
(Granted, the 30 day gem card didn't overcharge when paying in EUR several years ago, similarly to battle pass last year, but I'm not sure that still applies nowadays).
That being said, let's see what someone from customer support replies to you.

I just linked to my Yostar account from inside the game's settings and I see my email appear in green color but it has the 4 jumping birds on the screen for 2 minutes now. Is this normal?

you have to sign into azur lane with the binded account on the left of the starting screen, once you do that, if you cant remember what server you used to play on, press the top button in server select and itll show you which one you played on

yeah to even remove a yostar binding you have to go through customer support so theres no chance of accidently doing that

I reinstalled the game today and had all my old stuff (the account wasnt binded), I tried to bind the account to my facebook but accidently binded it with a facebook account that was already binded to a different azur lane account. It logged me into the other azur lane account and i cant get back into the old unbinded account(its all on same phone)
Is there any way to get back to that unbinded account?

Notice "pending" there.Be aware a 'refund' can mess up your account so definitely mail support (by mail, not ingame)
this same error happened when I bought the very first cruise pass way back when

Purchase ends one hour before the pass ends. Think they introduced that back in season 3 or so, so it has been a long time.

no it wont glitch your account, to be fair the glitch already happened (not receiving it) so you would just request a refund on the first purchase

if the purchase is still pending in your transactions, you have to wait but it can be days
purchasing again doesnt guarantee it will be processed faster either

Is there a way to delete the optional Live2D assets from the game client? I accidentally downloaded them on my phone, and I don't actually have space on my phone for them.
I know uninstalling and then reinstalling the game can remove the assets, but I'd like to avoid that if possible, because that also removes all the gear presets that I have set up on my ship girls.

Make sure to select day 2... not day 1 each time (you can swap it after Amazon is gone again)
fianlly got it. Once an older day was selected it is not possible to select the recent one (until you go back to the hub). And i always tapped day one since the tooltip always pointed on day one, preventing me from selecting the recent stage ...

this kind of issue usually happens when you have such little space that your phone saves space by destroying Data files on apps after you finish using it, aka your login data and any settings unique to the app

Yeah, I tried that, I also wiped out the Play Store data, removed my google account from the settings and tried to log in again, at first it logs in correctly but after the " create a backup for my account" window, it just starts to loop again saying that I need authentication

I mean it's not a problem to redo the verification, its just annoying that everything is reset (fleet composition, settings etc...) whenever I quit the game. It also defaults to sandy when it used to default to amagi which makes it annoying...
whenever i play stages with a whole lot of stuff going on (eg meta fights, EX stages etc), my phone gets extremely laggy, (like the movements of the ships, and basically everything will not be smooth). Idk whats the problem as my phone has a max refresh rate of 120hz, and its still quite a new phone

I just tried to use my Metadata to fight Arizona. I requested assistance from the world, and attempted start the battle. I was given a formation screen, and saw two users connect to my game.
After I populated my roster and attempted to start the battle, my coordinates were consumed, and I never got into the fight. I was taken to the My Bosses list, which was now empty.
Did I do something wrong?
have you tried using a vpn or switching from wifi to data or using airplane mode to try to soft reset the app?
Your own fight probably was concluded before you entered is my assumption.

Im pretty sure it was linked to my facebook account but when I logged into my FB, my account was gone and it had me start from the beginning. The paws are for unlocking Akashi ingame. Where are you entering a code??? That site is for bluray codes.

I still has the same problem i had with my old phone. Almost all notifications i get from the game appearing only when i start up azur lane. Maybe the thing i use 2 phones to play. But now idk how to fix. Done everything i could, turn off/on notifications in-game and app settings, reboot the phone, cleared cache. Nothing helps. What could i do?
