this is more of a question about the existence of something but, does the wiki explain how a ship's stats are affected when it levels up? i tried looking but didnt seem to find it. i wanted to know if the stats that increase are chosen at random until they hit max or if they increase by the same increment on each level up

to clarify: do all stats go up on a level up by their own specific amounts or only N stats are chosen randomly to increase by their specific amount until they hit max?

so i after a little test, i have found out its only certain stats at a time(or the increment isnt enough to force a round up) and it cannot be the same increment on each level up.

so it looks like in order to be accurate, i would need to look at each level difference for every single ship in the game in order to find some kind of connection

I kinda feel bad that I feel good about correcting grammar mistakes

1. Comma between "St. Louis" and "and" is needed.
2. Grammar dictates a comma needed between "expected" and "I", but after examining the original text, there was no comma there. Up to wiki team's choice.
3. It should be something like: "Helena participated in a few of the bloodiest instances of surface combat." "Combat" isn't a countable word, and "few" denotes that the following noun is countable. Hence, I suggested "instances".
4. Comma between "Arizona" and "and" is needed.
5. "Apart" should be "a part".
6. Comma between "mistake" and "Helena" is needed.
7. There shouldn't be a period here. The 'sentence' beginning with "Twice" is an incomplete sentence, so you would want to combine these sentences.
8. "Suppose" should be "supposed".
9. Comma needed between "Pennsylvania" and "and".

Additional Note: I found the skill description below "Historical References" to be iffy. Grammarly identified it as correct grammar, but it doesn't really seem to flow.
