Question about tos and accounts. I fumbled the account recovery process, and ended up creating a new one without really meaning to instead of recovering the old one (I have not finished the tutorial yet, but I chose the new name before remembering the correct procedure.).
I can recover my old account easily enough, it was bound to a Yostar acc, but I am worried that having created my new (currently non bound) account, which I have no intention of using, might count as me running afoul of the "one account per player" rule in the tos. Can someone with a better understanding of this kind of situation offer advice? I am thinking to contact customer service to be safe but tbh I have no idea.

Having an issue installing azur lane on new phone. It installs with google play, but when it loads up (and permissions are given), it stays on a black screen before the Faction Cards/download screen. Yostar tried to help a bit, but still having issue. Installed on old phone just fine but of course I want to use this with a new phone, especially since AL file size keeps getting bigger.

so, i played the game a ton back in 2018 and I had linked my current twitter account (at that time) to my account

fairly recently i decided i didn't really want to have my account public so i kept going through a routine of deactivating it (twitter gives you 30 days before the account is deleted, and before those 30 days at any point you can login to regain access) and then reactivating it 28 days later, so that my account still existed it just wasn't visible to anyone

turns out i accidentally forgot to check in after 30 days and now that twitter account no longer exists. I thought "eh, well it's not like I lost anything" - until i realised about my AL account. I wanted to play it fairly recently but i don't know how I'd go about getting the data back. is there anything I can do?

Hello, I'm having issues with my account login
I stopped playing for a few months and decided to return to check on the anni stuff, my account is linked to my Twitter, once I try to auth the app to use that account to log in back to it, as I've done a few times before due to phone changes and whatnot, I receive the OS message of "cannot complete the operation" and "Unknown error:-1" in game, I already checked all permissions from both AL and TT, reinstalled the game, cleared Cache, deleted the TT permission, and nothing changed, still getting the same error

Hello, I would like to report this player named Hu Tao on Avrora server who used damage hack to 1 shot kill lv.15 Repulse Meta request battle in which she has 1.48 mil hp but that cheater went past to her hp and dealt 1509600 dmg with low leveled ship and low tier gear. And I hope I don't get banned just because someone is cheating and I don't cheat and I didn't knew whether the player I request help to beat Repulse Meta is non cheating player or cheating player with hacks activated.

I'm trying to install AL on Win 11 with the windows subsystem for android. The game boots, shows the yostar, manjuu, etc logos, but then just stays at a black screen. I tried installing a firefox android apk the same way and it worked just fine. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hello, I have one problem that I noticed just now. Before changing the required number of blueprints for the Br.810 from 15 to 25, I had about 3 of them in stock. After the change, they all disappeared. Is this a bug or a feature?

And another purely technical question: I could not pick up the Gauge Reward at the Angel of the Iris event by clicking on the icons in the progress bar. And the letter never came to me. Could this be due to the fact that I did not participate in the actual killing of the boss and already accumulated points after lowering the HP of the server boss to zero?
