The timer being at 3 mins is very bizarre because the intro should take 3 seconds off of it, which means your game probably never even started properly? I could restart my phone and see. This never happened to me before. Not only was the timer stuck, but my ships were moving around and not firing any shots at all

Hm...so enemy ships didn't spawn after you finished a battle? If so, that's actually just a connection issue w/ the game server. And unfortunately the only way to solve it is just by restarting the game

from what I can see, it seems to be that cassin is the default icon while loading those, and you getting an infinite load may have been the reason why it came up like that.
so hopefully it's an effect of the loading, rather than direct cause by touching the icon, which goes under server issues which the devs are continually doing their best to resolve however they can. unfortunately, I don't think anything can be specifically done for this case, but I hope your loading goes smoothly.

Restarting should fix it, but if it doesn't it shouldn't technically be available, and is maybe like that bc of how dst is one hour early for some indicators only.

I recently discovered that the 3 star quests only check against whether you have fulfilled the 3 star conditions for a map, and not whether you cleared it. I assume this is a bug, correct? It's mostly inconsequential, but is a bit exploitable, as it allows hard mode 3 star rewards to be claimed with only one clear.
Screenshots to show that I've claimed the 7-2 reward without fully-clearing it. I can submit a bug report, but just wanted to make sure it was actually a bug before wasting anyone's time with that.

Okay, well from looking at your report from before, I've looked at your device's specification online and it seems like the device only has 1.5 GB of RAM on standard, and Azur Lane requires minimum of 2 GB of RAM to avoid crashing/freezing so that might be the issue

@random whale I think i found out the reason why some people have it and some do not.
Lets say you completed a daily quest and accepted the rewards BEFORE updating your game. Doing this locks you out from receiving the new Side Quests.
If you did complete a daily quest but NOT accept the reward Proceeding to download the update by restarting the game. This makes the people eligible to get the new Side Quests.
TL:DR
If you did not accept a reward before updating you got the quests

Dunno if it was just me or not but a few days ago in pvp I was at 5/10 on runs, and in my next battle my entire fleet was dead except for Portland Kai in the frontline, and when I won after the battle it still said 5/10. Looks like non hard modes don't have that text, but makes sense. This might help with some of the issues with people not realizing you skip to the boss, at least for new players.

hey there, not sure if this is a bug, but on the escort cargo lv 70 mission, if you move to the all the way to the left, you can avoid the back torpedo ships from firing. i’m guessing it’s because they aren’t fully loaded, but i’m not sure if it is a bug or not

It's not really a bug. It's just that your ships are out of the enemy backline's range so they don't fire

Base score at 0 points is 28, it is 22 beyond a 100, there is no actual way to get this many extra points
since the extra points are based on the score difference between you and your opponent and he clearly has no damn contest

even assuming you had extraordinary luck and got three +39 matches, that's 117. Then assuming you got two +30 matches (don't know what max score gain is with base +22), that's still only 177 total for the first 5 matches

Does the prompt that tells you how much food has been consumed and XP gained by ships in the dorm when you haven't checked in a while still come up? I haven't seen that at all since the update. Still does come up when you're out of food, though.
