idk if its still true or not but 11-1 used to be the most XP to Oil ratio

if you want to have a shot at getting some chips too but ur fleet is filled with a bunch of randoms 12-1 is the next best place

12-4 gives gold and XP and still a chance at Cog chips
and 13-4 gives the most amount of gold to oil ratio while still being clearable with some random ships in ur party but im pretty sure you cant run a full fleet of randoms for 13-4

and uhh idk cause i dont pay attention to it but every stage above 12-1 can drop cog chips but no clue if there's a differance between the stages aka i dont know if 12-1 and 12-4 drorp cog chips at the same rate and i dont know if 12-1 drops the same number of chips as 12-4
