Hi, I've noticed on a frequent basis that while navigating the Gear Lab my game will often freeze while browsing items. Is this a common issue?

in a sortie, before battling a node, when i'm at the screen where you can change the position of your ships and i clic the battle button, the game inmediately reduces my oil by 4
and then after the battle, is when the game reduces my oil by the amount of my fleet cost
so the game is basically taking 4 of my oil per battle just because

That's how it works. 1 oil per ship, if loss/time out/crash etc. you lose just that. If you win, it takes the rest. This is by design.

Pausing is way too op because you can make 2 scenarios that are broken
- Even when pausing, the animation still plays.(animation for pressing buttons, messing up and fu shun has a cooldown on the next move, etc.) That means that theoretically, you can have little to no cooldown on your next move.
- Pausing will also not pause the enemy attack animation. So if you pause on just the right timing (when the enemy attack animation plays, before the damage calculation), You can't take damage + the enemy will disappear after that.

you can get in that weather anomaly node by blocking the path using a fleet
in your case, warspite is already blocking it
all you need to do is move a fleet to the arrow pointing to the right
and since warspite is blocking the path, your fleet wouldn't move to the right
so you can now go at the middle

Every person who wasn't able to find their Bulin had forgotten they'd used her for a hard mode run, which is the only reason they won't show up as limit breaking fodder. I'd double check all the hard mode fleet selection screens (chapter 1 to whatever) and clear them out just in case. If she really isn't in a hard mode fleet, then you might have a legit issue.

Alright so, got a 30MB update a bit earlier and since then I have this weird thing happening, a sort of grey box appearing mainly on gear and retreat screens ( and maybe elsewhere that I did not notice yet ), is anyone else experiencing it as well ? I faced few times a bug when after getting new elite ship from the map drop, her introduction screen appears for a few seconds, she starts her line and then it gets skipped. Initially I thought I did a tap accidentally, but after few times of this I'm sure I didn't. Auto-grind mode disabled and I double-checked all the settings ("Identical ships" should relate only to Common and Rare ones though?). Has it been reported yet?

More like just how it works rather than a feature. If all your secretary slots are used and you decide to change one, the new secretary takes the last slot while the next secretary behind the one you removed moves into the empty spot.
Which, admittedly, is not the expected outcome when changing secretaries, especially when swapping your primary.

A couple hours ago I had over 300 action points, and just now when I logged in to do some Operation Siren it had reset me to 200. That didn't happen before when I had over 500 points, so I'm not sure why it happened today. Also the shops didn't reset when the timer had expired, it's really strange. It's just the two items left but all the "sold out" items are gone.
Also, I definitely don’t remember having so many special tokens or those wouldn’t have been left in the shop.

When calling subs into the battle, if you check the kills/damage of the ships and view the stats of submarines, then go back to EXP gained and MVP, then return to the kill/damage stats, the submarines are covering the first three ships in the surface fleet. This is fixed by tapping the "Prev." button. WIll provide video.
Can now confirm, it happens any time the submarines are called into battle.

the AP boxes are the rewards for clearing the sectors. That is why if you bought the logger after clearing some sectors, the AP boxes that you get are the rewards from the sectors that you haven't cleared (including the middle red zone if you already cleared all)

Visual Bug: Enemy Fleet not properly displayed. Where: World 3-2. When: After activating "?" at tile F4 I received no notification that anything had happened. What did happen was an enemy fleet was spawned at tile C4, though it was not visible. When trying to click on an enemy fleet at tile B4 I received the message "Unable to Reach Target Location". Upon trying to move closer my fleet encountered an enemy fleet at tile C4 (not an ambush).

I don't know if this is a bug or not, but if a BB sinks between the time you release the button to fire their salvo and when the salvo actually gets fired, you can't fire any of your other BB's' salvos, until another one get reloaded. (i.e. BB 1 sinks in the time frame described, BB 2 has a salvo already loaded but can't fire ,until BB 3, which was reloading it's salvo, finishes reloading)

Using an iPad today my one of my fleets spawned on top of the ship I'm supposed to escort in Operation Siren. After which I couldn't move it, since tapping anywhere on the grid gave me an invalid input error(error-code: 1). When I switched to one of my other fleets they instantly started to move to the spot that I tapped last.
Also, in general I think spawning on top of anything shouldn't happen.

I've had that happen during Operation Siren before. In my case, it happened when my four groups entered a map. I went to tap a spot to their right and got the message repeatedly, so I went left instead and it didn't say anything. Eventually, I switch to a different fleet and it allowed me to go right just fine.

wait i need help really badly i just logged on after downloading like this weird super small update (after the event update, already downloaded that) and about half of my ships are now missing. My fleets are empty and i dont have them in the dock.
EDIT: (moved from tech support) i just re logged and i think the ships have all returned (i think) but i promise they were completely gone on the first log in

ive been getting a game breaking bug of where my game every 5 to 6 minutes will crash for no apperent reason and this only happens in loading sesions or loading screens where it will either crash or freeze and the only way to reset it is to retsart my game. so far ive toyed around with settings on my laptop and on aL but nothing has seemed to work

When it gets really bad for me what tends to help is to force stop the app through the app info menu then open it again. At this point i dont think it is a bug but a flaw

Hello fellow commanders, i want to report a game bug a have in my account, so before update is begin i'm in the middle of operation siren in-game siren mission where i go to to another map through portal, in the map it's like a puzzle that i must bring a matrix to the right place, but i realized there will be an update so i left it 1 hour before update start, then after update i comeback to operation siren, but something happen, after i click 'return to map' there are screen text like usual we must click it to dismiss it, but in my case the screen text is only re-appear even after i tap screen many times or just tap 'skip' text, i already try to fix this bug like go to settings then click fix assets and try to clear cache and force stop through android app setting, but nothing change, if anyone know how to fix this pls help me, here is my Screenshot bug, that's my bug report. I don’t believe the ships-blocking-ships is a bug. At least it doesn’t feel like one. You have four fleets and puzzles, it makes sense.
In any case, it’s a solution, even if its unintended. Since the placement problem likely won’t be fixed for a while, don’t dismiss a work around.

I've been having nonstop connection issues while doing Operation Siren strongholds, I cleared a siren node and it disconnected and when I reconnected, it just froze on this screen and I had to restart the app, its not my Internet causing the issue because everything else works fine aside from Operation Siren
