Hi, I tried binding my app to a yostar account so i filled in an E-mail to bind but it instead only gave me the 'loading' screen for 20 minutes.
After i closed and restarted the app it told me that my yostar account is now bound but it gave me no password or account creation prompt whatsoever, and when i tried resetting password it told me there wasnt an account with that email, even though it says here it's bound with it.
I've already linked my twitter account which luckily was successful, but i'd still like to un-bind the phantom yostar account for safety's sake.
I've also send a support email stating this exact problem and am waiting for a reply, but i thought maybe tech support discord could help me with this as well.
Pretty much you're going to wait for support to fix the bound email issue, but you do have the Twitter bound to it, so as long as you have at least one bind, aside from the Yostar account it's still good though.
i've just confirmed that the twitter bind is working as i've logged into my phone with it. I just want the nonexistent yostar account to be unbound that's all.

Hello, I have an issue/bug on dorm.
The server I was playing is in Lexington.
Usually when we enter the dorm, we got the notification box about our ships getting EXP, yeah?
However, just this evening, whenever I enter the dorm, and the notification box popped up, the screen freezes for a moment, and then the game reloads (back to the loading page with Manju, Yongshi, etc, etc).
The problem persisted even until this time.
Everything else is fine, only the dorm is bugged, as described above.
I hope that this issue/ bug can be looked into and fixed by the AL team, as I have submitted the report via Bel-chan as well.

Alright, I was being a doof while trying to bind my account and managed to make a new account thus losing my progress. I don't remember if the previous account was bound but I do know my UID and the server it was attached to

hey, I've recently swapped phones, upgrading to a new carrier and a better, more powerful phone.
I swapped from a Samsung Galaxy A21, to a Google Pixel 6a if that helps.
I binded my old AL Account on my old phone, to my Twitter account, in case the phone company wanted me to trade in my old phone. They didn't thankfully, but now, I can't access AL on my old phone, nor can I get my old account on my new phone. Is there anyway I can fix this? And, just for clarification, when I try and launch AL on my old Galaxy, it gives me a pop up saying "Unable to retrieve latest version info. Please check your network connection. Try Again?" I'm conneted to my campus Wifi, and don't know why this is coming up.

I'm having this really weird issue where the game gets stuck loading on the login screen when I'm on WiFi but not on mobile data.
Also I don't know if it's related but I also can't access the Azur Lane website or any other website that has "yo-star.com" in its address but I can access other Yostar websites like yostar.store and aethergazer.com just fine.
I've tried resetting my phone, clearing the app cache. and resetting my WiFi to no results.
The above problem with the website also only happens when I'm on WiFi.

does anyone have any sort of fix for this problem. i've force stopped, uninstalled/reinstalled, cleared cache and data, restarted my system (PC and bluestacks itself), changed a lot of my bluestacks settings, and downloaded azur lane from a third party site. it's one file that won't download. just one and i can't play the game anymore because of this, are there any known solutions to this/are other players experiencing this problem?

relog into your bind on the left side
make sure you clear cache after uninstalling and make sure to check your dl files

I had purchased both the 2021 and the 2022 anniversary lucky boxes and did not receive skins for either of them. I know for a fact I do not have all of the 2022 skins and I'd be a bit surprised if I have all the 2021 ones. I did redeem them all at once so maybe there is a bug with that feature and the lucky boxes.

I did a fresh install of BlueStacks 5 and started downloading AL, after loading the game and starting the extra files download, it stopped being able to and after restarting it gives me this. I have BlueStacks on a 2 TB Harddrive...
Was working fine when I had BlueStacks on my SSD, but I had to move it to my HDD because it has far more space and I'd like to have some more room on my SSD

Oops NVM restarting BlueStacks fixed it

@gloomy mica @upper tide @empty frigate there is no way around sorry, the only fix would be to use an iPhone and purchase through itunes store
chromebook isnât officially supported so issues are expected, if you cant open log mode because it is on the pc, it will be difficult to help
For the first bug which I originally reported seems like a device issues like you said but for the kinda freeze game I've reported after couldn't open log on Chromebook but need time I'll get the issue on my phone I'll try again

ah yes for purchases that dont arrive customer support has to hand deliver them to you, they typically take 1 business day to reply but since theyre on break it will be slower, possibly up to 3 or 4 business days depending on their traffic load

Never mind, Yostar might be running a really funny con, some of the larger ship girl images (I.e Blucher skiing skin) have such big images that the animated background is no more then a few flashing dots or a map moving backwards at a slow pace

I just reinstalled the game after a while and used the wrong Facebook account to login. Now I am able to use the actual correct account to access azur lane. How can I reset it?

You can select the "hide special background" option if you want to watch them more, but yeah overall they aren't really worth the extra 20 gems it makes skins cost

I believe there is a glitch on gaining wisdom cubes and using them. I built in the heavy build pull once earlier today and I had 45 cubes, it subtracted one. Then, after getting lucky and getting two extra wisdom cubes from a commission it sent me up one cube.
Heavy, event and special pool cost 2 cubes to pull.

Sometimes, but restarting it a few times, or rebooting the emulator/phone and trying again usually clears it up. Otherwise I just get a black screen

I had to give as much insight as I could remember to retrieve mine after not playing for ~Two Years, That being Account name of course, any information of In-app Purchases, Time of account created and last logged-into, Ships, Player Level, and Server. Make sure the Account can still be found via friends list, to ensure it hasn't been perma-deleted. I may be missing some stuff? but that's what I remember.

Hi guys. In the recent event "In Pursuit of Little Spee", I have over a thousand event tokens and clicked on "Pursuit" to end. Animation followed, but I didn't pay attention on what went on next. System reset came and game was updated within hours. I have completion of event shown in memories "Progress 3/3" and "The Ending and Credits Roll", but no Little Spee in dock. Can someone advise and help?

But I had the tokens to complete the event, and I clicked "pursuit" before reset.
Email support asked for screenshot of my above thousand tokens after reset. I can't do that obviously after system reset, so the best evidence I have is the progress completion in memories.

@nimble kite it worked. I simply unchecked then re-checked the option allowing me to receive messages from people who are on the same server as me, checking that it works on all servers

make sure youâre logging into the server you always play on
I dont suggest doing so, you should only be extracting on downloads you do not use, such as I used to get sprites for wiki using iTunes on PC.
alternatively you should just get files on the wiki, because theyre already there in highest quality, assembled, and you cannot rip L2D animations
also the file names of PNGS and disassembled chibi sprites are all in chinese or random numbers which do not correlate ingame

A few players has that same issue and your on your own, AL staff doesn't help and gives you the run around.
you need to adjust your privacy settings to allow yourself to DM people that are not your friends
while it does mention sharing a server, there is a setting that overrides that if you disable any and all DMs
be sure to double check, you can reenable your privacy settings after sending your submission
