can you try logging into all of the servers? just a quick peek should tell you if its right or not
I would suggest logging into both binds as well and scanning through all of the servers
theres also a button on top of the server list that says results found (I believe) that should do a quick scan

its only possible to overwrite an account if you try binding in the title screen instead of in the settings

if you bound in settings, your account is not overwritten
if you bound your account the only thing I can think is to try restarting your phone, login to your bind, then login to the server again
sometimes it does take some time to load your account, but its very rare
in the worst case scenario, you can send customer support an email so they can look at it for you and see whats keeping you from logging in

cuz when i tried to login using my apple id the game puts me into the tutorial phase
since you're asking about a 2 core, if your computer is too old, your motherboard might not support hardware virtualization. hardware virtualization is pretty much nessasary to run emulators at a usable speed. Else, 2 core should run just fine
2gb of ram allocated to the emulator is more than enough, but if your entire system only has 2gb of ram, it might struggle, since the operating system installed on the computer can use that much alone
azur lane accounts can't be saved on apple id, make sure you bind your account to twitter or facebook or yostar

just wanted to message about it, but seems im not the only one
Just turn off your wifi during the infinite loading then reconnect
These can atleast let you fight your own renown meta

Restart the game, restart the emulator if you use one
If it persists or recurring frequently then there's something wrong with your network
Try changing VPN setting if you use one, deactivate WARP if you use 1.1.1.1
Worst case scenario, change your ISP
Another option is to do split tunnel for AL so it doesn't go thru VPN or custom DNS

Another common symptom for it is if you often got stuck/frozen mid-battle with things still spawning.

Hello. I been having this problem for a while now. I can't pay for anything in the game shop. Last time purchased was like a year ago , but I guess after google pay update I keep getting an error message and my payment does not reach. I go through the normal payment progress as usual using my card, after the payment I get message with code [ OR-PMSA-35] my payment is on stand still in google pay and does not go through. Azur lane told me contact google since there is no problem on there end, google said my account is absolutely alright to make purchases, and told me to check my information details if they are correct, which they are. Said I should contact my bank. The bank told me that there is no problem on there end. Does/did anyone else have this problem? Anyway to solve this ?

What it's supposed to look like is you open the game, then when it has finished loading on the left you see facebook, twitter and yostar, you tap the one you bound with and it asks you to log in, then after that you select the right server and then play the game iirc

Hi everyone; I'm a new player to Azur Lane (downloaded it just yesterday). I was looking through my device storage, and saw that in total it was taking up 11.22 GB for me, even without the voice lines and L2D updates. From what I've seen from posts online and from looking through some old comments on this server, I saw storage space was brought up a lot, and that this game is known for being quite large. But I wanted to just check and see if 11+ GB was normal, or if there's something I could do to maybe cut this down, even if only by 1 or 2 GB.
I've heard that you can uninstall and reinstall the game after binding your account, and that that can reduce the size by clearing out some old stuff, but I've tried that a few times, and every time, when I try to open the fresh install, it says I need to download 10000+ files (7 GB) if I want to play, which brings it back up to the 11 GB mark in total. Perhaps I'm doing something incorrectly in the reinstall process, which is causing it to jump all the way back up again, but I feel like there really isn't anywhere one can go wrong there; it's just delete, App Store, search Azur Lane, redownload, done.
If this is just the normal game size, then no problem, but if not, and anyone has any suggestions for anything else to be done (or if somehow I managed to get uninstalling and reinstalling wrong, which would cause me to seriously question what little technological literacy I thought I had, haha), I'd really appreciate it.
Just some other info if it might be helpful: I'm based out of North America, and am playing on an iOS device. It is a somewhat older tablet, and I was considering upgrading, but I'm a bit hesitant to, because performance wise, it still runs really smoothly, without any hiccups, bugs, or slowdowns. The storage space, however, definitely leaves something to be desired.
Is the game screen supposed to darken during battles for the final event stage?
All sprites and background are tinted with this shadowy filter as if there's a cutscene.
Anything with text and data is unaffected.

Nope, you have to start over. Game data is different per server and is untransferable. 
I heard there is talk of a server transfer down the road but i am not 100% sure when or if they will do it

When I log in without a vpn, this thing happens, and I cannot always use a vpn due to bad wifi (seriously, its so bad that I get stuck in an infinite loading screen). [Picture 2] After a while of being stuck in the main menu, this pops up. I emailed tech support at the Yostar email address and they told me that they have nothing wrong on their end and to use a vpn. Any idea on how to fix it on my own?
P.S. if you are wondering when it started, I downloaded AL update and an update from a different game at the same time in march, it's been going on ever since
P.P.S. If you dont know, then can yall recommend some other gacha game for me to play to fill the gap? lol

Oh okay, I did already play it though I forgot and made a new facebook account and deactivated the old one, can I take that same account and bind it to yostar to log in with it?

I don't know if this is a remedy but I tried **restarting **my phone, and I was able to log in the game once again. Prolly the reason why this occur is due unstable/traffic connection in the network provider. Hope this helps you bud 
Guys I have this issues when it comes to buying/ renting Live 2D skins on mobile
The issue is that everything else is in the game has audio
But it comes to buying/renting a Live 2D skins the audio vanishes for the whole duration of the animation
It’s just award silence when this happens, it’s not game breaking annoying just kinda disappointing that I didn’t get to experience the full thing 😩

Help, my game doesn't load properly
The manjuu/yostar/yongshi loads fine, the "update complete, loading game" loads fine, but when I'm on the screen before the login screen with the 4 manjuus loading, it turns black and it restarts itself on the manjuu/yostar/yongshi screen, and it just repeats
It was also fine earlier, I just took a bath and this happened
That’s weird though, cause if I launch it on a emulator there is sound

Weird thing that just happened is that musashi one had audio just now but the rest didn’t
Honestly I don’t have much of an issue with anymore because At first I solely thought that it was just me thing but since you demonstrated that is normal for it not to have audio im not no longer worried. Im just glad now that it’s known
