Looking at your picture, this is from Exercise and XP from Exercises do not count towards PR xp because it doesn't cost oil in case you did not know that. Now xp counts even at 70/80/90 caps for PR farming if this was a sortie that cost oil (like hard mode or campaign mode) so everything FTT wrote there is completely wrong
