So in damage calculations there seems to be a direct contradiction of how TargetAAModifer is used. On one hand in the section Air Damage Reduction (first image) if we slot in 0 for CurrentAA we get a result of 0 and for any value above 0 we would grow upwards accordingly. Directly implying that higher CurrentAA means less damage taken which is exactly how the game works.

But then in Final Damage Dealt - Aircraft Ordnance the TargetAAModifier is simply slotted into the calculation as-is (second image). Meaning a TargetAAModifier of 0 would imply no damage is taken (or 1 dmg due to how the game works). This indirectly implies that higher CurrentAA means more damage is taken, the inverse of what the first implies and how the game works.

Further more in the section for Guns and Torpedoes the "Damage Dealt = " line is missing the slot efficiency.

Regarding the OpSi shop, can a note/warning/info box be added to reduce newer players confusion? Maybe something like, 'this is only valid for the pre-Monthly reset ' or something along the line. Basically just to indicate that the shop systems have changed.

I am in the process of making a progress tracker for personal use, and I noticed something on Ryuuhou's page. It lists her as a Zuihou-class carrier, but I cannot find any reference to that being the case anywhere. I'd like to point out that both Chitose and Chiyoda fall under the Zuihou class in the wiki whereas they're from a standalone class consisting of them both. Ryuuhou, too, is mistakenly identified under the same class since, like Vanguard, she's under a class where she's the only ship of it. The only proper ship to fall into this class is Shouhou herself, so it's either place Shouhou in place of the three other ships mistakenly classified and remove the "Shouhou class" page or add Zuihou in the aforementioned class page and remove the "Zuihou class" page.

Like, even in the CN announcements, major events are "large-scale sea events", whereas minor events are "limited time sea events". Zero to Hero and Little Academy were both minor events.

So please, correct those two wiki entries. Calling them "major events" is wrong.

that being said, we as a wiki currently have a policy to NOT have redirects based on nicknames (because there are so many differing ones depending on what pocket of the community you are on, same reason we don't have redirects based on equipment nicknames), so if someone suggested "niimi" / "nimi" now it wouldn't get approved anyways for reference the redirect for niimi was created in 2018

we could remove "niimi", but as we aren't stressed for space as of now its not high priority for us to cull content, especially ones as harmless as "niimi"

Hey wiki team, been noticing an issue for quite a while now, since i frequent the wiki for research, where the patch notes page does not reflect the information that appears to be posted on the home page as of Sept 12th. I found it half by accident one day, but, I'm doing a broadly similar thing (albeit with a sharper focus on historical accuracy where possible/applicable), and I've found it useful to plug in some gaps. If it's not being maintained due to a lack of a person to look after it, and I recognise I'd probably need a more permanent standing in the community first, but it's something I could put my hand up to help out with.
It's definitely not the primary way a lot of people will play the game, but, having come here from a background in WOWS and War Thunder, building the best accurate ships is more my style than packing every girl with SR/UR gear and going from there.

Memories pages seem have gotten broken. If I change chapters in English, it changes the height of tabber__section appropriately, however, if I change it to Chinese or Japanese, it doesn't change the height at all, so whatever height I start with, it's the height I get.

I'm trying to find the exact way to replicate this, but it's rather inconsistent.

Also if I refresh the page, it does not save the chapter tab I'm in if I'm in either Chinese or Japanese.

Okay, just these steps are enough to replicate it:

2. Change to Chinese. (height: 4588.17px;)
3. Change to Chapter 2 (height: 4588.17px; should be height: 2124.3px;)

If I change back to English, and change chapters, the height still updates, but if I then change back to Chinese, the height remains as what I got from changing chapters in English.

Wait, this is getting even more complicated... It all updates properly on English, but if I change it to Chinese, it does not update at all after the change to Chinese.

So on Chapter 2, it's height: 2124.3px;, and if I tab from Chinese, to English, then back to Chinese, the page updates to that height, but if I change to Chapter 5, it changes the Chinese tabber__section to height: 8945.88px;, but the page itself is not updated until I change to English then back to Chinese.

momoki kakimura is the voice actress for strem (who has the cruise pass skin)
i guess the patch note writers got them mixed up
