i missed the last two events i missed the ryuujoo event and the sagrendina event at this rate im kind of losing hope i enjoyed the northern Parliament event and was excited for the sagrendina event as a newer player i never got to experience the sagrendina empire event so for a chance to get our pasta shipfus i was excited but missed out due to error code 101404 throughout the event same with the ryuujoo event

With your device on the usual Landscape position and the game in Landscape mode using the new rotate feature the game turns to portrait mode.
Then when you turn your device to the portrait position the game changes to Landscape mode instead and back to Portrait mode when you reorient your device to Landscape position

Rollbacks are a bit tricky. I got most ships when avrora had issues and only during the last pull when they closed the server got rolled back and only those ships are lost

u can get in pull when u pull, it gets data from the server, if ur connection to server is unstable it doesnt save the ships u pull n u get dced and it loads saved state from before the pulls ie the rollback..but you claiming that you are still on and able to pull more ships but the previous lots of ship that was pulled on same connection didnt save doesnt even make any sense...

Hi, this probably helps in some way, but if you change the ISP you are accesing the game, it seems like its more probable to enter. For example: I tried to enter Sandy server with ‘Movistar’ ISP and not works (return a message of Server not open), but if I change my connection to another ISP (Orange) I can enter after a minute of loading. I don’t know if this can help the techs, but it’s what I noticed.

just to ease up worried people about roll backs, yesterday i emailed the support following steps on pinned post. not long after azur lane emailed me asking the problem, i replied with the info i typed into the initial report. then someone named Gale replied back saying sorry and please wait. then another reply from Gale saying about the same thing. So Gale probably a bot but at least they responded and i understand they're focusing their resources to deal with the main issue first. therefore all we need to do is wait and give any info they might need when the ask
