I oathed Yorktown II but even after tapping her a couple dozen times and waiting on the secretary screen for 10 minutes she never once used her ex lines. The only one I managed to hear was her special touch which I did by accident while trying to get her normal touch to trigger.

I hope this isn’t gonna happen with Hammann II, as well. She has a bunch of ex lines, too.

Hammann II seems fine. Was able to see all her new lines within a couple minutes of tapping/waiting. Still not true of Yorktown II, although they do seem to work in her Archive tab. Could just be abysmal RNG for the voice lines. I think someone suggested a while back of either giving the EX lines priority or toggling certain ones off?

When looking at Memento->Archives to find where to pick up missing collectible entries, the following ships have locations that do not match previously published patch notes: Hibiki shows only Swirling Cherry Blossoms, though notes state this unit was added to the Merit Shop. Nowaki shows Requisition and Visitors Dyed in Red, though notes state this unit was added to the Light construction pool. Le Malin muse show Universe in Unison and Munition Shop Exchange (?!), though notes state this unit was added to the Merit Shop.

Hi i was just doing an exercise for a mission and i noticed that my battleships had their salvo ready to fire but would not fire their guns and this persisted for about 8 seconds where they then fired out of sync by a 3 second gap despite all being full leaded at the same time but then enemy backline had no such issues

If the gauge has been filled, there will be an exclamation mark (!) displayed to the side of the gauge, and your carriers lose the "hidden buff". They will regain the buff when the gauge level falls below the red line.

FDG's fate sim makes a very questionable change in the spread of the arching shells of her skill barrage. They now land in a very wide spread while before FS, they used to land in a rather small area in front of her which is often more desirable. Is that intended?

Also, in PVP the shells now either land on the opponent's backline or fall way short at random and again have a very wide spread.
Before FS, they all used to land on the opponent's backliner on the same side as her (top, middle or bottom).
Now, I know that the barrage was purposely changed to be always fired from the centre, but making the arching shells' spread so wide hurts FDG's performance in this scenario because the damage is no longer focused on a single backliner, which is more favorable.

And hurting a ship's performance with FS hardly seems like an intended outcome

There is a bug with auto-battle in the new event. In hard mode (not only) you can spend 15, I spent 13 and accidentally exited. And then he went in again. When choosing an auto-fight, I put up 15 fights and instead of 2 fights, 15 were held.

The latest Bluestacks update allows AL to run more than intended FPS (before it will lock the game to 60 FPS max, even if you set it to 144 FPS), just asking if the game will flag you or something.

No, it is not bannable. If the terms of use make no mention of emulators at all, then emulators are legal. Things are always legal unless explicitly stated otherwise.

That said, you can't ban a person for simply having a device that is capable of running games above 60 FPS. The game is still locked at 60 FPS regardless of your emulator settings.

The only thing one must not do is use macros/auto-clickers, because the Service Rules section specifies that "using any automated system" is a prohibited activity.

Let me reply this just once, the reason I asked is because I vaguely remember one of my friend who play FGO bypassed the 60 FPS limitation and for some reason he got banned because it's not intended FPS and give player some advantage (which is bullsh*t, this is not some online competitive game, there is no way increasing FPS gives advantage in these kind of game).

Battles won't load if Rossiya is in her base outfit and using the repair function doesn't find any problems. Which would require another reinstall to fix

Yes, this is true. However the "game code" is not what you see on file explorers. What you see on file explorers is assets, files and instructions, not game "code". The FPS limit for apps is usually not available to players. This is hard coded in the source, which usually is private and available to developers only. Unless FGO makes this public, which I doubt they do, this isn't what happened. His friend was more likely to use emulator features.

I made a Google search and found absolutely nothing that backs up this statement. Every single thread, post and article talks about emulator settings, not modifying the "code" or the "client". I'll give you the benefit of the doubt though.

Possible, but considering that one does not simply reverse engineer a game in the morning for fun, I find it unlikely. If you did this, the consequences could be worse than a simple game ban. Having worked in Electronic Arts myself, this statement isn't entirely true (though in the most part it's true, and if not true, you shouldn't try without asking first). Sometimes developers allow users to change settings that are written in small configuration files. For example in Need for Speed World (MMO), you could "modify" a config file to have custom graphic settings that were not available in the game itself. This was not punished, nor bannable.

I hope you learned a thing or two from this message. I'm simply sharing my input as an user who wants to clear doubts you might have. If you feel that what I'm saying is incorrect, you are free to correct me, but you may do so in my DMs, not here.

Highly "illegal" in civil law terms. Can get fined. If you are crazy enough, you can get the person's identity exposed. You can also get them arrested for a few days until proven "innocent", but you have to be Rockstar Games to do all of that.

Decompiling a game code for an online game that is active is asking for legal trouble. And apparently someone was bizarre enough to do it as I discussed it on the DMs. Except they didn't make it fully public from what I understood, which explains why I found nothing in Google.

No you're just misunderstanding how it works. Research doesn't care about the future fs5, it just checks if ships have reached their current limit, so if all your ships have hit their limit (dev30 in this case) you get to see all projects again no matter how many prints u got for the respective ships, this only changes once they do get their fs5 implemented

Now that you can even search for ships with trailing whitespaces how about you get rid of them already?

Looking into the new XP stuff I noticed Nürnburg only buffs XP for SS, not SSV, as the skills description claims should be the case.

It should work tho. HVARcat is coded separately, BUT is the same plane model IRL. The skill does just state "An F6F Hellcat"

My connection switched from wifi to mobile which worked fine, I then tapped reconnect and opened the sidebar and got stuck loading. Then I reconnected with wifi and tapped the sidebar again, it just disappeared and the game became unresponsive

Tried asset repair? It can sometimes be a patch screwup but usually its corrupted assets. If that doesn't work swap out some ships till you find the culprit and post them here...

So I’ve seen quite a few variations of the visual bug in the ship display now.. missing stars, blackened/empty stars, drop to lv1, drop to lv70, drop to lv100, lv110, or lv115…
Now it’s not interfering with sorting, but damn is it more prevalent than I thought

Hi guys! I am having a problem with Janus’s dynamic atm, whenever she is on display as secretary my game’s fps basically goes below 30 fps not only on the main screen with secretary but everywhere be it missions, dorm or even battles regardless of her being in the fleet or not. It makes the game outright unplayable (1-5fps in battles at times) when she is there as secretary. No other skin does this (including her l2d skin) as the fps becomes normal after I switch the displayed secretary. I don’t know if this is a bug or not, but it seems like one to me so I will post it here. Phone: iPhone XS

Detection Level:
If the gauge hasn't been filled, your carriers gains "hidden buff", which is 10% flat AA resistance reduction to enemies (basically they deal more dmg) and they can't be chosen as a valid target (enemies BB won't attack your CV when hidden).
If the gauge has been filled, there will be an exclamation mark (!) displayed to the side of the gauge, and your carriers lose the "hidden buff". They will regain the buff when the gauge level falls below the red line.
The gauge will be slowly filled if spotted by the enemy (both planes and ships) if they crossed the detection line, when they are burning, and when launching an airstrike.
