@wheat solstice The wiki has always been a free-for-all for as far as I can remember. Regarding skill descriptions, although this pretty much applies to almost everything else, there isn't one specific person in charge of them but instead different people who randomly take turns editing them which is the reason for the inconsistent phrasing between skills. Also, the descriptions aren't necessarily always purely translations of CN/JP text but can be a combination of CN/JP/EN descriptions, data from game files, outside sources, and such. This is better than outright copy-pasting the EN descriptions in my opinion, as they can be nondescriptive at times (Yuubari's retrofit skill for example). Not to say that I don't have any personal qualms about the wiki's descriptions. The terminology used should match the EN localization, as Jif has mentioned (<#wiki-feedback message>).

Which indicates it is only her that would get the healing. English in-game description similarly implies it is her only.
But now that I use her... she clearly makes it so each retreating sub gets healed. So seems like that descriptions are incorrect?
Here are the descriptions taken from chinese and japanese wiki (dunno if they are the same as their in-game ones, but if yes, then could anyone help me determine if they they do actually say it is all subs for healing, I know the game clearly heals all, but curious):

So, I have bot that once per update (of game client) uploads new info from wiki and than uses it (doing so to avoid lots of load of site). And todays loading wasn't successful ("Request forbidden by administrative rules", yea). I see answers that my host may be banned on wiki. So can I confirm it here? And, as I see, there is no solution to this problem except changing my host?..

Nope, just need to purge cache on any pages seemingly broken. Seems it stems from the order always being reverted in mobile view in the past.

like logging in to social media sites
so clearing the cache means your browser simply forget to automatically log in those sites

@hidden rain in the end youre the staff, but maybe there could be 2 sections? 1 of ships that interact with enemy SS directly (Koln, Chaser etc) and the other for ships that buff ASW of self and others? (although that would probably take a little more work)
