This is if you do not take into account other critical issues, such as hanging game or inability to get to the server. The latter, if anything, happens very often.

Just to give you an example. There are a lot of Russian players living in Moscow time. Updates start at 10:00 a.m. Updates usually end closer to the evening. Sometimes due to problems even closer to the next day. I think we do have reason to complain after all.

I'm not sure if this is considered a bug or a feedback, but the opening doesn't prevent the phone from going into sleepmode, and trying to prevent sleepmode by touching the screen ends the opening

From what I saw, the only time the phone consider the game as "active" is when your fleet is in battle. Idling at the node selection or any other screen is consider as away from keyboard and trigger the sleep timer. I just leave my phone 5min lock to get around it and just turn off the screen manually

I've been able to get into the Avrora server a handful of times today. Just managed to get in about 10 minutes ago and screencapped it for rollback security.

The third straight time in a row, I've been able to have it hard crash connection when registering the conclusion of a PvP exercise. I would note one part or symptom of this issue is possibly related with PvP.

Heads up most of us can ‘log in’ but those detections your devs are getting are just us hitting the daily login reward screen and being frozen to high hell trying to get through each painstakingly slow screen. Logging in doesn’t really matter when servers are slower than a river of molasses.
