hwah with her retro becomes an excellent w15 support ship. her kai allows her to equip a lot of fighters. having another ddg isnt a bad thing. a lot of players had the prior 3 fully capped because of event and low cost farming (low cost isnt recommended, but players have their priorities). both will see good use.
