pvp doesnt update in true real time. this can be seen sometimes when you quit a battle and relaunch the game, your opponents ranks have changed but it wasnt updated prior to relaunching. the leaderboard suffers the same thing. relaunching the game, if you havent already, should adjust the visuals.

Yeah exactly, these zones have a lot of items and enemy nodes. The server probably sends them one by one or something, but idk didn't study it. When my game has disconnected before, entering a zone can take 20+ seconds to put everything on the map

I think the bug is that after reconnecting, everything you do in the game lags by half a second or more forever until you reopen the game. This is especially apparent in opsi because each fleet movement of 3 tiles is a separate back and forth to the server

I have a bug to report about Rafaello.

When I try to put her in one of the fleets in Operation Siren I can't use the other fleets that doesn't have Rafaello. Whe I try to initiate combat with those fleets, the loading screen appear and loads to 100%, but it never leave from the loading screen. When I use the fleet that has Rafaello it doesn't freeze at the loading screen and it starts the battle. And when I remove Rafaello from Operation Siren, it works like normal again.

most likely. since this is obviously now not a one off issue, theyve prob noticed it in the channel. or a mod has informed them. staff does tend to look at the various channels, even if they dont respond in them (sometimes they do, but whether they do or not doesnt affect anything really). and itll take some amount of time to determine the exact code conflict and implement a fix.

first thing i would do is restart the game
then i probably would go into the guild and there is a window with all sr/ur inguild drops and see if its listed
then i would go to the docks and look if the dock space is used and if thats the case then to the building and see if its still in the finished ship list
if the result still isnt as expected i would go to the docks and reset the filter and sort by level and look at the bottom of the list (to make sure no bug resulted in a wrong search)
after that you either got what you wanted or not. a ingame ticket will help you

yeah that was it, i mixed the SSR andrea meta with the UR since it has a slighly different appearance than normal SSRs and i though the video didn't play because i touched the screen when the cude appeared so i though i just skipped the UR video.

if its a bluestuck you can try to download a updated game file. to my knowlegde blue isnt able to do all updates (i once used blue a few years ago)

just make sure that you have binded your account. if you didnt that would result in lost progress which is very bad

The shop didn't refreshed on the 12:00 server time. I already brought the discussion in gph but the very unhelpful mod by the name of ender just throw away my valid issue because I don't have an explicit proof other than my own words which I have to apologize.

While it is true that my words are my only proof I hope that the other more helpful and unbiased mods will at least look at this issue. Now here's the timeline:

• daily reset at 00:00 (14:00 my local time): around here I bought that red book on the screenshot
• I spent the next 8 hours doing other activities
• 08:00 server time (22:00 my local time): I slept for the next 8 hours
• 12:00 server time (02:00 my local time): the time where the shop should've been refreshed (I sleep during this period)
• around 16:00 server time (06:00 my local time): I woke up to check the game and notice the shop hasn't been refreshed
• I then posted the issue on gph only to be thrown away by the unhelpful mod by the name of ender
• now: I posted the issue on bug report

If you ask where is the screenshot of the state of the shop after the daily reset and after I woke up is because I don't have them. I only have the screenshot after I woke up because I expect the shop to be refreshed during the time I was asleep just like how it always been for the past 4 years I play the game, at least until today when I woke up and didn't find the shop refreshed. My words are my only proof but I hope you guys will take my reports more seriously

i was about to say that someone else was having a similar issue and to see how they resolved it, but it was you. even though Raffs skill bug was fixed, maybe there is a lingering effect. when you reinstalled, did you use an apk, or was it a direct app store? if an apk, try a different one or an app store dl if you can. can you do a recording with /logmode active? maybe there is an error thatll point out whats going on. #bot-spam message link to logmode in case its necessary. if youre able, redownload the game, but record the end of the install as well as the process of entering OPSI after the reinstall. as in 1 continuous video and send that to CS as a followup. this way they can see from install to opsi, youre still locked out. you can also wait to see what happens when opsi resets next month. i dunno. this is def something that devs need to look into on their end if the standard troublshooting steps didnt work.

its not quite a bug, but it is inconvenient. the guild support function takes a "snapshot" of the assigned ships. the provided ships and their equipment never change unless you reassign them. so if you were to change ply or sandys equipment, they do not update for the guild boss, even though the equipment is different for your use elsewhere. so if you want to provide different ships with different equipment to match boss armor type, you need to reassign said ships with the appropriate equipment.

Rather funny bug, not sure how it happened, but in Exercise my vanguard murdered theirs with preloaded, and then everything got stuck. All ships and projectiles stayed in place once spawned.

I see some people reporting that they're getting notifications when they shouldn't, while other people are reporting that they're missing notifications when they should get them. I don't get completed commission notifications anymore, for example. Notifications look like they're kind of busted all around.

Since people mentioned Atago's swimsuit skin bugged out, I checked for myself, and she does indeed seem to talk constantly when she's a secretary. I'm also getting repeated notifications on settings, but nothing seems to need any updating or whatnot when I go there, and when I go back, the exclamation mark on the setting icon disappears. (And then reappears the next time I start the game.)

Haven't had any problems with the rest of the game, though. The load speeds are still normal, even for the dorms. The only thing I would like there is for the frame rate issue to be resolved.

Hello. I got a black screen just after a fight, so I closed the app and reopened it. Everything seemed fine so I played again, and after one fight the screen went like this :

Game client suddenly shows a black screen after some time in split screen mode. The game still runs like normal, though.

This hasn't happened prior to the mandatory update

Moving back to landscape mode also shows a black screen around a minute after going back.

For reference, the game client shows the black screen in around 2 to 4 minutes' time in splitscreen feature. This issue also affects the JP client; in fact I found the bug there first

This is my first post here, sorry if it's not the place. I'm a returning player that received that Homecoming Campaign, but there is one mission that I can't complete at all, because I've already maximized all my BP shipgirls, so I can't get the final reward. Is there any workaround?

Chapter 8 hard mode showing up like this when battle start, ever after restarting multiple times. Other chapters seems to be fine

game can't go 30 minutes without crashing and there's no message in debug mode

The asset that turns background stuff translucent has been made completely black, making everything impossible to see. This applies to every screen that had elements that were made translucent, including the HQ menu, shops, the skin selection menu, and even the end of battle screen. I haven't been able to determine whether this is an Android issue or an emulator issue (specifically Bluestacks 5 Nougat), I'm assuming it's the latter though.

Go to the settings menu and click on the "Update all assets" button, that should fix it. If it's not there anymore, then try the Repair assets at the bottom, and click Download Art Assets.

Another bug is in the Private Quarters. The loading screen doesn't get removed. The dorm loads and I can interact with it and the shipgirl, but I can't see. I can even return to the selection menu if I click where the return button is.

See if there's an "Update All Assets" button. That fixed it for me when another skin was invisible.
