Is there a way to unbind my twitter and facebook from a random account to relink to my actual account if i try to login to those it's an empty account that want me to play the tutorial but I cant link it to my main account because it says it's in use? Question about tos and accounts. I fumbled the account recovery process, and ended up creating a new one without really meaning to instead of recovering the old one (I have not finished the tutorial yet, but I chose the new name before remembering the correct procedure.).
I can recover my old account easily enough, it was bound to a Yostar acc, but I am worried that having created my new (currently non bound) account, which I have no intention of using, might count as me running afoul of the "one account per player" rule in the tos. Can someone with a better understanding of this kind of situation offer advice? I am thinking to contact customer service to be safe but tbh I have no idea.

Yeah if it’s unbound it’s no issue. You can just abandon it and log in to your bound account

There have always been 4 event missions. Kronk was an anomoly being the first fifth 5 EXP UP ship. Msybe they'll do that with URs from now on, we'll just have to wait and see.

Having an issue installing azur lane on new phone. It installs with google play, but when it loads up (and permissions are given), it stays on a black screen before the Faction Cards/download screen. Yostar tried to help a bit, but still having issue. Installed on old phone just fine but of course I want to use this with a new phone, especially since AL file size keeps getting bigger.

I have a bit of a weird issue and I've been contemplating emailing Yostar about it to get a response, but I thought I'd ask here first
so, i played the game a ton back in 2018 and I had linked my current twitter account (at that time) to my account
fairly recently i decided i didn't really want to have my account public so i kept going through a routine of deactivating it (twitter gives you 30 days before the account is deleted, and before those 30 days at any point you can login to regain access) and then reactivating it 28 days later, so that my account still existed it just wasn't visible to anyone
turns out i accidentally forgot to check in after 30 days and now that twitter account no longer exists. I thought "eh, well it's not like I lost anything" - until i realised about my AL account. I wanted to play it fairly recently but i don't know how I'd go about getting the data back. is there anything I can do?
i really hope i can recover my account somehow, i'm willing to bet it probably still exists i just can't login to it. then again i haven't tried yet, but i just know i wont be able to login because that twitter account no longer exists

I can't sell my blog website attached to that email without keeping my azur lane account safe, why can't we unbind freely like while using facebook and twitter, we also have right to use our email account freely, this is mistake that they don't give a warn in the beginning that the email can't be unbound easily while we registering email address

Try check your connection, use bunch of VPN, if it works, make sure you bind your account use twitter or facebook, never use your email because u might got same problem like mine

I'm trying to install AL on Win 11 with the windows subsystem for android. The game boots, shows the yostar, manjuu, etc logos, but then just stays at a black screen. I tried installing a firefox android apk the same way and it worked just fine. Does anyone know how to fix this?

nvm, I think the apk I got may just not work, I tried using it with another emulator and it didnt work either. Does anyone have a confirmed APK that does work?

No, I only have 1 phone. I didn't have this problem before but I remember it only started since the Roma event and until now it is not fixed.
I tried e-mailing the AL staff and this is what they said to me:
I used a VPN, still wouldn't work.
I tell this to them and until now they haven't replied.
At first I thought it was only me and my mobile data connection because the connection here in my place is a bit slow but when I saw that other people is having the same problem, I think that it's not my connection that's the problem anymore.
So I guess I'll just quit the game now since it seems that this issue can't be fixed...

Yes, rewards where send out when HP hit 0. If you started the event after that those rewards are inaccessable

Did you check every server as well, since fresh installations tend to go to the newest server
Yeah, I checked all my link accounts after it made me do the tutorial to check for characters on the server I played on (Avrora) but there weren't any other than the one just made after the tutorial

I have not heard of this happening recently, I cant really think of a cause other than you should try repairing files or reinstalling, does this only occur in opsi?
I uninstalled earlier and its working fine now, and yeah it was only in opsi
