In your case I believe you've already fully retrofited her as well as have changed her name to "Javelin" instead of "Javelin(retrofit)" when oath her

Since a few weeks I can't seem to check the skills on this screen. When I tap on them it does nothing. Is it only occurring to me ? Seems like something that others people would have noticed by now but I don't see any report for it so I wonder

I feel like Suzutsukis second skill is bugged. Said skill can proc smoke screen for 5 seconds that gives 40% evasion when ships are inside said smoke screen, but the bug is that the evasion buff doesn't disappear and is permanent, even when smoke screen itself disappears. She seems to have about 90% evasion rating even without said smoke screen active, in SP4 with 183 evasion stat, and no other buffs from other ships. Comparing to kitakaze with 195 evasion, who seems to be taking a lot more hits from enemy ships, I got this gut feeling.

Ok, so i've had this happen to me, not sure if it's a bug or Intended Gameplay Feature™️, but here's the details:
During the 13-4 boss battle, I've had Sandy equipped with the new Elite Damage Control item. All's fine, until she took enough damage to sink. The item activated normally, and Sandy stayed afloat for a couple seconds before actually sinking. Now, once the battle was over, I acquired the S rank, as if Sandy never sank, despite her obviously having done so.
So there's that. I don't think that was intended, but it's a thing that can happen.

Luck plays a role on dodge rate which kitakaze doesn't have (unless fs5). This could be the reason since suzu has somewhat high luck

If so, the 50% damage reduction completely cancels the damage her first salvo does, thanks to how her skill works.

When i bought some themes earlier, if you buy a theme, you may buy additional items later.
And if you will select this theme again in dorm, these items will appear
I bought new theme, and after thati bought new items, but they wont showing and not selected after theme selecting
On the last screen - Lounge Sofa, lamps and etc in the end of list but their duplicates wont show up in theme.
Not all items were bought at the moment, but what if they will not be used in theme after i buy them too?
I tried to clear dorm theme and re-select it but nothing. Just one item used from two.

I think this was a bug that was previously reported after checking #known-bugs, but I somehow ran into it and have seen it happen a few times and it's been stressing me out since I first saw it. It was reportedly moved to "Fixed" on the Trello.
I noticed it initially with a different girl that was always maxed (Lv110+, ringed), and suddenly saw that they weren't. I enhanced them, maxed them out, no big deal. Went on to another who wasn't, and watched as the stat numbers increased. Maybe it's a visual bug, maybe it isn't, I'm not sure anymore. But this time, I actually caught it: I was trying to Enhance Tashkent, who I thought I had maxed and found out she wasn't. Took the first screenshot before logging out for the day, then came back and got the second just minutes ago. FP, TP, and RLD caps all increased by 1 after the enhancement.

looking at the numbers I can see you used one CL and one DD
so mathematically it would be impossible for you to get 59 torpedo stat with such a combo, which means you got 39 torpedo stat (~+2 trp) yet your value went from 238 to 241, which is 3, and the max increased by 1. Exactly in line with what I said.

I played around with it a little and see that that might be the case, but then I ran into a different issue when I looked at the Wiki, and noticed her caps a a lot higher than what the Wiki says for 100 Affection, even when accounting for a ring, but trying to fit in Fleet Tech didn't help it add up that much for the caps I'm getting, so I'm a bit more confused but I suppose I'll let it go for now. Always did kind of wish the Koumakan wiki had a toggle for stat caps without affection, but that's neither here nor there.

@simple oak mentioned this earlier, and I'm having a similar bug: I've only noticed it when getting a SR, R, or a new unit (I'm actually checking out the skills upon the drop/pull), but tapping on the skill to see what it reads does nothing, but going to the Dock > any unit > Archive > tapping the skill works as intended.
I'll report back after a build to see if it's for all NEW (as in 'freshly added to Dock') units. I'm unaware if it's a known bug (I didn't see it, but I didn't scroll that far in the list). I'm playing primarily on Bluestacks, but I could test this with my 3a XL, too.

Personally, it just stopped to work altogether since Universe in Unison. On both new and already acquired ships, no matter the rarity. Also playing on Bluestacks.
And yeah, it works perfectly fine in Dock and Archives. It just totally stopped to work for the build screen. ( or acquire screen rather, since it does it for event-acquired or event shop ships as well )

On HM (and event maps like VSP) go to fleet selection, meowfficer tab and try using one of your saved meowfficer preloads or "remove all"... they don't work.

Yeah, she retreats on low health and you have to scuttle before they hit the killzone on the right. Problem is its next to impossible to do so beside maybe skills that scan that far.

As far as I know, you need to bring the ship to the edge of the game zone only when the zone is not cleared of enemies. That's why I want to check.

Did you just finish a story sector? Since after those he drops you in the actual sector and drains AP... and if you don't have enough AP... well, I don't actually know what happens since that didn't happen to me yet but it might be what you got from your screens, can you confirm?
