Since idk about other people but I have a huge surplus of guild currency because the income outpaces the rate i can feasibly spend it on relevant items in the guild shop

iirc, 60% of total plate income comes from opsi and 40% from guildshop/guild expeditions. The ratio is probably more like 65-70% now with the introduction of the monthly boss

I’ve been back for a month and am constantly reminded about something that irked me no end before - server timing and backgrounds. If we can’t have the time mirror our own local time, can we at least have the option disable the time function? For us in Asia and on the global servers it’s always gloomy nights in the HQ!

How would you see implement this idea?
As in, what would you like to see for guild vs guild
maybe a world boss that each guild can hit? in the other gacha I play, we have a world boss with 15 different levels with rewards. top guilds can often clear 10-11 tiers of the level, creating competition that isnt trivial (easy to kill) but also isnt overwhelmingly hard.
Fair enough, but how would you balance it with the current casual nature of the guild system because a lot of guilds are pretty small with a bunch of friends that play together. Iirc the devs said something about the average guild size is only ~10 members. Would you force them to separate for this boss that would probably require meta fleets and stuff.
What would you think about making it leaderboard only with no other rewards? Like EX but every guild can get rewards for killing an easier stage and anything after that is tryhsrds only?
Also would that be considered copying that other games mechanic? Idk how copyright infringement works though
also if it's a dps check world boss that means only meta fleets allowed and possibly guild kick if you dont use/have meta ships

Please, make the sprites of ships semi-transparent or something! I mean, that pics, when you spam your airstrikes, barrages, etc. Also, you can make them smaller. And the cannon sight must be above all kinds of graphics and having the contrasting border line, so we could SEE IT whatever mess is happening on the screen.
Can we have independent ship loadouts per Daily Raids, each sub-chapter map, etc. - with the option to import from the standard 6 loadouts? Like how Hard maps have separate per-chapter loadouts, but make it per map (optionally?).

Eh, in general - but particularly for events. Some maps need a slightly different loadout when, for example, the boss comes with like 3 unexpected flunkies that require more firepower or defense for successfully autoing
Also, per-map loadouts would still be nice for Hard Mode runs.

i think the idea behind it is they wanted you to use the ship in battle a little bit at least.
with that in mind i propose this: secretary works up to 90, like now. however, if oathed it goes up to 200.
200 coin isnt the part that's annoying, it's having to remove them from all fleets, especially opsi, which is annoying as hell. could be fixed by reducing the coin cost, and then changing it for a specific section of the game (normal fleets, hard mode, opsi fleets, pvp fleets) while not affecting the other ones.
like 40 coin cost, and able to change them in specific sections of the game, would be ideal
I mean they have to remove them from fleets since they become completely different ships taking completely different slots.
Also if you could circumvent the OPS fleet change mechanic with this I can instantly see it abused in, say, Hard Arbiters.
i mean the issue with opsi is that to change their position, you need to spend both your daily free change + 99 ap bc of how it works
spend daily change just to remove them, and then spend 99 ap to re-add them once changed.
if you could change them and swap them in a single fleet deployment it'd be a lot better.
it's still not exploitable as to reverse it still cost 99 ap or wait 1 day, but rn, to change it for a specific fight, then change it back, costs 297 ap or waiting 3 days in total.

You can't move ships between main fleet and vanguard, which would be the situation you'd be faced with if you wanted to move An Shan or Chang Chun, depending on where you wanted them.

and to change the ddgs from vg to main, youd need to use it twice
once to remove the ddgs so you can swap their position, then once again to re-add them
this means waiting a full 24 hours to fully swap them once for free, or spending 99 ap
it very much restricts their supposed versatility at being able to be either
fleet redeploy should be free, it can only be used in ports so just charge for repairs like normally (or require fully repaired fleet to use it) 😐

the issue isnt rly with that for me, the issue is id like to use ddgs in backline specifically in one situation, but i cant bc it forces me to change them in all places, and then back again once im done

the issue is to swap between these you have to remove them from every fleet in every section of the game
bc the swap applies to the entire game
so my solution is to make us be able to swap for specific sections at a time
or it can remain as is and then ill just never use them as backline bc swapping is too damn big a hassle to justify it
Nothing like coming back to opsi and noticing one of your ships is missing because you changed them main to vg, so the game automatically kicked them out of the formation. So you'd have to burn your free redeploy just to fill the slot anyway.

I believe we've been down the road of playing with time/time zones with the game. They can't do it without breaking everything, apparently.
I would be all for rewriting sloppy code, rebuilding game fundamentals to not have stupid badly designed aspects of the game like those ddgs and to make it easier for them to implement more interesting mechanics, but people would cry about lack of new content 🤣

HQ day night cycle tied to global server time ever since they put the feature in a couple of years back. But a lot of us are in Asia, hence our day and nights are reversed, and it’s gloomy nighttime backdrops whenever we play 😦

Don't forget the matriatic ton of bugs, the need to download a 5GB "patch" cause it's basically a new game, the whole fun shebang of rebuilding your 6 year old game... for 2 ships cause some people don't find them convient enough (and in the end would just still vanguard them anyway since they're better there)

And then you complain about "not a bugs" or opsi bugs since it's release. Of course bug fixing and providing better running game won't give them money 🤣
This could fix so many things (unresponsive UI after logging in, inventory system, which you I think, mentioned few days ago on bug reports) and create baseline for even more crazy ships and mechanics (urs xd) and some good classic optimization for good measure.
Most mandatory patches that just do minor updates are already require like 2GB downloads so yeah, kinda basing it on that.
Most issues lingering in known-bugs or the trello are easy fixes that require them to just, you know, do it.
I kinda doubt there A-teams on the game so this also assumes fully making it up from scratch makes it better rather than, you know, worse. We all remember implementation of recent new OPS features right? Right?

Can we have an option so that, instead of tapping the screen once, you need to tap the screen twice to cancel the auto-search in OpSi? Basing this feedback on the ground that every time I want fo open my notifications, I'd inevitably have to tap the screen, therefore cancelling the Auto-Search (and to an extent, Strategic Search function)

I understand this request can seem similar to the ones before at a glance, but it is not a rewording - it is a unique request.
I specifically requested Dragon Empery medallions today because after getting the new ships from the currently ongoing event, players now have access to 12 DE ships to level - opening the way for DE medallion to be viable.
I drafted and started posting the previous requests for new level of medals for 36 ships far before 12 DE ships were even available to be leveled for medallions - which I believe shows that this new request that was triggered by 12 DE ships becoming available in the current ongoing event is distinct from the previous requests.
I really enjoy collecting medallions as part of the gameplay experience the devs designed and I do have different thoughts them - and others are free to chime in as well (for example, there was a discussion on this channel about if the silver level of faction medals should be 48 instead of 36 since the numbers usually double, which I thought was an insightful input/discussion that I got from posting on this channel).
I would like to continue posting here while doing the following:
(1) Not spamming in terms of volume - I rarely post here more than once a day anyways.
(2) Not spamming in terms of repeating the same request over and over again, each of my suggestions/thoughts will be different.
(3) Only making valid game feedback that directly relates to content in the game and my gameplay experience as an end-user.
(4) Only making posts that abide by the rules of this server.
(5) Only making posts that abide by the rules of this channel.

Most medals have a second part with 24 ships though. Most minor factions (including the Chinese) do not have so many. Do they just get 1 level then? Also I personally would much prefer faction tech for minor over medals seeing one would have gameplay influence... while the other doesn't. My 2 cents.
i mean, 1 level of medals couldnt hurt ig, it'd be nice for those who love those factions to be able to display those medals on their profile

Some time ago, I sent a feedback to Belfast with a suggestion to make meowfficer talent resets refresh with the daily reset. A few updates later that was implemented.
No walls of text and no posting the same thing every day for months required.

Can we also get them to just flipping make the PR2 DR prints available for coins? This was the entire thing I (and doubtless others) was waiting for and then they just shafted us on it. Azuma is going to take forever unless I sacrifice working on PR4. Outside of PR1, every PR will likely have at least one DR going now so we do not want them to keep holding those damned prints hostage.

Just submitted a suggestion to adjust how preload salvos work. It's pretty frustrating to see Champagne wasting a salvo on a weak mob at the start of the battle because the humanoid enemy only spawns half a second later.
Preload airstrikes work fine, so preload salvos need a QoL change, especially in Champagne's case, since she only has one main gun mount
Downvoted. The bad thing about 95% cooldown over preload is it will be seen as "first salvo", and a bunch of skills and gear (specifically the High Performance Fire Control Radar) will be absolutely wasted then.
So yeah, the idea is good, the proposed execution isn't.
Making the humanoids spawn at the same time as the other mobs would fix the issue, but then the devs would have to remake every single stage, which would be just silly
They could also change when the game recognizes that the preloaded salvo is ready to be fired. In essence: making it impossible to fire a salvo in the first second of battle.
But yeah, I guess if they look at the form I submitted in a vacuum, they'll probably discard the idea immediately
But to be honest, between completely wasting a salvo and wasting the staggering potential of the HPFCR, I think the latter is an acceptable sacrifice. It's not optimal, but it's the only way I could think of that doesn't require complicated coding.
Guess I'll wait a few weeks and then submit the same idea with different wording. Fuck my life.

Yeah, it's not game-breaking but it's very clunky
Even DDs suffer from that to some extent when they ram towards the right side of the screen at the start of the battle and fire their torpedoes towards nothing, but even that is not as bad as Champagne completely wasting a salvo on a trash mob
It's clunky to use Champagne in the mob fleet because of that, and it shouldn't be
It's like the performance of some ships is affected by clunky game design rather than their intrinsic characteristics
what you want is smart-auto QoL where you can toggle salvo/airstrike only when elite/humanoid on screen
could just implement a cooldown before the preload goes off of around 1s delay.
changing how preload is too much of extra step to fix the problem
giving a delay = nerf them on bossing
But torpedoes generally launch before the boss does

After sleeping on it I feel like making it impossible to fire a salvo in the first second of battle is the way to go

You mentioned a smart-auto that only fires a salvo/airstrike when there's an elite on screen. That wouldn't affect carriers because they have hangar capacity +1, but that smart-auto would delay salvos whenever there's a trash mob or suicide boat still alive

any second theyre unable to shot their preload thats another sec added to their salvo interval, which affect their performance in fleet building.
and the smart auto i mention serves it purposes, they will hold if theres no elite means better dmg spread, and will always shoot at bossing since theyre count toward elite.

Yes, better damage spread, but still delayed. It's very common for waves to be delayed up to 3 whole seconds because of one suicide boat at the edge of the screen. If your concern is delayed salvos in boss fights, then a smart-auto is objectively worse than a 0.5s delay at the start of the battle

that 3 second delay in mobbing will save you much more time by enabling salvo for the next wave.

My preload salvo QoL suggestion simply aims to make an existing mechanic work as intented
If nothing else, at least Champagne deserves some attention there, since she only has one main gun mount and always wastes a salvo on a trash mob that often dies before the salvo even reaches it

Smart-auto = better damage spread at the cost of making the game easier and maybe delaying salvos too much in some content

Looking at how many tokes they give in the end of the day is the same. You will use those in a couple of bad pulls and its back to cubes...
ikr, i have way too many torp plates but im already extremely short on aux plates i wouldnt even have minded them staying on mg plates, just everything except for aux
on reruns now you should really wait until the last day to do more pulls (or until you spend all 32 tickets), with the tickets its around a 50% chance to get a 2% ship (statistically)
and use all the tickets beforehand to maximise the amount of cubes you can save
for you. but we vets could stock up on even more cubes, which might be nice for us but is not beneficial for the devs
Actually its not for me ,I'm a vet as well. I actually started playing just prior to the original Norden Overture event. I'm just curious about the others from my clan. I don't really care about cubes. I stockpiled 1200 cubes .Ever since Shinano got me with my pants down (I had 200 cubes) and boreally managed to get her , I haven't allowed myself to be bellow 800). Its actually quite easy to stock pile them if you dont use cube research.

The rerun event shop is terrible. Series 2 prints, no CogArrays, same price for everything. What? This is terrible. Just terrible. I have no desire in the slightest to even grind the maps now.

I completely disagree with your decision to change the parts that are needed to improve rockets. The game is already seeing a huge imbalance in parts to improve modules. General parts need TOO MUCH for everything, while other parts are almost not needed for anything.
At least add the ability to create T3 parts from T2 and T1 parts. Or increase the amount of general parts received by players. It's just an unbearable situation.

If you are a player with a maxed out canteen and you use the free 4k oil weekly supply for farming, the loss of a week for light reruns is actually really bad for events with good farmable gear, like the Chapgun is with this. You're missing out on nearly 18k oil that you could have used to farm the Chapgun

my general feedback about all of this situation,trying to be as constructive as possible
1)change missle from aux to torps and think about those kinds of decision better
majority of players were saying that torps/mg would be the most logical decision and what was done feels like a person behind this doesnt play their own game
do not make things worse with equipment balance,its already not in best shape you only need torp parts only for specifically torpedo-based vanguard while aux parts are used by every single ship regardless
2)do NOT cut reruns in half,time is a precious resource and you cant replace it with currencies or multipliers,dont even try
3)make it possible to purchase infinite(or just very large) amount of roll tickets through grind of event points,if you could replace 50% of cubes needed on events with tickets from grinding this would not be an issue with your intentions to print more URs
since they are gone after event this should not be a problem
correct me if i am wrong on the maths
but currently you get 171 worth of stable cube income (3+6+9+12)(monthly log-in)+3*31(daily)+12 *4(weekly))
which if we include in some random drops would be 2 months needed to save up for UR in worst-case scenario (which i have been through) and 200 cubes worth of one month as breathing room on everything else,which would be about 3 banners
obviously 100 rolls over 3 banners is not even close to enough for newer players
not even accounting a need to roll on permanent banners which actually exist and also ignoring UR reruns
for older players its less of an issue since we have quite a bit of stock due to different means
4)do not forget/be afraid of updating older events with oil cap and all of the other stuff,we still have no oil cap on archives
by the time event gets a rerun quite "few" things change(when its literally 12-20 month) and it should be accounted for
there is no point to me to grind even more for less attractive rewards, that's what I mean. Shops is terrible, clear rewards are terrible, everything. The only good thing are the tickets. and some are locked behind even more grind with a cost of, I think, 2500 event points in the shop
that doesn't even factor in gear grinders that have half the time now without ANY compensation

who knows, historically reruns have had updated pr prints for the latest season but this is the first rerun of its type
they need to reduce the points required for exchanging things in the shop, x5 and x3 isn't enough to compensate for an entire week of grinding

just remember not everyone grinds like a madman and clears most of the shop
the more you play, the less "good" this rerun event is
not ideal but it's not that bad
the shop is less a concern than gear bps honestly, you got 50% less time to grind for those.
this lite reruns don't feel very lite. 32 pulls are not a lot for most people. vets just take the small gift and try to get the 1-2 leftover ships or build for medals - for people who have their first try at the pool it's just a minor amount with regular luck. and by cutting the time in half without adapting shop prices you're just in a frantic hurry to get grinding. it's not lite, just stressful for newer/not established players, I'd assume. there are some nice ideas though from the concept and the feedback. e.g., making the tickets farmable. might be a win-win as it might make some people whale for oil, as they can get drops/bps/exp + farm some builds. overall not terrible, but definitely a lot of space for improvement

I'm malding because I spent all my universals from the last event and cruise rewards on MG parts to max those missiles. I can't keep up on general parts and usually struggle to even get enough blues to get something to +6, and then I usually barely have any purple general parts. I was enjoying using the DDGs but it's gonna be a long time until I can get their missiles back up
You're in the same boat as me. At this point, I won't ever be using the DDGs simply because of the requirement for general plates. There's literally no point. And before I hear the "Buh! They're BiS vans against light armor! Buh!" statements, thanks but no thanks, I'll use ships that aren't squishy whom I actually have +10 weaponry for.
If anything, they should've been upgraded using TRP plates, given how their damage is based off the TRP stat. Like, why are they mandated as general parts now?
They replace torpedos and use torp stat, makes sense to me. But I have hundreds of torp parts and I wager a lot of other people do too and they didn't want to make it that easy

now since Overture mini-game of decrypting is not available - Memory section shows 31/32 and you cant get 32th if you didn't played Overture 2 years ago... So it stays incomplete forever.
If it said this that would've been a lot clearer than try them and find out.

If i had a single complaint its that the daily missions and SP mission havent been adjusted to be 2x of the initial run to compensate for half the rewards from those sources

Help they certainly need, I simply misunderstood their function and thought they'd be something event related like the keys we had to do SP mode from Bristol's fight. I stand by the notion that they should have said "Can be consumed to build a ship for free" in the description, though.

Just wanted to add another voice to the pile to express general dissatisfaction with changing Missiles to use Aux, makes 0 difference for balance and uses a more scarce resource for no discernable reason. My two +10 missiles are now only +6 because I used my purple Aux plates elsewhere and this is a totally unnecessary feel bad moment

Should the game keep reruns like this I just skip them. Going through the stages still takes damn ages. Even though it supposedly was shortened with how many clears you need to get to next stage. This new rerun system is so unbalanced and quickly cobbled together. Everything was said about it already. Poor shop, poor point reward distribution, horrendous amount of time needed to get through all maps and actually get points.
And absolutely no compensation at all for gear grinders. Nothing. Have fun grinding gear in half the time without any help or compensation. All this new rerun system did was condense an absurd amount of grind into one week. Point rewards weren't doubled. And SP was completely untouched. Normal clears still yield pathetic x1 regular rewards. It's just... so bad. I am shocked how poor this new system is.
The one and only good part are the tickets. And even those are questionable. 32 pulls. With average luck this is barely helping. And of course some are locked behind the event shop. So more grind, please. And yes, of course some are timegated as well.

yes the devs halved the milestones... rest is unbalanced. The halving of the milestones I appreciate. That's how it should be for all the systems

I’d like to suggest a third Dorm floor. Make it work similar (but opposite) the Second floor. Where the second floor gives no exp but enhanced mood regeneration, I’d like a third floor that gives no mood regeneration but extra exp. it could use the same food items the first floor uses, but use its own gauge. This would stop some people with “elixir hoarding” issues (where you save the ultimate items for the final boss and then never use them anyway) from just holding onto Fish soup and Full Course meals forever like I do by making them want to use the higher exp dishes for the dorm floor that will give ships an extra boost in base exp gain
I personally would feed my third floor nothing but full course meals and fish heads if I knew it was going to be used with an extra exp modifier in place, for those ships I really want to level but don’t have time to level
the dorm lost a lot of appeal with exp tickets and exp reductions to reach 120. exp gain for the dorm should be buffed
exp tickets in particular outpace the dorm. even for super high level players
Exp tickets aren’t great though for people who don’t play too often. The dorm is a set and forget passive exp bonus, which far outshines the exp tickets for people like me who don’t play often enough to earn copious amounts of tickets
that's true. but anyway I agree that the dorm should receive some attention. and the idea of exp bonus but no mood gain is great. I think last time dorm was touched in any way was with its second floor introduction.

I’d even be okay with a toggle switch for the second floor to allow a user to either pick rest or workout, so the second floor could boost mood with no exp or boost exp with no mood
make skip cutscene skip the whole thing, i hate having to sit through decisions on the cutscenes on 2 year old events

Because discouraging greater clarity in the game itself is apparently the only solution. "Try it and find out" is not helpful in the slightest. We've been trying to get the devs to be more in-depth with explanations, not less so. One need only look at the EN patch notes to see the problem. 
They literally remove your ability to construct using cubes and coins until you've spent them. I just don't see what more you could possibly ask for
My complaint is that they don't give nearly enough. Before, reruns gave a week advance notice and 2 weeks long. That's 3 weeks to farm coins for pulls. Reducing that down to 1 week and giving 32 free pulls using these tickets is like having your legs removed for a race, but they give you a 10 meter head start

Im always struggling to +7 and above my aux gears and I have been playing since May 2019, and I grind ALOT. My missile was at +9 and it’s at +6 now due to that stupid update and I struggle to get it past. A lot of my aux gears stopped at +6 just because I’m always scarce of that material.

EN keeps saying that, but that's not what was actually stated. The whole "1UR per year" all over again. They said some reruns would be light. Personally I would not count on Dreamwaker being light.

nice implementation of this rerun imo. faster way to get ships for those who dont have them and not too much of a nuisance for players who already have NO ships

not having updated pr bp's for this event rerun is fairly agitating, i've already got my p1 and p2 ships maxed so these bp's are next to worthless since it takes 6 series 2 bp's to get 1 series 3/4, not including ur bp's

Can players who have already participated in reruns gain the ability to not see the cutscenes by default?
It's so annoying I need to slog throught again on an event story I already participated and it doesn't help this specific one has so much parts you can't simply skip.
For people who never participated in a rerun event, it's fine since it tells the story and actually covers why the event happens, but for anyone and everyone that already cleared the maps should not even get these anymore, we already have it on the archives recorded. This isn't just an issue on just major/1week event reruns, same for like free skin reruns, minigames, etc.
So, just out of curiosity:
If I've gotten 100% + 3* on certain maps of an event, and it reruns in the future, do I retain that progress?
Because, given the new light rerun format, having to 100% all over again just to get to SP would suck hard.

Just let us auto from the outset. Please. "Get 100% first" is just arbitrary.

Honestly, just remove the percentile thing entirely if possible.
At least King's Raid doesn't make me manual each of its hundreds of stages several times each before I can auto. (Plus it actually allows auto-repeat on a stage.)
While i think having shorter reruns to make room for more new content (if that is the intended goal behind such design) is a great thing, I think this first implementation is a pretty poor one. To elaborate:
-Having halved milestone is great considering half time, though going forward the Event shop could use some help so it's easier to buy the "important" (prints, gear, ships and cogs) in that timeframe, the daily bonus points help but its not enough to cover the whole missing week for most.
-Free build support ticket are a step in the right direction, though if the consequences of having more small reruns is more event limited construction than before in the same time frame, they do little in their current implementation towards helping players completing the event banners. 32 builds for about 4-5 ships per rerun is a low amount. Having less free tickets but removing the cap to buy in shop (while implementing the point made just above) would be a decent compromise in my opinion, since if things are headed towards a faster paced event schedule, it would be very hard for a newer player to establish a healthy cube base to pull for event banners.
-More of a minor complaint but if there could be some rate up of gold gear prints that are farmable in the event maps it could also help alleviate the pressure of players who usually want to grind for multiple completed items over the event's duration.
Apart from that, "lite" reruns could be great if it means shortening the timeframe between an initial event in its rerun in the long term.

this one maybe not, but an event like mirror involution that has gold rudder prints would feel bad for a newer player with current format, since the item is very valuable
the weekly 4k oil pack also alleviates that too somewhat, although it's only 1/4 of the natural oil generation at max level
for a newer player, they probably wouldn't be able to farm that event very much anyway since they wouldn't be able to 1:1 D3 at that time
i agree with your points, but in the end the event gear farm still received a pretty substantial nerf as a result of this new format, and could use a small amount of help, ig not much, like a mission that gives a few prints over the course of the event

it's just it affects such a small % of the playerbase, the devs will have to weigh up whether the advantage hard grinders get that increases the gap between old and newer players is worth it
since most people do not grind enough times to get more than just the shop copy of the event limited weapon
